Description (EN):

The TRANSLANEKIN project aims to improve cross-border job mobility for people in professional integration (people in occupational training, Job seekers, Apprentices, retraining employees) by providing employment and training advisers. The pooling of the expertise of the partners of this territory, the co-design and the mutualisation of the tools, aims at the endogenous optimization of the meeting between the offer of employment and the job demand. The territory will have a collaborative platform for the employment of the territory available to public and private sectors, with didactic tools to promote cross-border professional mobility. Actions targeting target audiences will be monitored by employment actors, company representatives and adults education specialized organizations. The networking and the complementarity of the actors of the territory, experts of the mobility, the integration and the economic activity, will allow them to carry out the actions of formation jointly and to widen the number of the users of the platform to guarantee its durability.

El proyecto TRANSLANEKIN tiene como objetivo mejorar la movilidad profesional transfronteriza de personas en proceso de inserción (estudiantes de Formación Profesional en prácticas, demandantes de empleo, personas en estancia de prácticas, profesionales que re orientan sus carreras) apoyadas por profesionales de la orientación laboral y formación que les permita interactuar con actores económicos en el área de vida transfronteriza de la desembocadura del Bidasoa. La colaboración y puesta en común de la experiencia de los socios de este territorio, el co-diseño e intercambio de herramientas para dar respuesta a la oferta de empleo y demandas de empleo. El territorio estará dotado de una plataforma colaborativa, en la que los profesionales de orientación laboral del territorio, tanto públicos como privados, dinamizarán la movilidad laboral transfronteriza. En las acciones de movilidad dirigidas a la ciudadanía participarán los actores del empleo, representantes de empresas y organismos especializados de formación. El trabajo en red y la complementariedad de los actores del territorio, expertos en movilidad, profesionales de la orientación e inserción laboral, y profesionales de actividades económicas, permitirá que construyan conjuntamente las acciones relacionadas con formación así como ampliar el número de usuarios de la plataforma para asegurar su sostenibilidad.

Le projet TRANSLANEKIN a pour objet d'améliorer les mobilités professionnelles transfrontalières des publics en insertion (Stagiaires en Formation professionnelle, Demandeurs d'emploi, Apprentis, Salariés en reconversion) en outillant les conseillers emploi et formation par une mise en relation avec les acteurs économiques de l'espace de vie transfrontalier de l'embouchure de la Bidassoa. La mise en commun des compétences des partenaires de ce territoire, la co-conception et la mutualisation des outils, visent l'optimisation endogène de la rencontre entre l'offre d'emploi et la demande d'emploi. Le territoire disposera d'une plateforme collaborative pour l'emploi du territoire mise à la disposition des conseillers des secteurs public et privé, avec des outils didactiques pour promouvoir la mobilité professionnelle transfrontalière. Les actions en direction des publics cibles seront suivies par les acteurs de l'emploi, les représentants des entreprises et les organisations spécialisées dans la formation professionnelle des adultes. La mise en réseau et la complémentarité des acteurs du territoire, experts de la mobilité, de l'intégration et de l'activité économique, leur permettront de mener conjointement les actions de formation et d'élargir le nombre d'utilisateurs de la plateforme pour en garantir la pérennité.
