The project aims to improve the level of preparedness and intervention of personnel involved in ensuring and restoring public order, as well as in preventing and intervening in anti-terrorist actions;Standardize and improve the level of training of staff in partner structures to carry out specific missions to ensure and restore public order;Increasing the capacity of intervention of the public forces structures of the partners with a view to a unitary approach to public gatherings and demonstrations, including crowd control and other security activities (e.g. protests, marches, religious ceremonies, etc.) with cross-border impact requiring measures to ensure and restore public order; Increase the level of training of the personnel from the partner structures for the execution of anti-terrorist intervention missions.

Expected Results (EN):

1. The number of joint exercises carried out by the public order forces with attributions in the field of ensuring and restoring public order and anti-terrorist intervention (3). 2. The number of workers in the public order structures of the partners participating in the joint training activities (50). 3. Developing a Best practices guide in the specific fields of activity of the involved forces (1).

Expected Outputs (EN):

Performing joint exercises (3) - It requires bringing together the staff of both partners to develop joint training exercises in the specific field of action according to the functionalities of the partner structures.The unit of measure chosen is the actual number of such exercises to be completed by the end of the project. Staff trained in joint exercises (50) - Involves the total number of staff from both partner structures who will participate and will be trained during the joint training exercises. The unit of measurement is the number of soldiers who will benefit directly and effectively from the training foreseen in the proposed joint exercises. Developing a Best Practices Guide (1) - It consists in finalizing the joint exercises proposed in the project by developing parts that form the Best Practices Guide that will include lessons learned and methods of action in specific situations the project partners have in the field of security and safety of individuals. The unit of measurement consists of the number of elaborated guides, copies to be printed, being the unit of measure for the deliverable activity of the materials printed in the project.
