DigiVil pursues the overarching project objective of improving cooperation between key actors in regional innovation systems through new forms of cooperation (model communities) and knowledge transfer between the partners as well as from the university directly to the region. The aim of the project “DigiVil” is to take up the potential offered by digitalisation and to develop a digitisation guide and catalogue of measures in cross-border cooperation within the framework of evaluation and development workshops involving regional decision-makers and to test ideas in the form of 4 pilot projects in different topics. The results are intended primarily to support the supply of rural but also periurban areas with the help of new information and communication technologies and to be transferable to other regions. While the findings from the project are intended to advance the development of further digitalisation approaches throughout the SKAT programme region, participating municipalities can position themselves as innovative business locations and sustainably increase the quality of life of their residents.

DigiVil verfolgt das übergeordnete Projektziel der Verbesserung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Schlüsselakteure in den regionalen Innovationssystemen durch neue Kooperationsformen (Modellgemeinden) und Wissenstransfer zwischen den Partnern aber auch von der Hochschule direkt in die Region. Ziel des Projekts „DigiVil“ ist es, Potentiale, die sich durch die Digitalisierung bieten aufzugreifen und in grenzüberschreitender Zusammenarbeit im Rahmen von Evaluierungs- und Entwicklungsworkshops unter der Einbindung regionaler Entscheidungsträger einen Digitalisierungs-Leitfaden und Maßnahmenkatalog zu entwickeln und Ideen in Form von 4 Pilotprojekten in unterschiedlichen Themenfeldern exemplarisch zu erproben. Die Ergebnisse sollen vor allem die Versorgung ländlicher aber auch periurbaner Räume mit Hilfe von neuen Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien unterstützen und auf andere Regionen übertragbar sein. Während die Erkenntnisse aus dem Projekt die Entwicklung weiterer Digitalisierungsansätze in der ganzen SKAT Programmregion vorantreiben sollen, können sich die teilnehmenden Gemeinden als innovative Wirtschaftsstandorte positionieren und die Lebensqualität ihrer Bewohner nachhaltig steigern.

DigiVil sleduje nadradený projektový cieľ zlepšenia spolupráce medzi kľúčovými aktérmi v oblasti regiónálnych inovačných systémov, pomocou nových foriem spolupráce (modelové mestá a obce) a transferu vedomostí medzi partnermi, ale aj transferu vedomostí z univerzít a vysokých škôl priamo do regiónov. Zámerom projektu DigiVil je podchytenie potenciálov, ktoré umožňuje digitalizácia a prostredníctvom cezhraničnej spolupráce v rámci hodnotiacich a vývojových workshopov so zapojením regionálnych riadiacich subjektov vytvorenie príručky a z nej odvodeného katalógu opatrení, ďalej tiež preskúmanie možností realizácie jednotlivých nápadov vo vorme 4 pilotných projektov z rôznych oblastí. Výsledky by mali prispieť k lepšiemu naplneniu potrieb vidieckych, ako aj periurbánnych mestských oblastí prostredníctvom nových informačných a komunikačných technológií. Výsledky by mali byť uplatniteľné aj v ďalších regiónoch. Poznatky z projektu by mali prispieť k rozvoju ďalších možností v súvislosti s digitalizáciou v celom programovom regióne SKAT, pričom zapojené mestá a obce sa majú možnosť vyprofilovať ako inovatívne hospodárske lokality, a tým trvalo zvýšiť kvalitu života svojich obyvateľov.

Expected Results (DE):

