Due to the small size of the domestic market, enterprises are limited in the long run by the necessary resources and the desired revenues, and are forced to enter foreign markets sooner or later, for which they lack the knowledge, since (1) business on the international level is different as domestic and (2) process of Internationalisation of SME’s runs differently than at large companies. The joint challenge of the project is thus aimed at introducing new digital solutions for the needs of starting internationalization of SMEs through the network of established Digital Innovation Centres with pilot testing in the Polish market (signed letters of support). The overall goal of the project is to increase the number of internationalized SMEs in the cross-border area, focusing on companies that offer products and services in the Industry 4.0 or digitization process, which has specific requirements for entering the foreign market. MAIN OUTPUTS of the project are linked to testing of digital tools - 1 online web interactive map, 1 platform for knowledge and information exchange; identification of good practices and digital tools in 7 thematic areas with e-learning materials, implementation of thematic workshops, scouting of companies and involvement of at least 5 SMEs in the phase of testing internationalization activities on the Polish market. In Poland will be carried out: market research, product innovation, business modelling and organization of international meetings. PROJECT INNOVATION is reflected in the model of internationalization, which will include Digital Innovation Networks in the support network with a support program for digital tools, which will enable access to the right information, suitable partners, business process optimization solutions, shortening the learning curve and, in particular, reducing the risk of business in Poland.

Die Unternehmen sind wegen kleinen heimischen Marktes auf lange Sicht durch Ressourcen und gewünschten Einkommen begrenzt. Früher oder später sind sie gezwungen, ausländische Märkte zu erschließen, für was denen Wissen fehlt, weil (1) das Geschäft auf internationaler Ebene unterscheidet sich von Heimat und (2) Prozess der Internationalisierung von KMU‘s lauft anders als bei großen Unternehmen. GEMEINSAME HERAUSFORDERUNG des Projekts ist in Einführung neuer digitaler Lösungen für die Bedürfnisse von starten von KMU’s Internationalisierung durch ein Netzwerk von etablierter Digitalen Innovation Zentren mit Pilottests auf dem Markt von Polen (Unterstützungsschreiben unterzeichnet). Allgemeines Ziel des Projektes ist es, die Anzahl des internationalisierten KMU im Grenzgebiet zu erhöhen, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf Unternehmen, die Produkte und Dienstleistungen im Bereich der Industrie 4.0 oder Digitalisierungsprozesses anbieten, die die speziellen Anforderungen für den Eintritt in ausländischen Markt fordern. Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse des Projekts sind mit Testen digitaler Tools verknüpft - 1 interaktive WEB-Karte, 1 Plattform für Wissens- und Informationsaustausch; Identifizierung guter Praxis und digitaler Werkzeuge auf 7 Themenbereichen mit E-Learning-Material, Ausführung von thematischen Workshops, Scouting von KMU und Einbeziehung von mindestens 5 KMU in die Phase von testen von Aktivitäten der Internationalisierung auf polnischem Markt, wo Marktforschung durchgeführt wird, Produktinnovationen, Design von Geschäftsmodellen und Organisation von internationalen Treffen in Polen. Innovation des Projektes zeigt sich im Modell der Internationalisierung, das in die Unterstützungsnetz die „DIH‘s“ mit Unterstützungsprogramm für digitale Werkzeuge einschließt. Durch die wird der Zugang zu richtigen Informationen, zu entsprechenden Partnern, zur Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen, zur verkürzen von Lernkurve und zu Risikoverringerung von Geschäft in Polen ermöglicht.

Podjetja so zaradi majhnosti domačega trga dolgoročno omejena s potrebnimi viri in želenimi prihodki ter so prej ali slej prisiljena vstopiti na tuje trge, za kar pa jim primanjkuje znanja, saj se (1) poslovanje na mednarodnem nivoju razlikuje od domačega in (2) proces internacionalizacije majhnih podjetij poteka drugače kot pri velikih podjetjih. SKUPNI IZZIV projekta je tako usmerjen v vpeljavo novih digitalnih rešitev za potrebe zagona internacionalizacije MSP s pomočjo mreže vzpostavljenih Digitalnih inovacijskih središč z pilotnim testiranjem na trgu Poljske (podpisana pisma o podpori). SPLOŠNI CILJ projekta je povečanje števila internacionaliziranih MSP v čezmejnem območju, s poudarkom na podjetjih, ki ponujajo izdelke in storitve na področju Industrije 4.0 oz. digitalizacije procesov, kar pogojuje posebne zahteve za vstop na tuji trg. GLAVNI OUTPUTI projekta so vezani na testiranje digitalnih orodij - 1 spletni on line interakivni zemljevid, 1 platforma za izmenjavo znanj in informacij; identifikacija dobrih praks in digitalnih orodij na 7 tematskih področjih z e-učnim gradivom, izvedba tematskih delavnic, skavting podjetij in vključitev vsaj 5 MSP v fazo testiranja aktivnosti internacionalizacije na Poljski trg, kjer se bodo opravile tržne raziskave, produktne inovacije, oblikovanje poslovnih modelov ter organizacija mednarodnih srečanj na Poljskem. INOVATIVNOST PROJEKTA se kaže v modelu internacionalizacije, ki bo v podporno mrežo vključeval »Digitalna inovacijska vozlišča« s podpornim programom digitalnih orodij s pomočjo katerih se bo omogočil dostop do pravih informacij, primernih partnerjev, rešitev optimizacije poslovnih procesov, krajšanje krivulje učenja in predvsem zmanjšanje tveganja poslovanja na Poljskem.
