Description (EN):

Led by the University of Franche-Comté (UFC) and the University of Geneva (UNIGE), the Interregional Project Laboratoire de l’Egalité — PILE — aims to exchange good practices in the field of equality in the fields of education and research, in relation to the professional world. The latter are an effective lever in the fight against inequalities and discrimination. The project also intends to develop joint actions to improve the employability of their students by including equality in the training and preparation for employment of these emerging professionals. Many companies in France and Switzerland are committed to gender equality, with training — all public policies converge on the mix of sectors, the fight against stereotypes and the training of guidance actors. These framing devices have a single objective: access to quality employment for women, sustainable professional integration and women’s access to decision-making positions. The ambition of our institutions is to take part in this collective effort. This project is part of a context of increasing the efforts of European universities to prepare students for vocational integration and to improve their employability.

Porté par l’Université de Franche-Comté (UFC) et l’Université de Genève (UNIGE), le Projet Interrégional Laboratoire de l’Egalité – PILE - vise dans à échanger des bonnes pratiques en matière d’égalité dans les domaines de l’éducation et de la recherche, en lien avec le monde professionnel. Ces dernières constituent un levier efficace de lutte contre les inégalités et les discriminations. Le projet entend également développer des actions communes en vue d’améliorer l’employabilité de leurs étudiant-e-s en inscrivant l’égalité dans la formation et la préparation à l’emploi de ces professionnels en devenir. De nombreuses entreprises en France et en Suisse s’engagent pour l’égalité femmes-hommes, avec pour prisme la formation - toutes les politiques publiques convergent vers la mixité des filières, la lutte contre les stéréotypes, la formation des acteurs de l’orientation. Ces dispositifs de cadrage ont un seul objectif : l’accès à un emploi de qualité pour les femmes, une insertion professionnelle durable et l’accès des femmes des postes en responsabilité. L’ambition de nos établissements est de prendre part à cet effort collectif. Ce projet s’inscrit dans un contexte d’accentuation des efforts des universités européennes pour la préparation des étudiant-e-s à l’insertion professionnelle et l’amélioration de leur employabilité.
