Description (EN):

ARTIS proposes a joint response of the main public and private actors of the cultural sector, facing the challenges of inclusion and accessibility for the most vulnerable people. ARTIS aims to improve access to cultural resources for the population with a higher risk of exclusion. The ARTIS project starts with the general objective of improving the inclusion and accessibility mechanisms of cultural spaces and facilities, both in urban and rural environments , either for health reasons (visual, auditory, cognitive or motor) or social reasons. Throughout 2019 and 2020 ARTIS will develop intervention methodologies and work plans for cultural environments (museum, performing arts or heritage) and will promote cross-cutting tools for accessibility self-assessment. As of 2020-21, it will carry out pilot tests on these equipments to measure their impact and will promote programs to promote inclusion and accessibility in culture. The challenges identified have a global character and are shared by other territories. Thus, ARTIS seeks to implement transferable, replicable and open access methods and work plans among the participating regions, other administrations and operators of the EU cultural sector. The fundamental innovations of the project are based on the shared revision of the regional approaches of accessibility; a concept of accessibility adapted to the typology of cultural spaces and pilot tests with the main cultural facilities of the regions.

ARTIS plantea una respuesta conjunta de los principales actores públicos y privados del sector cultural, ante los retos de inclusión y accesibilidad para las personas con mayor vulnerabilidad. ARTIS pretende mejorar el acceso a los recursos culturales de la población con un mayor riesgo de exclusión. El proyecto parte con el objetivo general de mejorar la inclusión y los mecanismos de accesibilidad de los espacios y equipamientos culturales, tanto en entornos urbanos como rurales. ARTIS elaborará a lo largo del 2019 y 2020 metodologías de intervención y planes de trabajo orientados a dar respuesta en función de los entornos culturales (museístico, artes escénicas o patrimonial) e impulsará instrumentos transversales de autoevaluación de la accesibilidad. A partir de 2020-21 realizará pruebas piloto en estos equipamientos que permitan medir su impacto e impulsará programas de fomento de la inclusión y la accesibilidad en la cultura. Los retos identificados tienen un carácter global y son compartidos por otros territorios. Así, ARTIS busca implementar métodos y planes de trabajo transferibles, replicables y de libre acceso entre las regiones participantes, otras administraciones y operadores del sector cultural de la UE. Los aspectos fundamentales de innovación del proyecto se basan en la revisión compartida de los planteamientos regionales de accesibilidad; una concepción de accesibilidad adaptada a la tipología de espacios culturales y pruebas piloto con los principales equipamientos culturales de las regiones.

ARTIS propose une réponse commune des principaux acteurs publics et privés du secteur culturel, confrontés aux défis de l'inclusion et de l'accessibilité pour les personnes les plus vulnérables. ARTIS vise à améliorer l'accès aux ressources culturelles de la population présentant un risque d'exclusion plus élevé. Le projet a comme objectif général d'améliorer les mécanismes d'inclusion et d'accessibilité des espaces et équipements culturels, aussi bien en milieu urbain que rural. Sur la période 2019/2020, ARTIS développera des méthodologies d'intervention et des plans de travail visant à répondre aux environnements culturels (musée, arts de la scène ou patrimoine) et fera la promotion des outils transversaux pour l'auto-évaluation de l'accessibilité. À partir de 2020-2021, il réalisera des tests pilotes sur ces équipements afin de mesurer leur impact et encouragera des programmes visant à promouvoir l'inclusion et l'accessibilité dans la culture. Les défis identifiés ont un caractère global et sont partagés par d’autres territoires. Ainsi, ARTIS cherche à mettre en œuvre des méthodes d'accès et des plans de travail transférables, reproductibles et ouverts entre les régions participantes, les autres administrations et les opérateurs du secteur culturel de l'UE. Les aspects fondamentaux de l’innovation du projet reposent sur la révision commune des approches régionales en matière d’accessibilité; un concept d'accessibilité adapté à la typologie des espaces culturels et des essais pilotes avec les principales installations culturelles des régions.
