Description (EN):

There is limited connection between the actors of the knowledge triangle (education, research, and innovation), while small and medium-sized agro-food businesses usually do not have resources (either financial or human) to innovate – or to implement already existing innovations by themselves. Therefore these enterprises do not have the opportunity to maximize their raw food procession. Thus the agro-food complex represents an insufficiently utilized potential of the region; improving its competi tiveness and innovatory features will improve the competitiveness of the target area. Thanks to that higher returns of SMEs will result in additional job opportunities. The direct objective of the project Co-Innovation is to create new product and pr ocess innovations in order to produce natural nutrition complexes, which helps the plant growth using new, eco-friendly technologies. Moreover, it aims to develop new technology models in order to create new products complying with the new nutrition models and trends, and for the processing of by-products from grapes. Also, the project will develop new practices for measurement of nutritional values & quality, in order to rule out the health risks of new products, therefore it is important to me asure possible hormones, pesticides and residues. Finally, an online platform and pool of experts available for counselling for regional SMEs will be established. The cross-border approach of the project will help spreading the new technologies and p roduct innovations, which thus can be utilised by businesses on both sides of the border.

A tudásháromszög szereplői (oktatás, kutatás, innováció) között limitált a kapcsolat, miközben a kis- és középméretű agrár-élelmiszervállalkozások általában nem rendelkeznek elegendő (akár anyagi, akár személyi) forrással új innovációk létrehozásához, vagy a létező innovációk implementálásához. Ebből kifolyólag a vállalkozásoknak nincs lehetőségük az alapanyagfeldolgozás maximalizálására. Így az agrár-élelmiszer komplexum kihasználatlan potenciálja a régiónak, a versenyképesség és az innovativitás fejlesztése az egész célterület versenyképességét növeli. A kkv-knál érzékelhető nagyobb megtérülés pedig további munkalehetőségeket eredményez. A Co-Innovation projekt direkt célkitűzése, hogy új termék- és folyamatinnovációkat fejlesszen, melyek hozzájárulnak természetes tápanyagösszetételű termékek létrehozásához, és amelyek segítik a az új, környezetbarát technológiákat alkalmazó növénytermesztést. További cél, hogy az új, friss táplálkozási modelleknek és trendeknek megfelelő termékek, valamint a szőlő melléktermékeinek feldolgozását szolgáló technológiai modellek kerüljenek kifejlesztésre. A projekt során továbbá új gyakorlatok kerülnek kidolgozásra a tápérték és a minőség mérésére, melyek segítenek az új termékek lehetséges egészségügyi kockázatainak megszüntetésében. E tekintetben fontos az esetleges hormonok, rovarirtók, maradványok mérése. Végezetül, felállításra kerül egy online platform, illetve egy szakértői csoport, amely elérhető a régióban működő kkvk számára tanácsadás céljából. A projekt határon átnyúló megközelítése segíteni fogja az új technológiák, termékinnovációk terjedését, amelyet a határ mindkét oldalán hasznosíthatnak a vállalkozások.

Medzi aktérmi vedomostného trojuholníka (vzdelávanie, výskum a inovácie) existuje len obmedzené prepojenie a malé a stredné agropotravinárske podniky zvyčajne nemajú dostatok zdrojov (finančných alebo ľudských) na inovácie – alebo samostatnú implementáciu už existujúcich inovácií. Tým pádom tieto spoločnosti nemajú príležitosť na maximalizáciu spracovania svojej surovej úrody. Agropotravinársky komplex predstavuje neefektívne využitý potenciál regiónu; zlepšenie jeho konkurencieschopnosti a inovatívnych prvkov prispeje k zvýšeniu konkurencieschopnosti cieľovej oblasti, vďaka čomu dôjde k zvýšeniu výnosov malých a stredných podnikov a k vzniku nových pracovných príležitostí. Priamym cieľom projektu Co-Innovation je zavedenie inovácií v oblasti produktov a výrobných postupov v záujme vytvorenia prírodných výživových komplexov napomáhajúcich rastu rastlín využitím nových a ekologických technológií. Ďalším cieľom je vytvorenie nových technologických modelov v prospech výroby nových produktov v súlade so súčasnými nutričnými modelmi a trendmi a spracovania vedľajších produktov z hrozna. Projekt bude využívať nové postupy na meranie nutričných hodnôt a kvality s cieľom vylúčiť zdravotné riziká nových produktov, preto je dôležité meranie potenciálne prítomných hormónov, pesticídov a iných zbytkov. Nakoniec sa vytvorí online platforma a bude založená skupina expertov, ktorá bude poskytovať poradenské služby malým a stredným podnikom.

Expected Results (EN): The results of the project are designed to promote the employment rate increase. All of the common and program specific output indicators are directly contribute to this goal (such as the number of new business services promoting employment and consultancy services).

Expected Outputs (EN):

3, Tangible outcomes: Development of 2 innovative technology processes; Development of 3 product prototypes; Up-grade of Tool Park at NPPC by purchasing new equipment. 4, Tangible outcomes: Development of 2 production scale-up plans (2 processing manuals/documents); Training of employees of SMEs involved in the TAPE - 10 occasions (5 by LB; 5 by SZE) with min. 10 participants per occasion; 1 Acta Ovariensis publication for general public (100 pieces); 1 conference/50 participants. 5, Tangible outcomes: Purchase of new laboratory equipment for measurement of nutritional values and quality: 3 equipment purchased by NPPC; 5 equipment purchased by SZE.
