Description (EN):

This project aims to promote cycling mobility in rural and mountain areas in order to strengthen human and territorial solidarity. The innovation of this project concerns the development of experiments for soft mobility for all. To achieve this goal, experiments on pedagogy and awareness of soft mobility in rural areas will be carried out. Priority will be given to local people, holidaymakers and cyclists. Particular attention will be paid to people with reduced mobility, young people and public in integration. In addition to these experiments, the partners join forces to secure and structure the route of Euroveloroute n°3. Cross-border character is inherent in Eurovelos Road projects. Key results will be measured through attendance data and on-site surveys. Let’s recall that EDERBIDEA has made it possible to carry out a joint work that will lead in 2020 to common orientations registered in the transboundary cycle scheme. These include measures relating to the pedagogy of mobility and the structuring of a cross-border cycle route network, including the EV3. In this project, closer partnership, studies and joint actions are being pursued.

Se trata de fomentar la movilidad en bicicleta en zona rural y de montaña con la idea de reforzar las solidaridades humanas y territoriales. La innovación se centra en la realización de experimentaciones en aras de una movilidad no motorizada para todos. Para ello se realizarán experimentaciones en el campo de la pedagogía y la concienciación sobre movilidad no motorizada en el medio rural. Las experimentaciones se realizarán tanto con la población local, como turistas y cicloturistas. Se hará hincapié en las personas con movilidad reducida, los jóvenes y el público en inserción. En paralelo a las experimentaciones, los socios se unen para estructurar el itinerario Euroveloroute nº 3 y hacer de dicho itinerario un recorrido más seguro. El carácter transfronterizo es inherente a los proyectos de Eurovelos. Los resultados se medirán a partir de los datos de frecuencia, además de cuestionarios in-situ. Recordemos que EDERBIDEA permitió realizar un trabajo conjunto que en 2020 desembocó en orientaciones comunes incluidas en el esquema ciclista transfronterizo. Entre las acciones figuran algunas referidas a la pedagogía en torno a la movilidad y la estructuración de una red de itinerarios ciclistas transfronterizos, entre los que se encuentra la EV3. Este proyecto desembocará en estudios y acciones conjuntas por parte de un partenariado más estrecho.

Ce projet entend encourager la mobilité cyclable en milieu rural et de montagne en vue de renforcer les solidarités humaines et territoriales.L’innovation de ce projet porte sur le développement d'expérimentations pour une mobilité douce pour tous. C'est pourquoi, des expérimentations sur la pédagogie et la sensibilisation à la mobilité douce en milieu rural seront menées. Elles cibleront en priorité, les populations locales, les vacanciers et les cyclotouristes. Une attention particulière sera portée sur les personnes à mobilité réduite, les jeunes et le public en insertion. En plus de ces expérimentations, les partenaires s’associent pour sécuriser et structurer l’itinéraire de l’Eurovéloroute n°3. Le caractère transfrontalier est inhérent aux projets d’Eurovélos route. Les principaux résultats seront mesurés à travers les données de fréquentation et des enquêtes sur site. Rappelons qu'EDERBIDEA a permis de réaliser un travail commun qui va aboutir en 2020 à des orientations communes inscrites dans le schéma cyclable transfrontalier. Parmi ces actions, figurent celles relatives à la pédagogie à la mobilité et la structuration d'un maillage d'itinéraire cyclable transfrontalier, dont l'EV3. Dans ce projet, on poursuit autour d'un partenariat plus étroit, des études et des actions en commun.
