El proyecto FormaNAEN pretende desarrollar en colaboración con otros actores del territorio una oferta más cualificada, mas enfocada y con una formación con mejor adecuación a las realidades transfronterizas. Como consecuencia, las personas estarán mejor formadas lo que permitirá aumentar el empleo transfroterizo. En coherencia con la estrategia de POCTEFA, y de la eurorregión, el proyecto estará enfocado a los siguientes objetivos: - Diseño de una oferta de formación transfronteriza en gestión administrativa transfronteriza (fiscalidad, derecho laboral y gestión contable). - Acceso al aprendizaje de la lengua vecina. - Comunicación para mejorar la visibilidad de las oportunidades del trabajo transfronterizo. - Reforzar la inserción profesional transfronteriza en las áreas de empleo particularmente en el sector del automóvil.

Le projet FormaNAEN entend développer, en collaboration avec d’autres acteurs du territoire, une offre plus qualifiée, plus ciblée et avec une formation mieux adaptée aux réalités transfrontalières. Par conséquent, nous viserons à avoir plus de personnes et mieux formées, ce qui permettra d’accroître l’emploi transfrontalier. Conformément à la stratégie du POCTEFA et de l’Eurorégion, le projet sera axé sur les objectifs suivants: - Conception d'une offre de formation transfrontalière en gestion administrative transfrontalière (fiscalité, droit du travail, gestion comptable). - Accès à l'apprentissage de la langue voisine -Communication pour améliorer la visibilité des opportunités de travail transfrontalier. - Renforcer l'intégration professionnelle transfrontalière dans les domaines de l'emploi, en particulier dans le secteur automobile.

Description (EN):

The aim of the FormaNAEN Project is to collaborate with other stakeholders in the territory in the development of a more qualified and more focussed offer, and training that adapts better to cross-border realities. Consequently, the aim will be to have more and better trained people that will lead to an increase in cross-border jobs. Consistent with the POCTEFA and the Euroregion strategies, the project will be geared towards the following objectives: - Design of a cross-border training offer in cross-border administrative management (taxation, labour law, account management). - Access to learn the neighbouring language. - Communication to improve the visibility of cross-border job opportunities. - Strengthen professional cross-border insertion in the employment areas, above all in the car industry sector.
