WORKFORCE PIPELINE aims to establish targeted services to ensure a better cohesion between knowledge and skills provided by education institutions and the professional requirements of value added production and development companies in the automotive and technology sectors of the Pons Danubii region. The implementation has two main parts: (1) The Tata Dual Education Workshop will be implemented by the Municipality of Tata, serving as a new traineeship venue for the Bláthy Vocational School and other vocational education institutions of the target area. The facility will provide equipment for an advanced material analysis laboratory, design and prototyping, as well as demonstration and visualisation. (2) Improved career orientation service s will be developed by the Selye University in Komárno and the Governmental Office of Komárom-Esztergom County, in the following areas: online career orientation services; career orientation events; and professional job rooms for interview simulation and consultation. The organisations develop these services jointly and harmonise their implementation in order to provide access to target groups in the whole target area. The project creates the following online services: info sharing platform with CV preparation module, quarterly e-newsletter, complex alumni program, trainee mediation system. The implementation of 8 quarterly info days, 48 site visits / job shadowing visits, and 1 crossborder job fair is also planned. 40 consultations will be organised in 2 fully equipped job rooms. The project will ultimately lead to a sustainable pipeline of quality local workforce employed by value adding local enterprises. Vocational and tertiary training will correlate with industrial standards and requirements, traineeship cooperation between education institutions and businesses will be strengthened, advanced equipment will support vocational and higher education, while general job seeking skills will also be improved.

A projekt célja, hogy célzott szolgáltatásokat biztosítson az oktatási intézmények által biztosított ismeretek és készségek, illetve a Pons Danubii régió autóipari és technológiai ágazataiban magasabb hozzáadott értéket képviselő termelő és fejlesztő vállalatok elvárásai közötti jobb kohézió érdekében. Két fő pillére: (1) A Tata Duális Képzőműhely Tata Város Önkormányzata eszközberuházásában valósul meg, új gyakornoki helyszínként szolgálva Bláthy Szakgimnázium és a célterület egyéb szakképzési intézményei számára. Fő funkciói az anyagvizsgálati labor, a tervezés és a prototípus készítés, valamint a bemutatás és vizualizáció lesznek. (2) A Selye János Egyetem és a Komárom-Esztergom Megyei Kormányzati Hivatal a pályaorientációs szolgáltatásokat fejleszt a következő területeken: online szolgáltatások fejlesztése; pályaorientációs események megvalósítása; interjú-szimulációs „job room-ok” kialakítása. A két szervezet a szolgáltatásokat közösen fejlesztik, és végrehajtásuk összehangolásával biztosítanak hozzáférést a célcsoportok számára a teljes célterületen. A projektben kialakított új online szolgáltatásokat: információcsere platform önéletrajz-készítő modullal; negyedéves e-hírlevél; alumni program; gyakornok-közvetítő rendszer. A projekt keretében 8 negyedéves információs nap, 48 üzemlátogatás / „job shadowing” látogatás és 1 határmenti állásbörze valósul meg. A 2 teljesen felszerelt „job room-ban” 40 konzultációt tervezünk. A projekt végső soron egy, a minőségi helyi munkaerő-utánpótlást fenntartható módon biztosító rendszert valósít majd meg a magasabb hozzáadott értéket képviselő termelő és fejlesztő vállalatok számára. Ennek eredményeként a szakképzési és a felsőfokú képzési kínálat közelebb kerül a piaci és iparági elvárásokhoz, erősödik az oktatási intézmények és vállalkozások közötti gyakornoki együttműködés, korszerű eszközök támogatják a szakképzést és a felsőoktatást, és javulnak az általános munkakeresési készségeket.

