Description (EN):

The aim of the project is to carry out a development and practical testing of teaching content following an analysis of the current labour market challenges in the programme region, in cooperation with representatives of labour market policy, regional administration and regional employers. Based on the data obtained, a common strategy is being developed to create new and innovative vocational education and training opportunities and training capacities in future key areas of the production industry (industry 4.0, robotics, mechatronics, entrepreneurial thinking). This also includes improving the infrastructure and equipment of participating educational institutions. The target group/beneficiaries of the project are teachers and pupils in technical vocational schools, as well as the labour market actors. The curricula will be tested in pilot training and mutual exchange programmes in both countries, where teachers and then pupils are trained as a first step.

Cieľom projektu je na základe analýzy aktuálnych výziev na trhu práce v programovom území v spolupráci so zástupcami z oblasti politiky trhu práce, regionálnej samosprávy a regionálnymi zamestnávateľmi vytvoriť a v praxi otestovať nové učebné plány. Na základe získaných údajov bude vypracovaná spoločná stratégia, ktorá povedie k vytvoreniu inovatívnych ponúk odborného vzdelávania a vzdelávacích kapacít v budúcich kľúčových odvetviach výrobného priemyslu (Priemysel 4.0, robotika, mechatronika, podnikateľské myslenie). Súčasťou je tiež zlepšenie infraštruktúry a vybavenia partnerských vzdelávacích inštitúcií. Cieľovou skupinou/užívateľmi projektu sú učitelia a žiaci odborných technických škôl, ako aj aktéri na trhu práce. Učebné plány sa budú testovať v rámci pilotných školení a vzájomných výmenných programov v obidvoch štátoch, pričom najprv sa uskutoční školenie učiteľov a potom žiakov.

Ziel des Projektes ist es, nach einer Untersuchung über die aktuellen Herausforderungen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt in der Programmregion in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertretern der Arbeitsmarktpolitik, der Regionalverwaltung und von regionalen Arbeitgebern eine Entwicklung und praktische Erprobung von Lehrinhalten durchzuführen. Auf Grundlage der ermittelten Daten wird eine gemeinsame Strategie ausgearbeitet, neue und innovative Berufsbildungsangebote und Ausbildungskapazitäten in zukünftigen Schlüsselbereichen der Produktionsindustrie (Industrie 4.0, Robotik, Mechatronik, unternehmerisches Denken) zu schaffen. Dies umfasst auch die Verbesserung der Infrastruktur und Ausstattung der teilnehmenden Bildungseinrichtungen. Zielgruppe/Nutznießer des Projektes sind Lehrkräfte und Schüler in technischen Berufsschulen, sowie die arbeitsmarktpolitischen Akteure. Die Curricula werden in Pilotschulungen und gegenseitigen Austauschprogrammen in beiden Ländern erprobt, wobei im ersten Schritt die Lehrkräfte, und dann die Schüler geschult werden.

Expected Results (SK):

Projekt pomôže inštitúciám odborného vzdelávania, aktérom z oblasti politiky vzdelávania a podnikom v hraničnom regióne lepšie sa pripraviť na výzvy Priemyslu 4.0. Vypracovanie regionálnej štúdie (zistenie potrieb) a na nej založených učebných plánov, ako aj ich uplatnenie v pilotných vzdelávacích aktivitách bude slúžiť ako osvedčený postup („best practice“) pre ďalšie podobné vzdelávacie programy a výsledky projektu budú uverejnené najmä za týmto účelom. Projekt zvýši kapacitu a zlepší technické vybavenie partnerských stredných odborných škôl (nákup výrobných zariadení, strojov, úprava školiacich miestností), čo im umožní poskytovať praktické vzdelávanie, ktoré zodpovedá aktuálnemu stavu modernej techniky a odborným poznatkom v príslušných odvetviach. Koncepcia školení a obsah výuky budú testované v rámci pilotného vzdelávania v obidvoch štátoch, čím príde k cezhraničnému posilneniu vzdelávacích systémov.

Expected Results (DE):

Das Projekt wird dazu beitragen, die Berufsbildungseinrichtungen und die bildungspolitischen Akteure sowie die Unternehmen in der Grenzregion besser auf die Herausforderungen der Industrie 4.0 vorzubereiten. Die Erarbeitung einer Regionalstudie (Bedarfserhebung) und darauf basierten Lehrplänen, sowie deren Anwendung in pilothaften Bildungsaktivitäten wird als positives Fallbeispiel (best practice) für weitere ähnliche Ausbildungsprogramme nutzbar gemacht, die Ergebnisse des Projektes werden zu diesem Zweck öffentlich verbreitet, zu erst unter den Partnern und strategischen Partnern und in der nächsten Etape auch im Programregion. Im Projekt wird die Kapazität und die technische Ausstattung der beteiligten berufsbildenden Mittelschulen verbessert (Ankauf von Fertigungsgeräten, Maschinen, Anpassung von Schulungsräumlichkeiten). Damit werden sie in die Lage versetzt, praxisnahe Ausbildungen durchzuführen, die an den aktuellen Stand der Technik angepasst sind, und dem Fachwissen in den jeweiligen Branchen entsprechen. Das Schulungskonzept und die Lehrinhalte werden in Pilotausbildungen in beiden Ländern erprobt, und stärken somit grenzüberschreitend das Ausbildungssystem.
