Description (EN):

The common challenge is to increase the attractiveness of HU BAZ county and SK Košice self-governing (KSK) region by improving visibility of cultural, natural, historical and business assets of the regions on the Internet. Novitech SK, One PR HU and Intellexi HU SMEs will co-operate and further develop an already existing virtual reality integrated tourism platform in order to have a dedicated subsystem tailored to the SK-HU border regions, add new features as innovation and create an applicati on as well with the purpose of increasing the attractiveness of the border area in order to support the sustainability of the local economy and to increase the economic cohesion and increase the number of visitors in the area. The overall objective is to provide visitors of the region with real-time and interactive visual information about relevant Point of Interest (POI) in the border regions. It will be achieved by a 3D scanning of tourism sites and business, like accommodations, region-speci fic gift and product shops with the option to see inside with interactive metainfo in the foreground of the visual content (i.e. restaurant menu, opening hours). These 3D panoramas will be connected to walking 3D virtual tours which can be downloaded to visitors smartphone from the QR posts located in the border crossing and/or at tourist sites. The increased visibility service will motivate visitors to plan their trip from home and also get instant geographical and service availability orientat ion during their trip in the region. Outputs: (A) 3D Content of 200 POIs in each region (B) QR posts and flyers to download tours selected by the visitor around the place of visited region or in the region, (C) Thematic mobile map with zooming to 10 microregions: what to see and buy, where to stay, events, promotions and how to network with the citizens, institutions and businesses. (D) short audiovisual promotion tool about 8 places in KSK and BAZ region supported by various stakeholders.

Description (HU):

A közös kihívás a turisztikai vonzerő növelése mindkét régióban (BAZ HU és KSK SK) a kulturális, üzleti, történelmi és természeti értékek internetes láthatóságának növelése által. Novitech SK, One PR és Intellexi HU KKV-k együttműködésben továbbfejlesztenek egy virtuális valóság alapú integrált turisztikai platformot annak érdekében, hogy a határmenti régiókra legyen szabva, új fukciókat rendelnek hozzá iinnovációként, és egy applikációt is létrehoznak kiegészítésként, hogy növeljék a határmenti régiók vonzerejét és támogassák a helyi gazdaság fenntarthatóságát, továbbá, hogy növeljék a gazdasági kohéziót és a régióbeli látogatók számát. Az átfogó cél, hogy a régió látogatóinak interaktív, valós idejű információkat szolgáltasson a releváns érdekes helyszínekről és kulturális örökségekről (POI). Ezt a célt a turisztikai helyszínek és a kapcsolódó üzleti szolgáltatások, mint szálláshelyek, régióspecifikus ajándéktárgy és termékboltok 3 dimenziós szkennelésével kívánjuk elérni, kiegészítve a vizuális bejárhatóságot interaktív meta információkkal (p. étterem aktuális menükínálata, nyitvatartása). Ezen 3D-s panoráma képek okostelefonra letölthető virtuális sétákhoz lesznek csatlaoztatva, melyet a látogatók a határátlépőknél és a turisztikai célpontokon elhelyezett QR kódok leolvasásával tölthetnek le. Ez a megnövelt láthatóság a turistákat az utazásuk jobb megtervezésére sarkallja (akár otthonaikból is), valamint azonnali földrajzi és szolgáltatási információkhoz juthatnak utazásaik során. Eredmények: (A) 3D-s tartalom 200 POI-ról régiónként, (B) QR poszterek és szórólapok a látogatók által választott túrák letöltéséhez a meglátogatott régiókörül, (C) tematikus mobil térképek 10-10 mikrorégióra fókuszálva: látnivalók, vásárolnivalók, szálláshelyek, események, akciók a régióban és hogyan léphetnek kapcsolatba a helyi lakossággal, intézményekkel és vállalkozásokkal, (D) rövid audiovizuális promóciós eszköz 8 helyről KSK és BAZ megyékben különböző támogatók által.

Description (SK):

Základnou výzvou projektu je zvýšenie atraktívnosti regiónov Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén megye a Košického samosprávneho kraja prostredníctvom zvýšenia viditeľnosti kultúrnych, historických a podnikateľských entít regiónov na internete. Celkový cieľ projektu je poskytnúť návštevníkom aktuálne a interaktívne vizuálne informácie o bodoch záujmu (BZ) v každom regióne. Tento cieľ bude dosiahnutý 3D skanovaním turistických, obchodných, ubytovacích BZ a obchodov regionálných špecialít, s možnosťou priestorového nahliadnutia a umiestnenie meta-informácií v popredí visualného obsahu (napr. v prípde Reštaurácie návštevník môže vidieť aktuálne menu). Tieto 3D panorámy budú prepojené do virtualnej prehliadky s možnosťou stiahnutia do smartfónu prostredníctvom QR kódov umiestnených na hraničných prechodoch a turistami navštevovaných miestach. Služba na zvýšenie viditeľnosi bude motivovať návštevníkov plánovať svoju cestu z domu a umožní získať aktuálne geografické informácie a dostupnosť služieb v regióne. Hlavné výstupy Projektu: (A)3D obsah 200 Bodov zájmu v každom regióne (B) QR miesta a letáky na stiahnutie zvolených prehliadok návštevníkom z okolia navštíveného regiónu alebo mikro-regionu (C) Tematická mobilná aplikácia s možnosťou zamerať sa v mikroregione na zvolenú kategóriu BZ: čo vidieť, kde nakúpiť, kde sa ubytovať, akuálne udalosti a ponuky v regióne a ako spolupracovať s občanmi, inštitúciami a firmami. (D) Hotline služby pre návštevníkov desktop a mobilnej verzie aplikácie v jazykoch SK, HU a EN. (E) Krátke audiovizuálne nástroje o 4-ich miestach v KSK a BAZ regiónoch s podporou turistuckých agentúr BAZ a Košickej župy.

