Description (EN): Renaissance of the authentic crafts folk- common cultural heritage as a focal point for sustainable economic and tourism development

Achievements (EN):

R 1. 1. Increased number of publicly recognized authentic craftsmen discovered in the cross-border target region as result of the mapping exercise (min 20 craftsmen) (64) R. 1.2: Improved knowledge and skills of the 24 youth about authentic traditional crafts design and production (24) R. 1.3: Enhanced capacities of 3 institutions (2 NGOs and 1 public institution) from Romania and Republic of Moldova to promote the exchange of experience regarding the appropriate marketing policy of cultural heritage values with respect to authenticity preservation. (3) R. 2. 1. Enhanced production and entrepreneurial skills of 20 craftsmen to generate income from the production of authentic traditional crafts folk. (20) R. 2. 2. Increased number of opportunities for promotion of the cultural heritage for tourism purposes. (4)
