Description (EN): The objective of the project is to strengthen the economic clusters in a strategic sector that is very specific to both countries: olive oil, through the creation of a joint SERVAGRI label for both Tunisia and Sicily.

Description (IT): L'obiettivo del progetto è rafforzare i cluster economici in un settore strategico tipico di entrambi i Paesi: l'olio d'oliva, attraverso la creazione di un marchio SERVAGRI unificato tra Tunisia e Sicilia.

Description (FR): L’objectif du projet est de renforcer les clusters économiques dans un secteur stratégique typiquement spécifique pour les deux pays : l'huile d'olive et cela à travers la création d’un label SERVAGRI unifié entre la Tunisie et la Sicile.

Achievements (EN):

4 Analyzes: 2 Analyzes on the state of the art of methods of cultivation, production, harvesting and processing of olives and storage of oils and 2 Diagnosis completed, 1 on the procedures for the cultivation of olive trees and the production of conventional and organic oil and 1 on the quality, safety and healthiness of oiling processes. 75 protocols: 1 SERVAGRI certification protocol based on food quality and safety standards, recognized nationally (Tunisian/Italian regulations) and internationally; 4 prototypes of IGP, AOP, AOC, BIO, EMAS chain EN ISO 22005 certification; 70 clustering protocols subscribed to on safe and traceable conventional oil. 2 Studies: study completed for the application and control of the SERVAGRI quality label and market study and evaluation of the use of the virtual platform created and 1 Feasibility plan, management and sustainability of the cross-border cluster. 14 actions and pilot intervention: 7 high training and exchange actions completed and 7 pilot interventions carried out, including procedures for adhering to the HACCP system. 14 direct interventions: 7 demonstration interventions/field training/exchange of know-how and 7 application interventions of innovative procedures for treating accomplished olive trees. 1 accomplished registration system, reproducible on the SERVAGRI web platform and identifiable via a QR code.
