DEFI-laine aims to recreate a sector for the valorisation of sheep wool produced in the Greater Region.DEFI-Laine acts with and for breeders, mowers, artisans, entrepreneurs, companies, associations, designers, schools, communities, individuals...Actions:- State of play and creation of a transnational cluster.- Product development from a witness building1) Innovative ‘virtual’ collection device and local physical collection.2) Communication/awareness- Discovery days undertaken and products- Holidays- Promotion of wool in ecoconstruction — Maison de la wo- Communication on actions.

DEFI-laine vise à recréer une filière de valorisation de la laine de mouton produite dans la Grande région.DEFI-Laine agit avec et pour des éleveurs, tondeurs, artisans, entrepreneurs, entreprises, associations, designers, écoles, collectivités, particuliers...Les actions:- État des lieux et création d’un cluster transnational.- Développement de produitso Étude de marché cibléeo Accompagnement individualisé de porteurs de projetso Création de produits issus de réserves naturelleso Développement d’un produit industriel innovant écologiqueo Réflexion marketingo Formationso Rénovation d’un bâtiment témoin1) Dispositif innovant de collecte ‘’virtuelle’’ et collecte physique locale.2) Communication/sensibilisation- Journées découvertes entreprises et produits- Fêtes- Promotion de la laine dans l’écoconstruction - Maison de la laine’- Communication sur les actions.

Achievements (DE):

Das Projekt AUFTRAG-Wolle ermöglichte die Schaffung von Häusern der Wolle, die ihren Schwerpunkt auf lokaler Wolle haben. Es wurde eine Geotextilie aus Wolle entwickelt und an Kulturen getestet. Es wurden öffentliche Gebäude isoliert. Es wurden Analysen an Wolllosen für deren Charakterisierung sowie technische Tests an Dämmplatten durchgeführt. Es wurde ein Modell geschaffen, welches die Möglichkeiten für die Isolierung mit Wolle im Bauwesen zeigt. Die Wollbörse, eine Online-Plattform, die An- und Verkäufer von Wolle zusammenbringt, wurde entwickelt. Eine Einheit für industrielles Filzen wird gerade umgesetzt. Und noch vieles mehr!

Achievements (EN):

The project AUFTRAG-Wolle enabled the creation of houses of wool that focus on local wool. A geotextile made of wool was developed and tested on cultures. Public buildings were isolated. Analyses were carried out on woolless for their characterisation as well as technical tests on insulation panels. A model was created showing the possibilities for insulation with wool in construction. The wool exchange, an online platform that brings together wool buyers and sellers, has been developed. A unit for industrial felting is currently being implemented. And much more!
