The EDIFICAT project's main objective is to draw a territorial context favorable to the reorientation of the construction sector in order to increase the quality and sustainability, through the creation of an informal Cluster. To do this, the project focuses mainly on building renovation activities, one of the main challenges in terms of innovation and value-added of the sector and society, in line with the current context. Its implementation implies the development of a shared digital platform, as a tool at the service of companies that face the challenges of energy efficiency, which allows them to find the first information and guidance tools that allow them to participate in its development. This virtual and cross-border tool will also help individuals and professionals in the real estate sector find the necessary information and be able to contact local advisors and companies. Therefore, the project is intended mainly for companies and professionals of the construction sector wishing to engage in a review of their activities, through a cross-border work of linking, training and collaboration, which will allow moreover to raise awareness and meet the needs of individuals and professionals in the real estate sector.

El objetivo principal del proyecto EDIFICAT es diseñar un contexto territorial favorable a la reorientación del sector de la construcción para aumentar la calidad y la sostenibilidad, a través de la creación de un Clúster informal. Para ello, el proyecto se centra principalmente en las actividades de renovación de edificios, uno de los principales desafíos en términos de innovación y valor agregado del sector y la sociedad, de acuerdo con el contexto actual. Su implementación implica el desarrollo de una plataforma digital compartida, como una herramienta al servicio de las empresas que se enfrentan los desafíos de la eficiencia energética, lo que les permite encontrar las primeras herramientas de información y orientación que les permiten participar en su desarrollo. Esta herramienta virtual y transfronteriza también ayudará a los particulares y profesionales de del sector inmobiliario de encontrar la información necesaria y poder ponerse en contacto con asesores y empresas locales. Por lo tanto, el proyecto está dirigido principalmente a empresas y profesionales del sector de la construcción que deseen participar en una revisión de sus actividades, utilizando un trabajo transfronterizo de vinculación, capacitación y colaboración, que permitirá Para concienciar y satisfacer las necesidades de personas y profesionales del sector inmobiliario.

Le projet EDIFICAT a comme principal objectif de dessiner un contexte territorial favorable à la réorientation du secteur de la construction afin d’y faire croitre la qualité et le caractère durable, et ce à travers la création d’un Cluster informel. Pour ce faire, le projet s’attache principalement aux activités de rénovation des bâtiments, un des principaux défis en termes d’innovation et de valeur ajoutée du secteur et de la société, en accord avec le contexte actuel. Sa mise en place passe par le développement d’une plateforme numérique partagée, en tant qu’outil au service des entreprises face aux défis de l’efficacité énergétique, leur permettant de trouver les premiers outils d’information et d’orientation leur permettant de s’engager dans leur développement. Cet outil virtuel et transfrontalier servira également aux particuliers et professionnels de l’immobilier de trouver les indications nécessaires et de pouvoir se mettre en relation avec des conseillers et des entreprises locales. Par conséquent, le projet est destiné principalement aux entreprises et professionnels du secteur de la construction souhaitant s’engager dans une révision de leurs activités, à l’aide d’un travail transfrontalier de mise en relation, formation et collaboration, qui permettra par ailleurs de sensibiliser et répondre aux besoins des particuliers et professionnels du secteur immobilier.
