Il progetto prevede un coordinamento tra le imprese operanti nel settore del turismo culturale, gli organismi di gestione dei siti culturali e la formazione professionale per rispondere sia alle esigenze di buona gestione dei beni culturali sia alla creazione di posti di lavoro per i giovani. Il progetto mira a promuovere la cooperazione tra la Sicilia e la Tunisia favorendo la creazione di programmi comuni di formazione e di un’offerta di lavoro specializzata utilizzabile in entrambe le regioni.

Description (EN):

The project aims at coordinating businesses operating in the cultural tourism sector, cultural site management organisations and vocational training to address both the need for sound management of cultural assets and the creation of jobs for young people. The project promotes cross-border cooperation between Sicily and Tunisia by fostering the creation of joint training programmes and a specialised job offer that can be used in both regions.

Le projet prévoit un rapprochement entre les entreprises opérantes dans le domaine de tourisme culturel, les organismes de gestion des sites et la formation professionnelle pour répondre à la fois aux besoins de bonne gestion de biens culturels et la création d'emploi pour les jeunes. Le projet vise à promouvoir la coopération entre la Sicile et la Tunisie en favorisant la création de programmes conjoint de formation et d’une offre de travail spécialisée utilisable dans les deux régions.

Expected Results (IT): Rafforzamento dei partenariati e creazione di piattaforme comuni tra enti di formazione e aziende; sviluppo di corsi di formazione professionale; creazione di microimprese nel campo della gestione dei beni culturali che offrano prodotti e servizi innovativi.

Expected Results (EN): Strengthening of partnerships and setting up of common platforms between training structures and enterprises; Development of professional training courses; Creation of micro-enterprises in the field of cultural goods management offering new products and services.

Expected Results (FR): Renforcement de partenariat et mise en place de plateforme commune entre les structures de formation et entreprises ; Développement de cursus de formation professionnelle ; Création de micro entreprises dans le domaine de gestion de biens culturels avec de nouveaux produits et services.

Expected Outputs (IT):

1 Tavolo tecnico-scientifico interistituzionale per l'individuazione dei fabbisogni formativi dei sistemi di gestione dei beni culturali; 1 Piattaforma tecnologica e APP comune; Mappatura e creazione di una banca dati delle imprese attive nel settore dei beni culturali, degli enti di formazione attivi nel settore e degli enti di gestione dei siti; Creazione di alleanze internazionali; Corsi di formazione brevi per 15 operatori aziendali; 3 corsi di formazione per laureati e diplomati in cerca di prima occupazione, per tre profili diversi, per 24 partecipanti siciliani e 24 tunisini; corsi di formazione per operatori di gestione dei cantieri (10 dipendenti); 1 accordo di partenariato italo-tunisino tra enti di formazione, aziende ed enti di gestione dei cantieri; 2 start-up per la gestione innovativa del patrimonio culturale

Expected Outputs (EN):

1 Inter-institutional technical-scientific table for the identification of training needs of cultural heritage management systems; 1 Common technological platform and APP; Mapping and creation of a database of companies active in the field of cultural goods, training bodies active in the sector and site management bodies; Creation of international alliances; Short training courses for 15 company workers; 3 vocational training courses for graduates and master's degree holders looking for a first job, for three different profiles for 24 Sicilian and 24 Tunisian learners; Short training courses for site management operators (10 employees); 1 Italian-Tunisian partnership agreement among training institutions, companies and site management bodies; 2 start-ups for innovative cultural heritage management

1 Tableau technico-scientifique interinstitutionnel pour l’identification des besoins de formation des systèmes de gestion du patrimoine culturelle ; 1 Plateforme technologique commune et APP ; Mappage et création d’une base de données des entreprises actives dans le domaine des biens culturels, des organismes de formation actifs dans le secteur et des organismes gestionnaires de sites ; Creations d’alliances internationales ; Cours de formation courtes pour 15 travailleurs d’entreprises ; 3 Cours de formation professionnelle pour diplômes et titulaires d’une maitrise en quête d’occupation premier, pour trois profils différentes destinés à 24 apprenants siciliens et 24 apprenants tunisiens ; Cours de formations courtes pour les opérateurs de gestionnaires de sites (10 employés) ; 1 accord de partenariat italo-tunisien entre des institutions de formation, des entreprises et d’entités gestionnaires des sites ; 2 start-up pour la gestion innovante du patrimoine culturel
