Description (EN): C3E project will increase and widen innovative ways to manage and market skilful, international and entrepreneurially- minded actors, who have notes on competitive factors like sustainability, creativity and ethics.

Description (FI): C3E hanke lisää ja laajentaa innovatiivisia menetelmiä johtaa ja markkinoida taitavaa, kansainvälistä ja yrittäjähenkistä toimijajoukkoa, jotka huomioivat kilpailuetuna sellaiset tekijät kuten kestävä kehitys, luovuus ja etiikka.

Проект C3E направлен на развитие инновационных способов управления и маркетинга среди представителей творческих индустрий, ориентированных на международное сотрудничество, предпринимательство, и использование таких конкурентных преимуществ как устойчивое развитие, креативность и этика.

Achievements (EN):

C3E offered collaboration with the creative industries in cities of Mikkeli, Kotka, Kouvola, Vyborg and St. Petersburg. Cultural institutions, festivals, tourism sector, development agencies, NGOs and SMEs related to the creative industries were invited to participate various activities such as further education series "Future of Festivals" for managers and executives as well as other multidisciplinary, educational collaboration. In the framework of project, cross-border curriculas were created addressing the needs of students and professionals. Project developed and piloted several event, culture and design concepts. Co-design resulted in agile prototypes and contents for festival audience engagement and marketing tools. Most successful development process examples are mobile accommodation www.laawu.fi Synesthesia visualising music competition and Finnish Fantasy concert, Admiralty Needle fashion festival contents, Great Escape multiple player interactive game wall for youngsters as theatre audience engagement, Vyborg digital tourist map with St. Olof's Medieval festival and Gatchina light festival fashion contents. Achievements (FI):

C3E hanke rakensi luovien alojen yhteistyötä toimijoiden välillä Mikkelissä, Kotkassa, Kouvolassa, Viipurissa ja Pietarissa. Luovan ja kulttuurialan instituutiot, festivaaliorganisaatiot, matkailualan toimijat, kehitysyhtiöt, järjestöt ja yritykset kutsuttiin osallistumaan hankkeen aktiviteetteihin, kuten koulutuksiin. Näistä yhtenä esimerkkinä ”Future of Festivals” koulutussarja joka oli suunnattu alan ammattilaisille. Hankkeessa kehitettiin sekä opiskelijoille että alan ammattilaisille suunnattuja koulutuskokonaisuuksia suomalais-venäläisessä yhteistyössä. Projektissa kehitettiin ja pilotoitiin useita tapahtumatuotannon, taide- ja kulttuurialan sekä muotoilun konsepteja. Yhteistyön tuloksena syntyi prototyyppejä ja sisältöjä yleisön sitouttamiseksi tapahtumiin ja tapahtumien markkinoimiseksi. Kehitystyön parhaita esimerkkejä ovat liikuteltava majoitus Laawu (www.laawu.fi), Synesthesia –visualisoitu musiikkikilpailu, Suomalainen fantasia –konsertti, Admiralty Needle –muotitapahtumasisällöt, Great Escape interaktiivinen peliseinä, Viipurin digitaalinen turistikartta ja Gatchinan valot tapahtuman sisällöt.
