Description (EN):

The project AGROSMARTglobal «Space for competitiveness, promotion and international smart expansion of agri-food cooperatives of the rural area SUDOE» covers 10 regions of the SUDOE space (Galicia, Castilla-La Mancha, Basque Country and La Rioja - ES, Nueva Aquitaine - FR and Norte, Algarve, Centro, Lisboa and Alentejo - PT) and aims to tackle the disadvantages of rural areas and favor their development and economic cohesion, through the capacity building and the search for more efficient and effective transnational solutions to support agri-food cooperatives in their specific needs in order to improve competitiveness through the creation and consolidation of networks and services encouranging internationalization. Its main objective is to consolidate the space for the interconnection, interaction and competitiveness of agri-food cooperatives from the SUDOE territory, through the development of advanced support processes, tools and services that facilitate positioning, promotion and intelligent international expansion through digital marketing strategies that promote business to business cooperation.

El proyecto AGROSMARTGLOBAL se dirige principalmente a pequeñas y medianas cooperativas agroalimentarias de 10 regiones diferentes del espacio Sudoe, paliando las desventajas aparejadas a las áreas rurales para favorecer su desarrollo y cohesión económica, a través de la internacionalización digital. Su principal objetivo pasa por apoyar a estas cooperativas en sus necesidades específicas de cara a mejorar la competitividad mediante la creación y consolidación de redes y servicios de apoyo a su internacionalización.

Expected Results (EN):

Consolidate the space for the networking, interaction and competitiveness of the agri-food cooperatives from the SUDOE territory, through the development of advanced support processes, tools and services that facilitate intelligent international positioning, promotion and expansion through digital marketing strategies that support business to business cooperation.

Expected Results (ES):

Consolidar el espacio para la interconexión, interacción y competitividad de las cooperativas agroalimentarias del SUDOE a través del desarrollo de procesos, herramientas y servicios avanzados de apoyo que faciliten el posicionamiento, la promoción y expansión internacional inteligente mediante estrategias de marketing digital que apuesten por la cooperación interempresarial.

Expected Outputs (EN):

- Joint Strategic Plan for the digital internationalization of small and medium-sized agri-food cooperatives in the SUDOE territory; - Technical consulting for digital internationalization; - Pilot projects of digital internationalization; - Joint training and capacity building programme on digital internationalization; - Joint campaign for the promotion and international positioning of the agri-food cooperative products.

Expected Outputs (ES):

- Plan Estratégico Conjunto para la internacionalización digital de las pequeñas y medianas cooperativas agrarias del territorio SUDOE; - Consultoría técnica para la internacionalización digital; - Proyectos piloto de internacionalización digital; - Programa conjunto de formación y capacitación en internacionalización digital; - Campaña conjunta para la promoción y posicionamiento internacional de los productos de las cooperativas agroalimentarias.
