Description (DE):

In NWE fallen beim Abbruch von Betonkonstruktionen jährlich 65 MT rezyklierte Gesteinskörnung (FRG) an. Während FGR deponiert wird werden 54 MT Meersand gefördert und somit das Gleichgewicht empfindlicher Naturräume gefährdet. Die Verwendung der FRG in Beton könnte wertvolle Ressourcen schonen. Wegen strenger Baunormen existiert jedoch kein Markt für FRG. FRG ist ein Rohstoff mit örtlich streuenden Eigenschaften und eignet sich aufgrund dieser Unregelmäßigkeit nicht für die Massenproduktion. Er könnte jedoch im kleinen Umfang zur Herstellung von Produkten Verwendung finden, die weder Bemessungsnormen noch großen Beanspruchungen unterliegen. 5 MT der FRG könnten als Ausgangspunkt für einen Stoffkreislauf in Denkmäler, Garten- und Stadtmobiliar (DGS) aus Beton eingearbeitet werden. Herkömmliche Fertigteilherstellung kann aufgrund hoher Kosten der Schalung (50 bis 80% der Gesamtkosten) nicht für Produktionen im kleinen Umfang verwendet werden. Beton 3D Druck (3DD) hingegen ermöglicht die Herstellung von Unikaten, die von Kunden zur Identifikation genutzt würden. DGS werden immer an schwer zugänglichen Orten aufgestellt. Gewichtsreduktion durch Formoptimierung und Drucken vor Ort wäre sinnvoll. Cirmap bietet eine neue Methode zur Dosierung von Mischungen (MDM) für 3DD-Mörtel aus RFG und eine neue Gestaltungsmethode für angepasste Formen an, die 6 Herstellern gegeben werden. Eine neue Steuerungseinheit für 3 Beton 3DD wird zur Ausstattung von Betondrucker verwendet. Ein über 30 Mitglieder starkes Cirmap-Netzwerk wird für die Veröffentlichung und Verbreitung eingerichtet, was zu einem neuen Markt für die Wiederverwendung von FRG führt. 5 LPAs werden öffentliche Räume bieten die mit 3DD-Möbeln (jeweils 5 Stück) ausgestattet werden. Es wird eine integrierte, mobile Vorrichtung für den 3DD von DGS vor Ort entwickelt. Dies hilft beim Recyceln von 25t FRG. Auf lange Sicht könnten bis zu 25 MT FRG in 3DD Produkten wiederverwendet werden.

In NWE, 65 Mt of Recycled Fine Aggregates (RFA) are generated yearly from the crushing of Concrete Construction and Demolition Wastes and are disposed in landfills or in banks. In the meantime, 54 Mt of marine sands are extracted, threatening fragile marine spaces. Reusing RFA in concrete would save natural resources. However, no market exists for RFA owing to rigorous construction standards. RFA is a local resource, with large variability, which is not suited to mass production needing regular materials. But it could be used at a smaller scale, for the manufacture of products needing neither to comply with construction standards nor to possess high performances. 5 Mt of RFA could be recycled into concrete for the manufacture of Urban, Memorial or Garden (UMG) furniture, being the starting point of a circular economy loop. Traditional precast concrete cannot be used for small scale production because of the high share of moulds in the global cost (50 to 80%). However, concrete 3D Printing (3DP) allows manufacturing customized pieces that could be shown by customers as a banner of their identity. UMG furniture are always located in difficult to access zones, reducing their weight by shape optimization and printing them onsite would be easier. Cirmap provides a new Mixture Proportioning Method (MPM) for the design of 3DP mortars with RFA and a new Design Methodology for Customized Shapes (DMCS) which will be transferred to 6 manufacturers. A new Master Control Command (MCC) for concrete 3DP will be implemented for the equipment of 3 3DP machines. A Cirmap-network (>30 members) will be created for lobby and dissemination, leading to a new market for the reuse of RFA. 5 LPAs will provide public places and will be equipped with 3DP customized furniture (5 pieces in each). One integrated mobile 3D printing unit will be developed for onsite 3D printing of UMG furniture. This will help recycle 25t of RFA. In the long term, up to 25Mt of RFA could be reused in 3DP products.

En ENW, 65 Mt de sable de béton recyclé (SR) sont générées chaque année par le concassage de déchets de construction et démolition et sont mis en décharge. En même temps, 54 Mt de sables marins sont extraites, menaçant des milieux naturels fragiles. Réutiliser le SR dans du béton préserverait des ressources naturelles. Toutefois aucun marché n’existe pour le SR en raison de la réglementation rigoureuse de la construction. Le SR est une ressource variable mal adaptée à une production de masse nécessitant des matériaux réguliers. Mais il pourrait être utilisé à petite échelle pour la fabrication de produits ne nécessitant ni le respect des règles de construction ni de hautes performances. 5 Mt de SR pourraient être incorporées dans le béton pour fabriquer du mobilier Urbain, Mémoriel ou de Jardin (UMJ), constituant le point de départ d’une boucle d’économie circulaire. La préfabrication traditionnelle ne peut être utilisée à petite échelle à cause du coût élevé des moules (50 à 80% du coût total) mais l’impression 3D permettrait la fabrication de pièces sur mesure, marqueurs de l’identité de leurs commanditaires. Le mobilier UMJ est toujours situé dans des zones peu accessibles, réduire le poids des pièces et imprimer sur site serait plus aisé. Cirmap fournit une Méthode de Formulation (MF) pour les mortiers imprimables avec SR et une Méthode de Conception de Formes Customisées (MCFC) qui seront transférées à 6 préfabricants. Une Commande Automatique (CA) pour l’impression 3D béton sera développée pour 3 machines. Un réseau-Cirmap (30 membres) sera créé pour le lobby et la dissémination, permettant la création d’un nouveau marché pour les SR. 5 collectivités fourniront des places publiques pour l’installation de mobilier urbain (5 pièces dans chaque). Une unité mobile d’impression 3D intégrée sera développée pour l’impression de mobilier UMJ sur site. 25t de SR seront réutilisées. A long terme, 25Mt de SR seront réutilisés dans les produits imprimés en 3D.
