Společnou výzvou pro projekt je vytvoření nové aktivní sítě veřejných institucí v oblasti digitalizace a přispění ke zlepšení spolupráce mezi vzdělávacími institucemi a poskytovateli veřejných služeb v oblasti kulturního cestovního ruchu (CR) v regionech Vysočina a Horní Rakousko. Cílem projektu je zahájit zcela novou systematickou přeshraniční spolupráci vysokoškolských pracovišť - Vysoké škola polytechnické Jihlava (dále jen VSPJ), Johannes Kepletuniversität Linz (dále jen JKU) s organizacemi zprostředkovávajícími kulturní dědictví AT-CZ regionu široké veřejnosti – Vysočina Tourism (dále jen VT) a Verbund OÖ Museen (dále jen VOMUS). Spolupráce bude založena na výměně zkušeností přinášející prospěch pro všechny partnery a na společné aktivitě v oblasti vzdělávání v digitalizaci v kulturním CR (tj. efektivní využití moderních online nástrojů, např. webových stránek, sociálních médií aj. pro potřeby organizací kulturního CR). Projektové aktivity umožní díky aktivní spolupráci všech projektových partnerů: a) Společné vytvoření přeshraničního vzdělávacího semináře „Muzeum a cestovní ruch“. V Horním Rakousku nabízí JKU od roku 2007 odborný seminář, který bude zcela inovován, zaměřen na téma digitalizace a bude realizován společně projektovými partnery na AT i CZ území. V rámci programového území se jedná o zcela inovativní vzdělávací záměr. Potenciál institucí kulturního CR (např. muzeí) nebývá plně využit, pracovníci často postrádají znalosti potřebné k efektivní propagaci služeb institucí směrem k široké veřejnosti. Vzdělávání pracovníků povede k síťování institucí a posílení jejich spolupráce, dojde k zatraktivnění muzeí a zvýšení jejich návštěvnosti. V rámci projektu proběhne společná pilotní výuka inovovaného semináře, který bude certifikován organizací ICOM (International Council of Museums). b) společné vytvoření nového předmětu v anglickém jazyce na téma digitalizace v kulturním CR na VSPJ a jeho společnou pilotní výuku. Od roku 2019 nabízí JKU řadu předmětů zaměřených na digitalizaci v CR. Obsah těchto předmětů bude zpřístupněn VSPJ, dojde k náslechům akademiků VSPJ ve výuce vybraných předmětů na JKU a následně všichni partneři navrhnou strukturu nového předmětu tak, aby byl přizpůsoben českým podmínkám a odpovídal potřebám praxe AT-CZ regionu. Předměty JKU budou inovovány o poznatky získané na CZ území.

Eine gemeins. Herausforderung für das Projekt besteht darin, ein neues aktives Netzwerk öffentl. Institutionen im Bereich der Digitalisierung aufzubauen und zur Verbesserung der Zusammenarb. zw. Ausbildungseinrichtungen und Anbietern von kulturtouristischen Dienstleist. in den Reg. Vysočina und OÖ beizutragen. Eine gemeinsame Herausforderung für das Projekt besteht darin, ein neues aktives Netzwerk öffentlicher Institutionen im Bereich der Digitalisierung aufzubauen und zur Verbesserung der Zusammenarbeit zw. Ausbildungseinrichtungen - der Polytechnische Hochschule Jihlava (im folgend. als VSPJ), Johannes Kepletuniversität Linz (im folgend.als JKU) u. Anbietern von kulturtourist. Dienstleistungen in den Reg. Vysočina und OÖ- - Vysočina Tourism (im folgend. als VT) a Verbund OÖ Museen (im folgend. als VOMUS) beizutragen. Die Zusammenarbeit basiert auf einem Erfahrungsaustausch, von dem alle Partner (AT-CZ) profitieren und auf einer gemeinsamen Aktvität im Ausbildungsbereich - Digitalisierung im Kulturtourismus gegründet (d.h. effekt. Nutzung moderner Online Instrumenten, z.B. Webseites, Social Media usw. für die Bedürfnisse der Organisationen im Kulturtourismus). Die Projektaktivitäten werden durch die aktive Zusammenarbeit aller Projektpartner folgendes ermöglichen: a) gemeinsame Schaffung des grenzüberschr. Weiterbildungsseminars „Museum u. Tourismus“. Seit 2007 bietet die JKU ein Fachseminar in OÖ an, das grundlegend innoviert wird, um die Digitalisierung zu betonen u. wird von den Projektpartnern gemeinsam im AT-CZ Gebiet umgesetz. Innerhalb des Programmgebietes handelt es sich um einen völlig innovativen Ausbildungsplan. Das Potenzial kultureller Tourismusinstitutionen (z.B Museen) wird nicht voll ausgeschöpft, u. den Arbeitnehmern fehlt häufig das Wissen, um die Dienstleist. der Institutionen für die breite Öffentlichkeit wirksam zu fördern. Die Ausbildung der Mitarbeiter wird zu einer Vernetzung der Institutionen und zu einer Stärkung ihrer Zusammenarb. führen, die Museen attraktiver machen und ihre Besucherzahlen erhöhen. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird ein gemeinsamer Pilotunterricht in einem innovativen Seminar durchgeführt, das von ICOM (International Council of Museums) zertifiziert wird. b) gemeinsame Schaffung eines neuen Lehrfaches in englischer Sprache zum Thema Digitalisierung im Kulturtourismus an der VSPJ u. seine gemeins. Pilotausbildung. Seit 2019 bietet die JKU eine Reihe von Fächern, die sich mit der Digitalisierung im Tourismus beschäftigen. Der Inhalt dieser Fächer wird der VSPJ zur Verfügung gestellt, die VSPJ Akademiker werden in ausgewählten Fächern an der JKU zuhören u. anchliessend werden alle Partner die Struktur des neuen Faches so gestaltet, dass es an die CZ Bedingungen angepasst ist u. den Bedürfnissen der AT-CZ Region entspricht. Die JKU-Fächer werden mit den auf dem Gebiet der CZ gewonnenen Erkenntnissen erneuert.

