Loss of the part of the ecosystem can lead to a loss of its functionality and can have a strong impact on the development of human life. In this sense, the main objective of HAMELIN's proposal is double, (i) to define at least one corrective action for the restoration ecosystem affected by the blackfly pest, (Simulium trifasciatum); (ii) provide at least three Efficient mechanisms to involve the interested parties of the services of this ecosystem in their protection (Sistemas IDSSP, SATP, STAPC). For these tasks, we propose the use of a combination of specific technologies (unmanned decision support vehicles, UDSV) along with environmental information collection systems (OKO multimedia, satellite imagery, meteorological and oceanographic series). The development of three systems, a system for gathering information and climate analysis (STAPC), an early warning system (SATP) and a decision support system (IDSSP) that prevents the indiscriminate use of pesticides is expected. Our idea is that if it is necessary to use them, its use is carried out in a rational way through specific applications. In HAMELIN we propose the development of solutions using technologies for 24 months with a budget of 840,000 euros. An application of the system is proposed to combat the blackfly in the Delta del Ebro in Tarragona, Spain.

La pérdida de la parte del ecosistema puede derivar en una pérdida de su funcionalidad y puede tener un fuerte impacto en el desarrollo de la vida humana. En este sentido, el objetivo principal de la propuesta de HAMELIN es doble, (i) definir al menos una acción correctiva para el ecosistema de restauración afectado por la plaga de la mosca negra, (Simulium trifasciatum);(ii) proporcionar al menos tres mecanismos eficientes para involucrar a las partes interesadas de los servicios de este ecosistema en su protección (Sistemas IDSSP, SATP, STAPC). Para estas tareas, proponemos el uso de una combinación de tecnologías específicas (vehículos de apoyo a la decisión no tripulados, UDSV) junto a sistemas de recogida de información medioambiental (multimedia OKO, imágenes satelitares, series meteorológicas y oceanográficas). Se prevé el desarrollo de tres sistemas, un sistema de recogida de información y análisis climático (STAPC), un sistema de alerta temprana (SATP) y un sistema de soporte a la decisión (IDSSP) que evite el uso indiscriminado de pesticidas. Nuestra idea es que si es necesario usarlos, su uso se realice de manera racional a través de aplicaciones específicas. En HAMELIN proponemos el desarrollo de soluciones utilizando tecnologías durante 24 meses con un presupuesto aproximado de 840.000 euros. Se propone una aplicación del sistema para combatir la mosca negra en el Delta del Ebro en Tarragona, España.

La perte d’une partie de l'écosystème peut entraîner une perte de sa fonctionnalité et avoir un impact important sur le développement de la vie humaine. En ce sens, l'objectif principal de la proposition HAMELIN est double: (i) définir une action corrective pour la restauration de l'écosystème affecté par la peste (la mouche noire, Simulium trifasciatum), (ii) fournir trois mécanismes efficaces pour impliquer: les responsables des services de protection de cet écosystème (Systèmes IDSSP, SATP, STAPC). Pour ces tâches, nous proposons l’utilisation d’une combinaison de technologies spécifiques (véhicules d’aide à la décision sans pilote, UDSV) et de systèmes de collecte d’informations sur l’environnement (multimédia OKO, images satellites, séries météorologiques et océanographiques). Il prévoit la mise au point de trois systèmes, un système de collecte d'informations et d'analyse du climat (STAPC), un système d'alerte précoce (SATP) et un système d'aide à la décision (IDSSP) qui évite l'utilisation aveugle de pesticides et de biocides. Notre idée est que s'il est nécessaire de les utiliser, leur utilisation est faite de manière rationnelle par le biais d'applications spécifiques. À HAMELIN, nous proposons le développement de solutions utilisant des technologies pendant 24 mois avec d’un budget d’environ 840 000 euros. Une application du système de lutte contre la mouche noire dans le Delta de l'Ebre à Tarragone, en Espagne, est proposée.
