Das Projekt bezieht sich auf die Notwendigkeit einer Harmonisierung des beruflichen Sekundarbildungssystems und seiner Anpassung an den Arbeitsmarkt in der Grenzregion. Österreichische Unternehmen sind in Südböhmen tätig und tschechische Unternehmen dringen in den österreichischen Markt ein, deshalb ist es für die Absolventen des Bildungsbereiches Wirtschaft nötig, die Besonderheiten der gegebenen Umgebung zu kennen. Das Ziel des Projektes ist die Ergänzung und Vertiefung der wirtschatlichen und fremsprachlichen Kentnissen. Ihre Implementatition in der realen Umgebung und die effektive Eingliederung der Experten mit den entsprechenden wirtschaftlichen Fremdsprachenkenntnissen und Fertigkeiten auf dem Arbeitsmarkt in der Grenzregion. Gleichzeitig wollen wir das Beispiel des österreichischen dualen Ausbildungssystems nutzen, wo sich nicht nur die Schulen sondern auch bestimmte Unternehmen an der beruflichen Bildung beteiligen. Wir versuchen die Prinzipen der dualen Ausbildung in die tschechische Umgebung zu übertragen. Entsprechend der Zielkenntnisse und Fähigkeiten der Schüler erstellt jedes Schülerteam unter professioneller Aufsicht von Lehrern beider Schulen sowie Experten aus dem tschechischen und österreichischen Anwendungsbereich Simulationen von Unternehmen im Wirtschaftssystem (integrierte ERP Software). Das Motivationselement für die unterschiedlichen Schülerteams gibt Ihnen die Möglichkeit , dank Einbindung von Tutoren aus der professionellen Anwendungssphäre funktionelle Startups zu etablieren. Das Projekt trägt auch zur Erhöhung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Flexibilität der Projektteilnehmer auf dem internationalen Arbeitsmarkt und entwickelt kommunikative und soziale Kompetenzen, primäre Kompetenz zur Beschäftigung und Geschäftstätigkeit, Bürgerkompetenzen und kulturelles Bewusstsein. Die beruflichen Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten der Schüler der Sekundarstufe entsprechen den Anforderungen und Erfordernissen des Arbeitsmarktes für Arbeitssuchende in wirtschaftlichen Bereichen. Das Ergebnis des Projekts wird sein, die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Schulen mit demselben Schwerpunkt zu verbessern und zu stärken und vor allem Unternehmen und Betriebe in das Berufsbildungssystem des Sekundarbereichs einzubeziehen. Der österreichische Partner bringt ein Modell für das Zusammenwirken von Schulen und Unternehmen in der beruflichen Ausbildung in das Projekt ein und er kann dem tschechischen Partner seine Erfahrungen weitergeben. Gleichzeitig ist es ein Bereich, in dem die Kenntnis der tschechischen und deutschen Sprache eine Voraussetzung für wirtschaftlichen Wohlstand und die Verwirklichung von Geschäftsplänen ist. Ein innovativer Aspekt des Projekts ist die Schaffung von Bedingungen für die Zusammenarbeit und Kooperation unter Schülern der gleichorientierten Schulen, die auf der Kenntnis der Sprachsymbiose der Region und des gleichen historischen Kontextes basieren.

Projekt reaguje na potřebu harmonizace systému středoškolského odborného vzdělávání a jeho přizpůsobení trhu práce v přeshraničním regionu. Rakouské firmy působí v jižních Čechách a české firmy vstupují na rakouský trh, proto je pro absolventy ekonomických oborů v sekundárním vzdělávání znalost specifik daného prostředí nezbytná. Cílem projektu je implementace odborných znalostí v ekonomickém středoškolském vzdělávání za účelem efektivního zapojení odborníků s odpovídajícími ekonomickými cizojazyčnými znalostmi a dovednostmi na pracovním trhu v přeshraničním regionu. Zároveň chceme využít příkladu fungujícího systému duálního vzdělávání v Rakousku, kde se na odborném vzdělávání středoškoláků podílí škola a reálná firma, a pokusit se přenést principy duálního vzdělávání do českého prostředí. V souladu s vytyčenými cílovými znalostmi a dovednostmi vytvoří týmy žáků simulace reálných firem v ekonomickém systému (integrovaný ERP software) pod odbornou facilitací pedagogů z obou škol, současně i odborníků z české i rakouské aplikační sféry. Motivačním prvkem pro týmy žáků bude - díky zapojení tutorů z profesní aplikační sféry - i možnost založení funkčních startupů. Projekt současně přispívá ke zvyšování konkurenceschopnosti a flexibility účastníků projektu na mezinárodním trhu práce a rozvíjí komunikativní a sociální kompetence, primární kompetence k pracovnímu uplatnění a podnikatelským aktivitám, občanské kompetence a kulturní povědomí. Odborné znalosti a dovednosti žáků středních odborných škol s ekonomickým zaměřením budou korespondovat s požadavky a nároky kladenými pracovním trhem na uchazeče o zaměstnání v ekonomických oborech. Výsledkem projektu bude zkvalitnění a upevnění spolupráce mezi totožně zaměřenými školami a především zapojení podniků a firem do systému středoškolského odborného vzdělávání. Rakouský partner vnáší do projektu vzor fungujícího propojení škol a firem při odborném vzdělávání, tzv. duálního systému, a může českému partnerovi předávat zkušenosti. Zároveň se jedná o území, kde znalost českého a německého jazyka tvoří předpoklad pro ekonomickou prosperitu a realizaci podnikatelských záměrů. Inovativním aspektem celého projektu je vytvoření podmínek kolaborace a kooperace mezi žáky totožně zaměřených odborných škol opírající se o povědomí jazykové symbiózy daného regionu a totožný historický kontext.

