Description (EN):

The development of digital technologies has profoundly changed all aspects of daily life, as well as the way we think and act. It is important to train citizens, especially children and young adults, to use them creatively and productively while keeping a critical eye open. Within this framework, many initiatives are being put in place around the progressive equipping of schools and the integration of new digital skills to be acquired. There is also a strong interest among teachers and trainers to make full use of the potential of these new technologies. However, not all the training courses that currently exist in the Belgian-French border region are recognised on both sides of the border. The aim of Teach transition is, therefore, to create a framework and a continuous training programme for teachers and trainers wishing to develop their knowledge in technology-based teaching. This implies acquiring complementary skills in computer science and content creation in particular. The repository and the educational resources produced will be the subject of a cross-border co-creation collaboration and will be made available to training/educational institutions wishing to incorporate them (totally or partially) into their own courses.

Le développement des technologies du numérique a profondément modifié tous les aspects de la vie quotidienne, ainsi que notre manière de penser et d’agir. Il est important de former les citoyens, notamment les enfants et les jeunes adultes, afin qu'ils puissent les utiliser avec créativité et productivité, tout en gardant un regard critique. Dans ce cadre, de nombreuses initiatives sont mises en place autour de l’équipement progressif des écoles et l’intégration de nouvelles compétences numériques à acquérir. On constate également un fort intérêt de la part des enseignants et formateurs pour exploiter le potentiel de ces nouvelles technologies. Or, les formations actuellement existantes sur la zone franco-belge ne sont pas toutes valorisables et reconnues de part et d'autre de la frontière. L'objectif de Teach transition consiste donc en la création d'un dispositif-cadre et d'un parcours de formations continues, à destination des professeurs et formateurs souhaitant développer leurs savoirs en techno-pédagogie. Cela implique d'acquérir des compétences complémentaires en informatique et en création de contenus notamment. Le référentiel et les ressources pédagogiques produits feront l'objet d'une collaboration transfrontalière de co-création, et seront mis à disposition aux institutions de formation/d'enseignement souhaitant les intégrer (totalement ou partiellement) dans leurs propres parcours.

De ontwikkeling van de digitale technologieën heeft alle aspecten van het dagelijkse leven en onze manier van denken en handelen grondig veranderd. Het is belangrijk dat de burgers en met name kinderen en jonge volwassenen worden opgeleid om deze technologieën creatief en productief maar ook met een kritische geest te gebruiken. In dit kader worden veel initiatieven genomen voor de geleidelijke uitrusting van de scholen en de integratie van nieuwe te verwerven digitale vaardigheden. Er wordt ook een sterke belangstelling vastgesteld bij de leerkrachten en opleiders om het potentieel van deze nieuwe technologieën te benutten. De bestaande opleidingen in het Frans-Belgische grensgebied zijn echter niet altijd niet aan beide zijden van de grens bruikbaar en erkend. Daarom wil Teach Transition een kader en een traject voor doorlopende opleidingen tot stand brengen voor de leerkrachten en opleiders die hun technisch-pedagogische kennis wensen te ontwikkelen. Dit impliceert dat zij bijkomende competenties verwerven in informatica en met name in het creëren van 'content'. Het referentiekader en de aangereikte pedagogische middelen zullen in een grensoverschrijdende samenwerking worden ontwikkeld. Ze zullen ter beschikking worden gesteld van opleidings-/onderwijsinstellingen die ze (in hun geheel of gedeeltelijk) in hun eigen traject willen opnemen.

Achievements (EN):

Digital Inclusion – 6 Tools: The 2020 health crisis has highlighted a divide that already existed: the digital divide. Back then, this problem related to lack of access to digital tools or not having an internet connection. Some authors also emphasized that there is another problem, namely the inability to master digital tools. Today we're talking about digital inclusion. A part of the population does not master digital tools. Our society is becoming increasingly digital for everyday services (banking, insurance, administration). It is important that we can offer our citizens tools so that they are not excluded from society. Digital inequalities sometimes go hand in hand with social inequalities. As part of the CoP, members wanted to test tools and offer you the opportunity to choose the most appropriate tool, either to support people with digital fragility or to provide digital inclusion tools. During this CoP cycle, members had the opportunity to discuss student motivation remotely. During the discussions, CoP members decided to develop a tool to help motivate students remotely. They took part in two workshops: COP – motivating students from a distance at home: Student self-determination from a distance Tips and tricks for preparing for distance learning. Digital Talking - Parents - Children - School Files: The tool you want to use is divided into three main parts: A directory of educational resources that can be used between parents and/or teachers with children/teens. A great intergenerational activity to integrate into a school environment to invite parents, teachers and children to dialogue and discuss their digital uses. 10 tips on GDPR and General Data Protection Regulation issues, as all suggested activities have a digital connection.

Expected Results (EN): There is a strong demand for profiles of teachers/trainers who integrate new technologies into their practices. However, the training offer is not yet standardised, so it is difficult to give figures on the impact at the moment.

Expected Results (FR): Il existe une forte demande de profils de professeurs/formateurs intégrant les nouvelles technologies dans leurs pratiques. Cependant l'offre de formation n'est pas encore uniformisée, il est donc difficile de communiquer des chiffres sur l'impact pour le moment.

Expected Results (NL): Er is een grote vraag naar profielen van docenten/opleiders die in hun methodes gebruik maken van nieuwe technologieën. Het aanbod aan opleidingen is echter nog niet gestandaardiseerd, waardoor het momenteel moeilijk is om cijfers over de impact te geven.

Expected Outputs (EN): 200 participants in local employment and training initiatives, including those directly or indirectly affected (participants in training courses, training institutions, etc.); 1 test joint training session (the goal would be to reach 3 in one year).

Expected Outputs (FR): 200 participants à des initiatives locales en matière d'emploi et de formation, dont directement ou indirectement touchés (participants à des formations, institutions de formation…); 1 session de formation conjointe test (l'objectif serait de parvenir à 3 en une année).

Expected Outputs (NL): 200 deelnemers aan lokale werkgelegenheids- en opleidingsinitiatieven, waaronder direct of indirect betrokkenen (deelnemers aan opleidingen, opleidingsinstituten, enz.); 1 proefsessie op het gebied van gezamenlijke opleiding (het is de bedoeling om tot 3 sessies in één jaar te komen).