Achievements (EN):

Multilingualism and interactivity: The implementation consortium (two Hungarian and one Slovak SMEs) creates an integrated tourism platform and application, which provides organised, easily accessible and multilingual (Hungarian, Slovak and English) information about the region’s natural and cultural heritage sites and related services and businesses through 3D virtual tours and interactive complementary data. Https://cbc.virtualtours.city/weboldalon is already visible in 100 touristically interesting and attractive locations from the Hungarian side of the border, and digital 3D photography is also underway on the Slovakian side of the border 100 (POI — point of interest) virtual walks. The mobile application created within the framework of the project will help visitors to the region during their journey. To facilitate the accessibility of the application, 200 QR codes are placed near border crossing points and frequented tourist sites. The project offers two important advantages compared to the currently available tourist information bases. One is multilingualism (Slovak, Hungarian and English) and the other is interactivity. Thanks to the innovative solutions of the project, visitors can obtain more accurate information in their native language, the number of visitors arriving in the region for tourism purposes is expected to increase.The consortium partners are confident that the CBC Tours project will further strengthen tourism in the region and many visitors from the region will visit interesting sights on the other side of the border, discover the experiences within reach. In addition to the tourism benefits, the implementation of the project can contribute to the development of social and economic cooperation in border regions as well as to the creation of new jobs. Https://cbc.virtualtours.city/weboldalon is already visible in 100 touristically interesting and attractive locations from the Hungarian side of the border, and digital 3D photography is also underway on the Slovakian side of the border 100 (POI — point of interest) virtual walks. Due to the viral situation, on-site activities are somewhat delayed, but this is eliminated by the project partners through committed, determined work. The IT developments will take place in accordance with the original plans, so there will be no delays in the completion of the project.

Többnyelvűség és interaktivitás: A megvalósító konzorcium (két magyar és egy szlovák KKV) olyan integrált turisztikai platformot és applikációt hozlétre, amely a régió természeti és kulturális örökséghelyszíneiről, valamint a hozzájuk kapcsolódó szolgáltatásokról, vállalkozásokról 3D virtuális séták és interaktív kiegészítő adatok segítségével nyújt az érdeklődők számára rendszerezett, könnyen elérhető és többnyelvű (magyar, szlovák és angol) információt. A https://cbc.virtualtours.city/weboldalon már most is látható 100 turisztikailag érdekes, vonzó helyszín a határ magyar oldaláról, és jelenleg is folyik a határ szlovákiai oldalán szintén 100 (POI – point of interest) virtuális sétára alkalmas digitális 3D-s fotózása. A projekt keretein belül készülő mobil applikáció az utazásuk során a térségbe látogatókat fogja segíteni. Az applikáció hozzáférhetőségének elősegítésére 200 db QR kód kerül kihelyezésre a határátkelőhelyek és a frekventált turisztikai helyszínek közelében. A projekt két fontos előnyt kínál a jelenleg elérhető turisztikai információs bázisokhoz képest. Az egyik a többnyelvűség (szlovák, magyar és angol), a másik pedig az interaktivitás. Azáltal, hogya projekt innovatív megoldásainak segítségével a látogatók könnyebben juthatnak a saját anyanyelvükön pontosabb információhoz, a várakozások szerint növekedhet a térségbe turisztikai céllal érkező látogatók száma.A konzorciumi partnerek bíznak abban, hogy a CBC Tours projekt hatására tovább erősödik a térség turizmusa, és a régióból sokan látogatnak el a határ túloldalán található érdekes látnivalókhoz, fedezik fel a csupán karnyújtásnyira található élményeket. A turisztikai előnyök mellett a projekt megvalósítása elősegítheti a társadalmi és gazdasági együttműködések kialakulását a határ menti régiókban, valamint hozzájárulhat új munkahelyek létrehozásához is. A vírushelyzet miatt az on-site tevékenységek valamelyest csúszásba kerültek, de ezt a projekt partnerek elkötelezett, határozott munkavégzéssel kiküszöbölik. Az informatikai fejlesztések az eredeti terveknek megfelelő ütemezésben zajlanak, tehát a projekt zárásával nem lesz késedelem.
