Description (EN):

Project RO-UA Par4CM is aimed to create an Energy Management Agencies (EMAs). EMA, which will be formed by local authorities, municipalities and HEIs with students and staff, will serve for implementing and monitoring the Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plan (SECAP). It will activate in the education at all levels to create awareness and ensure that the local community joins the public administration in the efforts to make efficient use of energy resources. It will also present viable solutions in order to improve energy efficiency in the administrative field to all the stakeholders in Botosani and Ivano-Frankivsk. It will offer support and dissemination to sustainable energy projects initiated by local public institutions and private entities such as economic agents or nonprofits.

Expected Results (EN):

1. Participation of 107 people including councilors from Rzeszów, Ivano-Frankivsk and Lutsk in three meetings concerning the network cooperation in towns implementing the project, 2. Participation of 60 local government employees from Rzeszów, Ivano-Frankivsk and Lutsk in courses and workshops, with the aim of increasing the participants' competences, 3. Participation of 233 people in cultural events organized in Ivano-Frankivsk, Lutsk and Rzeszów. 4. Participation of 110 people representing the institutions involved in social welfare and their patients from Rzeszów, Ivano-Frankivsk and Lutsk in common Polish-Ukrainian events within social welfare. 5. Broadening the knowledge about the towns participating in the project, the project itself and the sources of financing among 720 people who will visit the Internet service. 6. Popularizing the Programme of Network Cross-border Cooperation for Rzeszów, Ivano-Frankivsk and Lutsk for the years 2014 – 2020 among 60 entities from Rzeszów, Ivano-Frankivsk and Lutsk operating in the field of culture and welfare. 7. Participation of 21 people, including voluntaries and their coordinators in the Voluntary service without borders workshops and seminar.

Expected Outputs (EN):

Aligned institutional cooperation of existing Romanian and Ukrainian partnership in Aligned institutional cooperation of existing Romanian and Ukrainian partnership in climate change mitigation. Establishment of Energy Management Agencies (EMA) aimed on implementation and monitoring of (Sustainable energy and climate action plan)SECAPs adopted by Ivano-Frankivsk and Botosani. Piloting and promotion of new technologies using set of promotions software tools and demonstrative installations on RES. Establishment of Innovative Science Promotion(InnoSciPromo) centers in Botosani and Ivano-Frankivsk as department of Energy Management Agencies (EMA) for implementation of innovative and proactive educational methods for young generation (children and youth)
