Description (EN):

SUDOE ENERGY PUSH offers an innovative solution for the global management of social houses located in the Sudoe’s area as a reference to increase the energy efficiency of public buildings and to improve the quality of life of more vulnerable citizens. Through the combination of passive renovation and BIM methodology, the project has two main objectives: reducing the consumption and emissions and improving the comfort of inhabitants’ houses, avoiding the energy poverty.

Expected Results (EN):

- Definition of an innovative methodology for social buildings’ renovation in Sudoe’s area. System prototype for decision-making in the BIM methodology through automatic and dynamic processes. - Experimentation and demonstrative application through pilot experimentation of innovative techniques to improve energy efficiency and reduce emissions of those buildings, including the introduction of clean energies through fuel cell which provides energy based on hydrogen. - Application guidelines for public administrations- - Reduction of energy bills and improvement of the social housing’s comfort. Reduction of energy poverty.

Expected Outputs (EN): Methodology to optimize the technical and financial management of processes to improve social housing’s energy through BIM. Pilot projects for energy management and monitoring based on BIM methodology to optimize the processes to improve buildings’ energy efficiency.