A common challenge for the project is to build up a new active network of public institutions in the field of digitization and to contribute to improving the cooperation between training institutions and providers of cultural tourism services in the regions of Vysočina and Upper Austria. The project activities will enable the following through the active cooperation of all project partners: a) Joint creation of the cross-border advanced training seminar “Museum and Tourism”. The JKU has been offering a specialist seminar in Upper Austria since 2007, which has been fundamentally innovated to emphasize digitization and is being implemented jointly by the project partners in the AT-CZ area. Within the program area, it is a completely innovative training plan. The potential of cultural tourism institutions (e.g. museums) is not fully exploited and workers often lack the knowledge to effectively promote the services of the institutions to the general public. The training of the employees will lead to a networking of the institutions and to a strengthening of their cooperation, which will make museums more attractive and increase their visitor numbers. As part of the project, a joint pilot lesson will be conducted in an innovative seminar certified by ICOM (International Council of Museums). b) Joint creation of a new subject in English on the subject of digitization in cultural tourism at the VSPJ and its joint pilot training. Since 2019, the JKU has offered a range of subjects that deal with digitization in tourism. The content of these subjects will be made available to the VSPJ, the VSPJ academics will listen in selected subjects at the JKU, and then all partners will design the structure of the new subject in such a way that it is adapted to the Czech conditions and the needs of the AT-CZ Region corresponds. The JKU subjects are updated with the knowledge gained in the Czech Republic.

Projekt má dva hlavní výsledky: 1. Muzeum a cestovní ruch - společný rakousko-český seminář celoživotního vzdělávání certifikovaný ICOM (International Council of Museums), téma semináře - Digitalizace v kulturním cestovním ruchu (nejen) pro pracovníky muzeí AT-CZ regionu, 2. Digitization in cultural tourism - nový společně vytvořený předmět v anglickém jazyce zařazený do kurikula oboru Cestovní ruch VŠPJ. Realizace projektu jednoznačně napomůže k naplnění programového ukazatele výsledků, neboť zvýší úroveň spolupráce mezi vzdělávacími institucemi a institucemi trhu práce AT-CZ území zahájením dlouhodobé systematické spolupráce čtyř institucí. Současně napomůže zintenzivnění spolupráce mezi institucemi kulturního cestovního ruchu, především muzeí, na obou stranách hranice.

Das Projekt hat zwei Hauptergebnisse: 1. Museum und Tourismus – gemeinsames AT – CZ Seminar der Weiterbildung durch ICOM zertifiziert (International Council of Museums), Thema des Seminars - Digitalisierung im Kulturtourismus (nicht nur) für die Mitarbeiter der Museen in den AT-CZ Regionen 2. Digitization in cultural tourism – das neue gemeisam gebildete Fach auf Englisch, das in den Lehrplan der VSPJ eingeordnet wird. Die Projektumsetzung wird eindeutig dazu beitragen, den Indikator für das Programmergebnis zu erfüllen, da die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Bildungseinrichtungen und Arbeitsmarktinstitutionen in der Region AT-CZ durch die Einleitung einer langfristigen systematischen Zusammenarbeit von vier Institutionen verbessert wird. Gleichzeitig wird es dazu beitragen, die Zusammenarbeit zwischen kulturellen Tourismusinstitutionen, insbesondere Museen, auf beiden Seiten der Grenze zu intensivieren.
