The present programme for the development of economic exchanges in the Indian Ocean zone, in line with the actions previously carried out by the Export Club, has as its overall objective to allow the meeting between the public and private economic actors of the Indian Ocean area in order to promote exchanges between these actors and to encourage companies to develop their exports. The programme presented here is the structuring of projects in the ZOI — Cross-border Strand — General Interest, and is divided into 3 identical actions on the three priority territories of the Indian Ocean Commission identified by the Export Club (Madagascar, Mauritius and Seychelles). The aim is to put in place measures to promote and promote export initiatives, creating regularity and sustainable, sustainable structuring of projects. The general interest component of this partnership will strengthen the mobilisation of the Export Club with private and institutional actors.

Le présent programme de développement des échanges économiques dans la zone océan Indien, dans le droit fil des actions précédemment menées par le Club Export, a pour objectif global de permettre la rencontre entre les acteurs économiques publics et privés de la zone océan Indien afin de promouvoir les échanges entre ces acteurs et amener les entreprises à se développer à l’export. Le programme présenté ici est la structuration de projets dans la ZOI – Volet transfrontalier – Intérêt Général, et se décline en 3 actions identiques sur les 3 territoires prioritaires de la Commission de l’Océan Indien identifiés par le Club Export (Madagascar, Maurice et les Seychelles). Il s’agit de mettre en place des actions de promotion et de valorisation des initiatives à l’export, en créant de la régularité et de la structuration durable, pérenne des projets. Le volet d’intérêt général de ce partenariat permettra de conforter la mobilisation du Club Export auprès des acteurs privés et institutionnels.
