The main objective of the project is to ensure a good target group-specific or carrier-oriented framework conditions for the qualitative and quantitative increase of German-Polish partnerships in the ER, which are accompanied by comprehensive consulting services and coordinated public relations. The above objective is in line with Objective 6 of the CP “Strengthening cross-border cooperation between institutions and citizens in all aspects of public life”, since the aim is to bring together as many institutions as possible and their representatives on both sides of the border and to choose a target group-specific address.

Als Hauptziel des Projektes gilt die Gewährleistung von guten zielgruppenspezifischen bzw. trägerorientierten Rahmenbedingungen für die qualitative wie quantitative Steigerung von deutsch-polnischen Partnerschaften in der ER, welche begleitet werden von möglichst flächendeckenden Beratungsangeboten sowie einer darauf abgestimmten Öffentlichkeitsarbeit. Das o.g. Ziel steht im Einklang zum Ziel 6 des KP „Stärkung der grenzüberschreitenden Zusammenarbeit von Institutionen und Bürger/-innen in allen Aspekten des öffentlichen Lebens”, da versucht wird möglichst viele Träger u. deren Vertreter auf beiden Seiten der Grenze zusammenzuführen u. dabei ein zielgruppenbezogene Ansprache zu wählen.

Głównym celem projektu jest zapewnienie dobrych, odpowiednich dla specyficznej grupy względnie zorientowanych podmiotowo warunków ramowych dla wzrostu jakościowego i ilościowego PL-DE partnerstw w ER, którym towarzyszą możliwie pokrywające się obszarowo oferty doradztwa, a także dopasowana do tego promocja. Wymieniony wyżej cel pokrywa się z celem nr 6 PW „Wzmocnienie transgranicznej współpracy insty-tucji i obywateli we wszystkich aspektach życia publicznego”, gdzie podejmowana jest próba połącze-nia ze sobą możliwie wielu podmiotów i ich przedstawicieli z obu stron granicy i wybór odpowiedniej, skierowanej do tej specyficznej grupy retoryki. Grupą docelową projektu są instytucje ER ( ok. 3.500 w sumie, z tego 2.500 po polskiej i 1.000 po niemieckiej stronie).
