Il progetto ha l’obiettivo di far divenire i due territori di frontiera un punto di riferimento a livello turistico per lo sci-alpinismo. Il settore dello sci alpinismo infatti non è ancora organizzato strutturalmente, ma rappresenta un'opportunità per proporre servizi, azioni innovative, sistemiche e di promozione, che possono essere successivamente replicati su altri territori alpini. Il progetto SKIALP@GSB prevede la creazione di un Park nel quale sia i neofiti, sia gli sciatori più esperti potranno trovare percorsi, servizi e opportunità turistiche. Inoltre il progetto intende rafforzare la collaborazione transfrontaliera delle due aree nel settore turistico, favorendo e potenziando la crescita e la nascita di nuove PMI e la diffusione di conoscenze tecniche sul tema dello scialpinismo.

Description (EN):

The aim of the project is to make the two frontier territories a tourist point of reference for ski mountaineering. The ski mountaineering sector is not yet structurally organized, but represents an opportunity to propose services, innovative, systemic and promotion actions, which can subsequently be replicated in other Alpine territories. The SKIALP@GSB project provides for the creation of a "Park" in which both beginners and more experienced skiers will be able to find routes, services and tourist opportunities. In addition, the project intends to strengthen the cross-border collaboration of the two areas in the tourism sector, encouraging and enhancing the growth and birth of new SMEs and the dissemination of technical knowledge on the topic of ski mountaineering.

Achievements (EN): The SKIALP@GSB project, which, by improving the infrastructure and establishing a network of local operators, has made the Gran San Bernardo area a point of reference for the ski mountaineering.

Expected Results (IT):

- La creazione del prodotto turistico sci alpinismo favorirà l’aumento della frequentazione dei territori interessati dal progetto. ( aumento delle presenze rilevate dagli uffici turistici ). Da un'analisi prospettica effettuata, in considerazione del fatto che lo scialpinismo è in grande crescita e a oggi non esistono territori organizzati per questa attività, si può stimare un incremento di presenze turistiche, nei tre anni, di almeno il 15%. - Maggiori opportunità per le PMI. - Nuovi operatori ( nel settore della ristorazione, dei professionisti della montagna e dei servizi turistici complementari ) e ampliamento dell’offerta degli operatori esistenti. (si stima ce nel periodo possano crearsi 10 nuove attività). - Con l'ampliamento dell'offerta turistica si prevede un aumento dei posti di lavoro nel settore turistico (si stimano 30 nuovi posti di lavoro ) - Recupero patrimonio immobiliare per creazione piccole attività ricettive e artigianali (10 interventi di recupero edilizio). - Mantenimento della popolazione residente nei comuni coinvolti dal progetto alla fine del terzo anno di progetto. - Consulenza al Team di sviluppo del progetto e creazione rete di impresa per il lato valdostano. - Giornate di sensibilizzazione e formazione degli operatori turistici. - Pista di risalita battuta e controllata. - Pulmino per trasporto sciatori. - Attrezzatura scialpinistica in uso alle piccole imprese turistiche. - Numero di proposte turistiche (pacchetti) attivati sul prodotto sport invernali. - Aumento delle Azioni sinergiche tra operatori per il settore turistico in generale (questionari e monitoraggio nelle strutture turistiche ). - L'attività di confronto transfrontaliero ( almeno due all’anno ) tra gli operatori turistici (operatori, uffici turistici, amministrazioni ) e la promozione del prodotto congiunta aumenterà la collaborazione tra gli operatori turistici dei due versanti. In particolare il tour scialpinistico che coinvolge i due territori obbliga gli stessi ad una collaborazione continuativa. - Proposte turistiche sviluppate congiuntamente nei territori dei due partner. - La disponibilità della APP professionisti ha proprio l'obiettivo di integrare i professionisti della montagna per scambiarsi quotidianamente informazioni sulle condizioni della neve e dei percorsi di freeride o di scialpinismo.

Expected Outputs (IT):

- Il materiale necessario a descrivere e promuovere al meglio lo scialpinismo (descrizione, tracciati cartografici, galleria fotografica, video) tutto in cinque lingue. - Sistema integrato di diffusione informazioni composto da sistema internet e APP. - Piano della strategia turistica. - Studio esigenza utenti. - Materiale promozionale. (depliant, cartine, guide, schermi per la diffusione promozionale). - Eventi promozionali ( collaborazione con aziende specialistiche ). - Educational e visite del territorio, partecipazione a fiere del settore. - Creazione e perennizzazione di un modello di sviluppo turistico partecipato che mantenga sinergie e collaborazioni tra gli operatori turistici e commerciali. - Promozione del prodotto. - Comunicazione (social, newsletter). - Sistema di comunicazione tra operatori.
