Description (EN):

Challenge: - Developing interculturality in health and social intervention in the Pyrenean cross-border area for the dissemination of good practices, from a reflexive perspective on intervention models, by improving the support of the target populations and collaborative work. Main goal: - Establishment of a cross-border network of health and social intervention stakeholders through a collaborative work platform and a cross-border online course offering. Main results: - A network of about one hundred stakeholders in health and social sectors, members of a cross-border platform. - A cross-border training offer from the members of the training structures. - An informative platform and collaborative work tools (interactive mapping, webinars) concerning training, research and interprofessional exchanges. - An ethical regulation of network participation. - A quality policy awarding a label to members. Cross-border added value: - The health and social issues do not have any borders. Sometimes, their public either. Borders can cause difficulties in the context of accompanying the target populations. Cross-border cooperation stimulates positive side effects related to the borders and helps to build global perspectives and transnational practices.

Reto: - Desarrollar la interculturalidad en la intervención sanitaria y social en el área transfronteriza de los Pirineos para la difusión de buenas prácticas, la adquisición de una perspectiva reflexiva sobre los modelos de intervención, el progreso en el acompañamiento de las personas y el trabajo colaborativo. Objetivo: - Establecimiento de una red transfronteriza de actores de la intervención sanitaria y social a través de la creación de una plataforma colaborativa de trabajo y de una oferta transfronteriza de formación en línea. Principales resultados: - Una red de un centenar de actores del ámbito sanitario y social adheridos a una plataforma transfronteriza. - Una oferta transfronteriza de formación proveniente de los centros de formación adheridos. - Una plataforma de información y herramientas de trabajo colaborativo (cartografía interactiva, webinars) sobre formación, investigación e intercambios interprofesionales. - Una normativa ética sobre la participación en la red. - Una política de calidad plasmada en la concesión de un sello a los adheridos. Plusvalía transfronteriza: - Las cuestiones sanitarias y sociales no reconocen fronteras, y a veces, las personas tampoco. Sin embargo, las fronteras pueden causar dificultades en el acompañamiento de las personas. El trabajo en red en los espacios transfronterizos es una forma de practicar traspasos virtuosos de la frontera y crear visiones y prácticas supranacionales.

Défi : - Développer l’interculturalité en intervention sanitaire et sociale dans l’espace transfrontalier pyrénéen pour la diffusion des bonnes pratiques, la prise de recul réflexive sur les modèles d'intervention, l’amélioration de l’accompagnement des publics et le travail collaboratif. Objectif : - Constitution d’un réseau transfrontalier des acteurs de l’intervention sanitaire et sociale au travers d'une plateforme collaborative de travail et d'une offre de formation en ligne transfrontalière. Principaux résultats : - Un réseau d'une centaine d’acteurs du champ sanitaire et social adhérant à une plateforme transfrontalière - Une offre transfrontalière de formation provenant des structures de formation adhérentes - Une plateforme d’informations et des outils de travail collaboratif (cartographie interactive, webinaires) concernant la formation, la recherche et les échanges interprofessionnels - Un règlement éthique de la participation au réseau - Une politique de qualité se traduisant par l'attribution d'un label aux adhérents Plus-value transfrontalière : - Les problématiques sanitaires et sociales ne connaissent pas de frontières. Les frontières peuvent provoquer des difficultés dans l’accompagnement des publics. Le travail en réseau sur les espaces transfrontaliers est une façon de pratiquer des franchissements vertueux des frontières et de construire des visions et des pratiques transnationales.
