The project aims to enable vulnerable and low-skilled job-seekers to enter the agricultural sector on both sides of the Franco-Belgian border. To achieve this, the project partners will identify the needs of the farmers, the skills required for jobs in this sector and the methodologies for professional integration, specific to each side of the border. An operational phase will then realise the objective of the project. Job seekers and farmers will be made aware, recruited, guided and trained, from the monitoring of their career path to the signing of a sustainable contract. To meet these challenges, the associated operators will pool their experience, but will also call on experts for some actions. These exchanges will result in more qualitative and efficient methodologies, with the aim of facilitating the return of low-skilled applicants to sustainable employment.

Le projet souhaite permettre aux demandeurs d'emploi fragilisés et faiblement qualifiés, d’intégrer le secteur agricole de part et d'autres de la frontière franco-belge. Pour y parvenir, les partenaires du projet identifieront les besoins des exploitants agricoles, les compétences requises pour les métiers de ce secteur et les méthodologies d’insertion professionnelle, spécifiques de chaque côté de la frontière. Une phase opérationnelle viendra ensuite concrétiser l’objectif du projet. Les demandeurs d’emploi et les exploitants agricoles seront sensibilisés, recrutés, orientés et formés, du suivi de leur parcours à la signature d’un contrat durable. Pour relever ces défis, les opérateurs associés mettront en commun leurs expériences, mais feront également appel à des experts pour le besoin de certaines actions. De ces échanges, les méthodologies en sortiront plus qualitatives et efficientes, dans l'objectif de faciliter le retour à l’emploi durable des demandeurs peu qualifiés.

Het project wil kwetsbare en laaggeschoolde werkzoekenden toegang geven tot de landbouwsector aan beide zijden van de Frans-Belgische grens. Om dit te bereiken zullen de projectpartners de specifieke behoeften van de landbouwers, de vereiste vaardigheden voor het werk in deze sector en de methodologieën voor beroepsintegratie aan beide zijden van de grens identificeren. Vervolgens zal een operationele fase het doel van het project concretiseren. De werkzoekenden en de landbouwers zullen worden gesensibiliseerd, aangeworven, georiënteerd en opgeleid, van de follow-up van hun traject tot de ondertekening van een vast contract. Om in deze uitdagingen te slagen zullen de geassocieerde operatoren hun ervaringen inbrengen, maar indien nodig voor sommige acties ook een beroep doen op experts. Deze uitwisselingen zullen meer kwalitatieve en efficiënte methoden opleveren die laaggeschoolden zullen helpen om gemakkelijker weer duurzaam werk te vinden.

Expected Outputs (FR): 60 participants à des initiatives locales en matière d'emploi et de formation; 30 actions d'accompagnement en transfrontalier favorisant la mobilité et l'emploi des publics cibles; 4 sessions de formation conjointes.

Expected Outputs (NL): 60 deelnemers aan lokale werkgelegenheids- en opleidingsinitiatieven; 30 grensoverschrijdende begeleidende acties ter bevordering van de mobiliteit en de werkgelegenheid van de doelgroepen; 4 gezamenlijke opleidingssessies.
