The associations Fort aux Fresques de Hestroff Kultur- und Heimatverein Beckingen e.V have collaborated since 2015, creating a real bond of friendship throughout the projects. Naturally, we decided to join forces to carry out this micro-project Interreg, which aims to strengthen cooperation between guides on both sides of the border, and to propose to the public a joint programme of visits to the two sites during a simultaneous event on the works of Fort aux Fresques and Beckingen’s Bunker 767. We want to carry out three operations: — The training of French and German guides who will then be able to support the teams visiting the Hestroff and Beckingen sites.- The establishment of a coherent visit programme linking the works of the Maginot line (in France) and the Deutschen Westwalls (Siegfried Line in Germany), with the setting up of an entry ticket common to the two sites — The realisation of an event in the summer of 2021, which will be simultaneous on both sites. Public transport between Beckingen and Hestroff will take place through regular shuttles.

Les associations Fort aux Fresques de Hestroff Kultur- und Heimatverein Beckingen e.V collaborent depuis 2015, créant au fil des projets un réel lien d’amitié. Naturellement, nous avons donc décidé de nous associer pour porter ce microprojet Interreg, qui a pour objectif de renforcer la coopération entre les guides de part et d’autre de la frontière, et proposer au public un programme de visite commun aux deux sites lors d’une manifestation simultanée sur les ouvrages du Fort aux Fresques et le Bunker 767 de Beckingen. Nous souhaitons réaliser trois opérations : - La formation de guides français et allemands qui pourront ensuite apporter leur soutien aux équipes assurant les visites des sites de Hestroff et de Beckingen.- La mise en place d’un programme de visite cohérent faisant le lien entre les ouvrages de la ligne Maginot (En France) et de la Deutschen Westwalls (Ligne Siegfried en Allemagne), avec la mise en place d’un billet d’entrée commun aux deux sites- La réalisation d’une manifestation au cours de l’été 2021, qui sera simultanée sur les deux sites. Le transport du public entre Beckingen et Hestroff s’effectuera grâce à des navettes régulières.
