Description (IT):

MOBIMART PLUS intende studiare e sperimentare un servizio di bigliettazione integrata intermodale transfrontaliera a sostegno del trasporto multimodale tra le regioni e con le isole per migliorare la connettività dei nodi secondari e terziari alle reti TEN-T. Il concetto dell’integrazione tariffaria incluso nel Libro bianco sulla politica dei trasporti del 2001 e riaffermato in strategie e documenti di programmazione europei, nazionali e regionali, è un obiettivo ambizioso, specialmente a livello transfrontaliero. La realizzazione di servizi di trasporto multimodali dei passeggeri e il miglioramento delle connessioni alle Reti TEN-T, includendo le isole, permetterebbe di superare l’attuale scarsa integrazione dei sistemi di trasporto esistenti sui territori, consentendo a cittadini, pendolari e turisti di spostarsi all’interno dello spazio transfrontaliero utilizzando le diverse modalità di trasporto (mare, ferro e gomma). MOBIMART PLUS, quindi, intende promuovere una visione comune degli Enti competenti per facilitare gli spostamenti multimodali. Lo studio dei regimi tariffari (Componente T1) e dei sistemi di bigliettazione elettronica esistenti o in fase di realizzazione (Componente T2) sono necessari a definire i contenuti delle azioni pilota (Componente T3) e facilitare in prospettiva la realizzazione di un regime di tariffazione transfrontaliero e di una piattaforma integrata in grado di dialogare con i diversi sistemi di bigliettazione locali. Le azioni pilota consentiranno la sperimentazione di soluzioni ritenute fattibili i cui risultati, unitamente agli studi delle Componenti T1 e T2, contribuiranno ala definizione di strumenti condivisi a supporto degli Enti competenti finalizzati alla stipula di accordi che migliorino l’accessibilità dello spazio transfrontaliero, facilitino l’acquisto dei biglietti (one-stop shop) e gli spostamenti degli utenti e, in generale, migliorino il collegamento dei nodi terziari a quelli secondari della Rete TEN-T.

MOBIMART PLUS entend étudier et expérimenter un service de billetterie intégrée intermodale transfrontalière à l’appui du transport multimodal entre les régions et avec les îles pour améliorer la connectivité des nœuds secondaires et tertiaires aux réseaux RTE-T.Le concept de l’intégration tarifaire inclus dans le Livre Blanc sur la politique des transports du 2001 et réaffirmé dans les stratégies et documents de programmation européens, nationaux et régionaux, est un objectif élevé, notamment au niveau transfrontalier.La réalisation de services de transport multimodales des passagers et l’amélioration des connexions aux Réseaux TEN-T,en incluant les îles, permettrait de dépasser l’actuelle faible intégration des systèmes de transport existants sur les territoires, en permettant aux citoyens, aux navetteurs et aux touristes de se déplacer dans l’espace transfrontalier en utilisant les différents modes de transport (mer, fer et routier). MOBIMART PLUS entend donc promouvoir une vision commune des entités compétentes pour faciliter les déplacements multimodaux.L’étude des régimes tarifaires(Composante T1)et des systèmes de billetterie électronique existants ou en cours de réalisation(Composante T2)est nécessaire pour définir le contenu des actions pilotes(Composante T3)et de faciliter en perspective la mise en place d’un régime de tarification transfrontalière et d’une plate-forme intégrée capable de dialoguer avec les différents systèmes de billetterie locaux.Les actions pilotes permettront l’expérimentation de solutions jugées réalisables dont les résultats, ainsi que les études des Composantes T1 et T2, contribueront à la mise en place d’instruments communs pour aider les Organismes compétentes à conclure des accords pour améliorer l’accessibilité de l’espace transfrontalier, en facilitant l’achat des billets(one-stop shop)et les déplacements des utilisateurs et, en général, pour améliorer la connexion des nœuds tertiaires aux nœuds secondaires du réseau RTE-T.

Description (EN):

The aim of MOBIMART PLUS is to study and test an integrated cross-border intermodal ticketing service to support multi-modal transport between regions and with islands, improving the connectivity of secondary and tertiary nodes to the TEN-T networks. The concept of tariff integration was included in the 2001 White Paper on transport policy and has since been reaffirmed in European, national and regional strategies and planning documents; this is an ambitious goal, especially at cross-border level. Creating multi-modal passenger transport services and improving connections to the TEN-T networks, including the islands, would overcome the poor level of integration of transport systems that can currently be seen across the various countries, allowing citizens, commuters and tourists to move around within a cross-border area using different modes of transport (sea, rail and road). The goal of MOBIMART PLUS is therefore to promote a shared vision among the competent bodies in order to facilitate multi-modal travel. It is necessary to study tariff systems (T1 Component) and the electronic ticketing systems that already exist or are in the process of being developed (T2 Component) in order to define the contents of the pilot schemes (T3 Component) and to facilitate the future implementation of a cross-border pricing system and an integrated platform able to interact with the various local ticketing systems. The pilot initiatives will test out solutions that are deemed to be feasible, the results of which, together with the studies of the T1 and T2 Components, will contribute to defining shared tools to support the competent bodies, aimed at concluding agreements that improve accessibility in the cross-border area, facilitate the purchase of tickets (‘one-stop shop’) and people’s travel and, in general, improve the connection of tertiary nodes to the secondary nodes of the TEN-T network.
