When it comes to Early Childhood, the border continues to represent an obstacle to the movement of workers, even though the sector is growing and lacks providers. PASS'EMPLOI thus plans to conduct a territorial diagnosis in France and Belgium on the provision of services in the field of early childhood, to reflect on new responses in terms of childcare, particularly for job seekers, and to draw up the job-activities-skills profile of the cross-border childcare provider of "tomorrow". Also, to design and offer job seekers a common training and mobility pathway in France and Belgium, and then to have the qualification recognised by a double French and Belgian certification. A network of Franco-Belgian partners will also be set up, in order to experiment with new forms of organisation in the professional sector and to propose schemes adapted to job seekers.

Dans le champ de la Petite Enfance, la frontière continue à représenter un obstacle à la circulation des travailleurs, alors même que le secteur se développe et manque d'intervenants. PASS’EMPLOI prévoit ainsi de mener un diagnostic territorial en France et en Belgique sur l'offre de service dans le domaine de la petite enfance, de réfléchir à de nouvelles réponses en matière de garde d'enfants notamment pour les demandeurs d'emploi, d'élaborer le profil métier-activités-compétences de l'intervenant transfrontalier de « demain ». Egalement, de concevoir et de proposer aux demandeurs d'emploi un parcours de formation et de mobilité commun en France et en Belgique, puis de faire reconnaitre la qualification par une double certification française et belge. Un réseau de partenaires franco-belges sera également mis en place, afin d'expérimenter de nouvelles formes d'organisation du secteur professionnel et de proposer de dispositifs adaptés aux demandeurs d'emploi.

Wat de opvang van jonge kinderen betreft, blijft de grens een obstakel voor het verkeer van de werknemers, terwijl de sector zich ontwikkelt en een gebrek aan interveniënten kent. PASS'EMPLOI wil daarom in Frankrijk en België een territoriale diagnose stellen van de dienstverlening in het domein van de opvang van jonge kinderen, over oplossingen voor kinderopvang nadenken, met name voor de werkzoekenden, en een profiel opstellen van het beroep, de activiteiten en de competenties van de grensoverschrijdende interveniënt van 'morgen'. Daarnaast zal het een voor Frankrijk en België gemeenschappelijk opleidings- en mobiliteitstraject opstellen en aan de werkzoekenden voorstellen, en vervolgens de kwalificatie door een dubbele Franse en Belgische certificering laten erkennen. Er zal ook een netwerk van Frans-Belgische partners worden opgericht om te experimenteren met nieuwe organisatievormen van de professionele sector en aangepaste regelingen aan de werkzoekenden voor te stellen.

Expected Results (EN): The project provides support for training and employment to 100 job seekers (50 Belgian and 50 French) on both sides of the border.

Expected Results (FR): Le projet prévoit l'accompagnement à la formation et à l'emploi de 100 demandeurs d'emploi ( 50 Belges et 50 Français) des deux côtés de la frontière.

Expected Results (NL): Het project wil 100 werkzoekenden (50 Belgen en 50 Fransen) begeleiden bij hun opleiding en het zoeken naar werk aan weerskanten van de grens.

Expected Outputs (EN): The project provides for 3 training sessions and 3 support initiatives during the 3 years. The partners also offer the organisation of information sessions to raise awareness and mobilise job seekers.

Expected Outputs (FR): Le projet prévoit 3 sessions de formation et 3 actions d'accompagnement durant les 3 années. Les partenaires proposent également d'organiser des sessions d'information pour sensibiliser et mobiliser les demandeurs d'emploi.

Expected Outputs (NL): Het project voorziet in 3 opleidingssessies en 3 begeleidingsacties gedurende de 3 projectjaren. De partners stellen ook voor om informatiesessies te organiseren om de werkzoekenden te sensibiliseren en te mobiliseren.
