The project aims to build a new approach to combating dropping out of school, focusing mainly on two risk factors for 11 to 25-year-olds: the increase in violence and antisocial behaviour in schools and, secondly, the inadequacy of support and guidance routes for pupils in difficulty. Supported by five partners from the cross-border region, PRIMEE aims to set up new tools and materials for intercultural support, aimed at professionals in the fields of education, prevention, social integration, etc. These will be developed based on previous research on "multiple intelligences", carried out in Belgium, as well as preventive and restorative practices, initiated in France. A panel of companies on both sides of the border will enrich these tools with a cross-cutting professional skills repository, which will enable young people to improve their chances of employment.

Le projet a pour objectif de construire une nouvelle approche de lutte contre le décrochage scolaire, en se focalisant principalement sur deux facteurs à risques pour les 11-25 ans : l’accroissement de la violence et des incivilités dans les établissements scolaires et, d’autre part, l’inadaptation des parcours d’accompagnement et d’orientation des élèves en difficultés. Appuyé de 5 partenaires du territoire transfrontalier, PRIMEE vise à mettre en place de nouveaux outils et supports d’accompagnement interculturels, à destination des professionnels de l’éducation, de la prévention, de l’insertion sociale… Ceux-ci seront élaborés à partir des recherches faites au préalable sur les « intelligences multiples », menées en Belgique, ainsi que des pratiques préventives et restauratives, initiées en France. Un panel d’entreprises de part et d’autre de la frontière viendra enrichir ces outils d’un référentiel de compétences professionnelles transversales, qui permettra au jeune de favoriser ses chances d’embauche.

Het doel van het project is de ontwikkeling van een nieuwe aanpak van de bestrijding van schooluitval, waarbij de aandacht vooral uitgaat naar twee risicofactoren voor 11- tot 25-jarigen: de toename van geweld en onbetamelijk gedrag op school en de onaangepaste begeleidings- en oriëntatietrajecten voor leerlingen in moeilijkheden. Met de steun van 5 partners uit het grensgebied wil PRIMEE nieuwe instrumenten en steunpunten voor interculturele begeleiding opzetten, bestemd voor professionals in het onderwijs, de preventie, de sociale integratie, enz. Ze zullen worden ontwikkeld op basis van voorafgaand Belgisch onderzoek naar 'meervoudige intelligentie' en in Frankrijk toegepaste preventie- en herinschakelingspraktijken. Een panel van bedrijven aan beide zijden van de grens zal deze instrumenten aanvullen met een referentiekader van transversale beroepscompetenties die de jongeren meer kansen zullen geven op de arbeidsmarkt.

4 complete introductory courses for French and Belgian professionals in preventive and restorative practices; 1 cross-border teaching kit for the introduction of preventive and restorative practices in Franco-Belgian establishments; 2 training courses on multiple intelligences for professionals; 1 model for the implementation of the theory of multiple intelligences by participants in the world of education and integration; 1 practical cross-border guide; 1 cross-border inventory of entrepreneurial resources for welcome and support for the professional integration of young people; 1 cross-border reference system for diagnosing young people's skills and supporting the search for an internship/employment in a company; 1 cross-border model for awareness-raising of entrepreneurs for the welcome of young people on a career path.

4 cycles complets d'initiation des professionnels français et belges aux pratiques préventives et restauratives; 1 kit pédagogique transfrontalier pour l'instauration des pratiques préventives et restauratives dans les établissements franco-belges; 2 cycles de formation aux intelligences multiples à destination des professionnels; 1 modèle pour la mise en oeuvre de la théorie des intelligences multiples par les acteurs du monde éducatif et de l'insertion; 1 guide pratique transfrontalier; 1 inventaire transfrontalier des ressources entrepreneuriales pour l'accueil et l'accompagnement à l'insertion professionnelle des jeunes; 1 référentiel transfrontalier pour le diagnostic de compétences des jeunes et l'appui à la recherche de stage/emploi en entreprise; 1 modèle transfrontalier de sensibilisation des entrepreneurs pour l'accueil des jeunes en parcours professionnel.

4 volledige initiatiecycli op het gebied van preventief en herstelgericht werken voor Franse en Belgische professionals; 1 grensoverschrijdende pedagogische kit voor de invoering van preventief en herstelgericht werken in de Frans-Belgische instellingen; 2 opleidingscycli in meervoudige intelligentie voor professionals; 1 model voor de implementatie van de meervoudige intelligentietheorie door de actoren van de onderwijs- en integratiewereld; 1 grensoverschrijdende praktijkgids; 1 grensoverschrijdende inventaris van ondernemingsmiddelen voor het onthaal van jongeren en de ondersteuning van hun beroepsintegratie; 1 grensoverschrijdend referentiesysteem voor de competentiediagnose bij jongeren en hun ondersteuning bij het zoeken naar stageplaatsen/werk in bedrijven ; 1 grensoverschrijdend model voor de bewustmaking van ondernemers over het onthaal van jongeren die hun beroepsloopbaan aanvatten.