Die grenzüberschreitenden (Aus-)Wirkungen von DigiVil lassen sich an der Einbindung der Zielgruppen und Stakeholder aller beteiligten Regionen und an der gemeinsamen Entwicklung und Implementierung der Pilotprojekte bzw. der gemeinsamen Verwertung der Ergebnisse messen. Die aktive Einbindung aller Stakeholder in die Planung sowie die gemeinschaftliche Projektumsetzung innerhalb des Konsortiums fördert nicht nur das weitere Zusammenwachsen der Regionen (territoriale Auswirkung), sondern bietet dem SKAT Kooperationsraum, Impulse und Anregungen für die Neuprofilierung sowie eine strategische Neuausrichtung als Forschungs- und Innovationsstandort und attraktiver Wohn- und Lebensort (soziale Auswirkung). Dieses grenzüberschreitende Zusammenwirken manifestiert sich im Rahmen des Projektes in Form einer - Stärkung der Region bzw. der Standorte mit geringer Dichte an Forschungs- und Innovationsstruktur durch die Schaffung der Rahmenbedingungen für ein grenzüberschreitendes Inkubatornetzwerk (DigiHub-STUBA / accent) = Territoriale Auswirkung -Verbesserung des lokalen Angebots an materieller Innovationsinfrastruktur durch die Testung von transferierbaren Pilotverfahren = Auswirkung auf Zielgruppe / Soziale Auswirkung / Positive finanzielle Auswirkung (bei der Übertragung auf andere Gemeinden) -Nutzung von regionalen und überregionalen Synergien bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Pilotprojekte = Territoriale Auswirkung -Förderung des Aus-/Aufbaus von Innovations-Expertise und Wissensaustausches durch die gemeinschaftliche Nutzung des DigiHubs an der STUBA und der Abhaltung von Workshops = Territoriale Auswirkung -Mobilisierung neuer Nutzergruppen und Vernetzung aller relevanten Akteure im Rahmen von zweisprachigen Workshops, Weiterbildungs- und Disseminierungsmaßnahmen = Auswirkung auf Zielgruppe/Soziale Auswirkung -Schaffung eines interaktive, zweisprachigen Kommunikationsraumes für die Generierung neuer Fragestellungen und Innovationsprojekten mittels interaktiver Projektplattform. = Auswirkung auf Zielgruppe -Gemeinschaftliche Nutzung und freie Verwertung der Projektergebnisse mittels Creative Commons Lizenz = Positive finanzielle Auswirkung

Expected Results (SK):

Cezhraničné účinky a význam vplyvu projektu DigiVil sú merateľné na základe zapojenia cieľových skupín a príslušných zástupcov všetkých zúčastnených regiónov do spoločného vývoja a implementácie pilotných projektov, resp. spoločného zúžitkovania a využitia výsledkov. Aktívne zapojenie všetkých zástupcov zúčastnených regiónov do plánovania, ako aj spoločnej realizácie projektu v rámci konzorcia podporuje nielen ďaľšie prepájanie regiónov (teritoriálny význam), ale ponúka kooperačnému priestoru SKAT impulzy a podnety pre nové profilovanie sa a novú strategickú orientáciu ako inovatívna a výskumná lokalita s atraktívnymi podmienkami na bývanie a život (sociálny význam). Túto cezhraničnú súčinnosť v rámci projektu možno demonštrovať prostredníctvom: -Posilnenia regiónu, resp. lokalít s malou hustotou vybudovanej výskumnej a inovatívnej štruktúry prostredníctvom vytvorenia rámcových podmienok pre cezhraničnú sieť inkubátorov (inovačný cluster DigiHub-STUBA / accent) = teritoriálny význam -Zlepšenia miestnej ponuky materiálno-inovatívnej infraštruktúry prostredníctvom testovania prenosných pilotných postupov = význam pre cieľovú skupinu, sociálny význam, pozitívne finančné dôsledky (pri transfere na ďaľšie mestá a obce) -Využitia regionálnych a nadregionálnych synergických účinkov pri vývoji a realizácii pilotných projektov = teritoriálny význam -Podpory vytvorenia a budovania inovatívnej expertízy a výmeny vedomostí prostredníctvom spoločného využívania inovačného clustra (DigiHub na STU v Bratislave) a realizácie seminárov = teritoriálny význam -Mobilizácie nových používateľských skupín a zosieťovania všetkých relevantných účastníkov v rámci dvojjazyčných seminárov, školení a prezentácie projektu a jeho obsahu širokej verejnosti. -Vytvorenia interaktvívneho, dvojjazyčného komunikačného priestoru pre generovanie nových otázok a inovačných projektov pomocou interaktívnej projektovej platformy = význam pre cieľovú skupinu -Spoločného využívania a voľne dostupného zužitkovania projektových výsledkov na základe licencie Creative Commons = pozitívy finančný dôsledok