The project relates to the need to harmonize the vocational secondary education system and to adapt it to the labor market in the border region. Austrian companies are active in South Bohemia and Czech companies are penetrating the Austrian market, so it is necessary for graduates in the field of economics to know the specifics of the given environment. The aim of the project is to expand and deepen knowledge of business and foreign languages. The implementation in the real environment and the effective integration of experts with the corresponding business foreign language knowledge and skills in the labor market in the border region. At the same time, we want to use the example of the Austrian dual training system, where not only schools but also certain companies participate in vocational training. We are trying to transfer the principles of dual training to the Czech environment. According to the target knowledge and skills of the students, each student team creates simulations of companies in the economic system (integrated ERP software) under the professional supervision of teachers from both schools as well as experts from the Czech and Austrian application area. The motivational element for the different student teams gives them the opportunity to establish functional startups thanks to the involvement of tutors from the professional area of application. The project also contributes to increasing the competitiveness and flexibility of the project participants on the international labor market and develops communicative and social skills, primary skills for employment and business activity, civic skills and cultural awareness. The professional knowledge and skills of secondary school students correspond to the demands and requirements of the job market for job seekers in economic areas. The result of the project will be to improve and strengthen cooperation between schools with the same focus and, above all, to involve businesses and companies in the vocational secondary education system. The Austrian partner brings a model for cooperation between schools and companies in vocational training to the project and he can pass on his experience to the Czech partner. At the same time, it is an area where the knowledge of the Czech and German languages is a prerequisite for economic prosperity and the realization of business plans. An innovative aspect of the project is the creation of conditions for collaboration and cooperation among students of the same-oriented schools based on the knowledge of the language symbiosis of the region and the same historical context.

Im Projekt werden diese Ergebnisse übermittelt: 1. Größere Eingliederung der kleinen und mittleren Betriebe ins System der Mittelschulausbildung 2. Besserung der bestehenden Kooperation zwischen Fachmittelschulen und dem ökonomischen Sektor 3. Optimierung des gemeinsamen Ausbildungsrahmen und Qualifikation Das Projekt wird dazu beitragen, das Potenzial der Humanressourcen in der Grenzregion zu erhöhen, indem innerhalb von drei Jahren Übungsfirmen im Nachbarstaat gegründet und reale Situationen unter Anleitung von Tutoren aus dem Anwendungsbereich gelöst werden, wodurch das Potenzial der Humanressourcen in der Grenzregion gesteigert wird. Es kommt zur Verbindung der Ausbildungssysteme, zum Transfer der Methoden und Strategien, die Unterlagen für neue Konzepte im Bereich der Fachmittelschulausbildung werden gebildet und dank der Eingliederung der Firmen können sich die Ausbildungsbedingungen der Fachmittelschulen an den Arbeitsmarkt im Grenzgebiet und deren Bedürfnisse angleichen.

V projektu má být dosaženo těchto výsledků: 1. Větší zapojení malých a středních podniků do systému středoškolského vzdělávání 2. Zlepšení stávající spolupráce mezi středními odbornými školami a ekonomickým sektorem 3. Optimalizace společného rámce pro vzdělávání a kvalifikaci Projekt přispěje ke zvýšení potenciálu lidských zdrojů v přeshraničním regionu tím, že v průběhu 3 let budou žákovské týmy zakládat cvičné firmy na území sousedního státu a pod vedením tutorů z aplikační sféry budou řešit reálné situace z aplikační sféry, přispěje projekt k zvýšení využití potenciálu lidských zdrojů v přeshraničním regionu. Dojde propojení vzdělávacích systémů, k transferu metod a strategií, budou vytvořeny podklady pro novou koncepci v oblasti odborného středoškolského vzdělávání a díky zapojení firem se vzdělávací podmínky středních odborných škol mohou přizpůsobit trhu práce v přeshraničním regionu a jeho potřebám.