WORKFORCE PIPELINE plánuje vytvoriť služby s cieľom zabezpečiť kohéziu medzi vedomosťmi a zručnosťmi poskytované vzdelávacími inštitúciami a odbornými požiadavkami výrobných a vývojových firiem s vyššou pridanou hodnotou v oblasti automobilového a technologického sektoru v regióne Pons Danubii. Implementácia má dve hlavné časti: (1) Tata Dual Education Workshop bude realizované Magistrátom mesta Tata, slúžiaci pre nové stáže Odbornej Školy Bláthy a pre ďalšie inštitúcií odborného vzdelávania v cieľovej oblasti. Priestor bude poskytovať zariadenia pre pokročilé laboratórium na materiálové analýzy, návrh a výrobu prototypov, a demonštrácie a vizualizácie. (2) Lepšie služby kariérového poradenstva budú vyvinuté v Univerzite Jánosa Selyeho v Komárne a Úradom Vlády Komárom-Esztergom, v nasledujúcich oblastiach: on-line profesijné a orientačné služby; udalosti kariérovej orientácie; a profesionálne miestnosti pre simuláciu prijímacích pohovorov a pre konzultácie. Vyššie uvedené organizácie budú spoločne rozvíjať tieto služby a harmonizovať ich implementáciu na zabezpečenie prístupu k cieľovým skupinám v celej cieľovej oblasti. Projekt vytvára nadväznosti na on-line služby: zdieľanie informácií cez platformu s modulom na prípravu CV, štvrťročné e-bulletin, komplexné absolventský program, systém trainee mediácie. Vykonávanie 8 štvrťročných informáčných dní, 48 miestnych návštev / Job-shadowing návštevy a jeden cezhraničný veľtrh pracovných príležitostí sú plánované. 40 konzultácií bude v organizovaných v dvoch plne vybavených pracovných izbách. Projekt bude viesť k udržateľnému kanálu kvalitných miestnych pracovníkov zamestnaných v miestnych podnikoch s vysokou pridanou hodnotou. Terciárna a odborná príprava bude korelovať s priemyselnými štandardmi a požiadavkamy, spolupráca medzi firmami a vzdelávacími inštitúciami bude posilnená, moderné zariadenia budú podporovať odborné a vysokoškolské vzdelávanie, a zručnosti hľadania zamestnania sa tiež zlepšia.

Achievements (EN):

The goal of the project was to create an active link between educational institutions and the private sector. As a result, the offer of vocational education and higher education was brought closer to market expectations and cooperation in the form of practical internships between educational institutions and enterprises was strengthened. One of the main pillars of the project was the creation of a dual education centre in the city of Tata. Dual education centre with appropriate equipment with the support of Fogaskerékgyár Kivitelező, Gyártó, Fejlesztő Kft. supports the Ottó Bláthy Vocational Technical School as well as other vocational education institutions in the target area. Another pillar is the jointly developed career counselling services of the Government Office of the Komárom-Esztergom County and the J. Selye University, as well as their coordinated implementation enabling the provision of labour in the given sector. The Komárom-Esztergom County Government Office presents ""joobrooms - online workspaces"" for simulating interviews as a career counselling service. A career counsellor will be available to provide advice and consultation for young jobseekers and increase their position and opportunities in the labour market. Information days and events focused on career and career growth, excursions to companies were organized for high school graduates.

Expected Results (EN):

WORKFORCE PIPELINE supports common output indicator CO01 (Number of enterprises receiving support) through involving regional SMEs into career orientation activities and events implemented by GOVOFFICE and SELYEUNI. In terms of programme specific output indicators, the activities will involve a large number of participants in joint local employment initiatives and joint training (CO44), and will develop the following new business services promoting employment and consultancy services (O314): Govoffice: information to schools, companies, Tax Office about new types of cooperation possibilties. Statement of the representative of Govoffice. SELYEUNI: public advertisement- webpage, social media, etc. Tata: the new training site for students of the secondary school Blathy Otto. B3 will employ 1 full time employee (CO08 - Productive investment: Employment increase in supported enterprises).

Expected Outputs (EN):

3, Tangible outcomes: Equipments bought by Tata to be able to set up Training site: (1) Advanced material analysis equipment, (2) Design and prototyping equipment, (3) Demonstration and visualisation equipment. Equipments bought by GOVOFFICE and SELYEUNI to be able to set up Professional job rooms. 4, Tangible outcomes: 1) e-bulletin: 4 issues/50 recipients each. 2)Career orientation events: 4 events/min.40 participants each; Site visits: min. 8 visits, min. 10 participants per visit; 1 job fair: min. 20 exhibitors, min. 300 visitors, 3) Job rooms interview simulation and consultation: min. 20 occasions. 5, Tangible outcomes: 1)career orientation website 2)information e-bulletin (4 issue, 50 rec./issue) 3)Career orientation events:4 info days in SK(15 partic./event); site visits for SK/HU students (8 visits, 8 partic./visit);8 job shadowing visits for SK/HU students (2 partic./visit) 4)Job rooms: 14 consultations.
