Il progetto WAVES intende promuovere e favorire l’aumento di competitività delle imprese collocate in un’area di cooperazione in cui operano tre FLAG della Sardegna e due soggetti strettamente collegati alla pesca, soci di altri FLAG, nel Var e in Liguria. I settori della pesca, della trasformazione e commercializzazione del pescato, del turismo sostenibile, dei servizi al turismo e della nautica, in particolare di quella indirizzata alla pesca. rappresentano il focus del progetto. WAVES si inserisce in un contesto complesso, caratterizzato da diverse criticità, connesse alle difficoltà che incontrano le imprese quando desiderano investire in ricerca, comunicazione, innovazione e nell’acquisizione di conoscenze in grado di fornire un vantaggio competitivo, necessario in un mercato che risente della concorrenza estera e in settori che operano spesso con strumenti non aggiornati. Partendo da questi presupposti, si intende fornire un supporto alle imprese attraverso l’erogazione di servizi specialistici di consulenza, la costituzione di dinamiche di rete tra i beneficiari e lo scambio di buone pratiche. I soggetti coinvolti verranno accompagnati in un percorso di crescita e innovazione, finalizzato all’aumento della competitività dell'area transfrontaliera in settori comuni che affrontano le stesse sfide. La principale caratteristica innovativa del progetto risiede nel focus settoriale delle misure proposte: verrà capitalizzata l’esperienza e la competenza specialistica dei FLAG e dei risultati di alcuni progetti INTERREG, attraverso attività per lo sviluppo del business transfrontaliero in diversi settori della Blue Economy favorendo così l’incremento della competitività dell’intera area. Un secondo elemento di innovatività risiede nel processo partecipativo per la definizione del catalogo dei servizi offerti: grazie al coinvolgimento dei beneficiari finali in sede di progettazione, si potranno rilevare bisogni reali e offrire servizi tarati su di essi.

Le projet WAVES vise à promouvoir et à renforcer la compétitivité des entreprises situées dans une zone de coopération dans laquelle opèrent trois FLAG Sardaigne et deux sujets liés à la pêche, membres d'autres FLAG, dans le Var et en Ligurie. Les secteurs de la pêche, de la transformation et de la commercialisation du poisson, du tourisme durable, des services touristiques et de la navigation de plaisance, en particulier ceux ciblant la pêche, sont le centre du projet. WAVES s’inscrit dans un contexte complexe, caractérisé par diverses problemes, liées aux difficultés auxquelles les entreprises sont confrontées lorsqu’elles souhaitent investir dans la recherche, la communication, l’innovation et l’acquisition de connaissances capables de fournir un avantage concurrentiel, nécessaires sur un marché en crise et avecbeaucoup de concurrence étrangère, dans des secteurs qui fonctionnent souvent avec des instruments obsolètes. À partir de ces hypothèses, il est prévu de fournir un soutien aux entreprises par la fourniture de services de conseil spécialisés, l’établissement d’une dynamique de réseau entre les bénéficiaires et l’échange de bonnes pratiques. Les sujets impliqués seront accompagnés sur le chemin de la croissance et de l'innovation, dans le but d'accroître la compétitivité de la zone transfrontalière dans des secteurs communs confrontés aux mêmes défis. La principale innovation du projet réside dans son orientation sectorielle: l’expérience et l’expertise des FLAG ainsi que les résultats de certains projets INTERREG seront capitalisés au moyen d’activités de développement des activités transfrontalières dans divers secteurs de l’économie bleue, favorisant ainsi la augmentation de la compétitivité de l'ensemble de la zone. Un deuxième élément d'innovation réside dans le processus participatif de définition du catalogue de services offerts: les besoins réels peuvent être détectés et les services bien configurés en conséquence.

The goal of the WAVES project is to promote and encourage an increase in competitiveness among companies based in a cooperation area where three FLAGs from Sardinia and two entities closely linked to fishing, who are partners of other FLAGs, operate (in the Var and Liguria). This project focuses on the following sectors: fishing, processing and selling fish, sustainable tourism, tourism services and boating, in particular boating geared towards fishing. WAVES operates in a complex context, characterised by a number of critical issues connected to the difficulties faced by companies if they wish to invest in research, communication, innovation and in developing their knowledge in order to generate a competitive advantage, which is necessary in a market affected by foreign competition and in sectors that often use outdated tools. On this basis, the idea is to support companies by providing specialised consulting services, setting up network dynamics between the beneficiaries and sharing best practices. The companies involved will be supported along a path of growth and innovation, aimed at boosting the competitiveness of the cross-border area in common sectors that are facing the same challenges. The main innovative feature of the project lies in the sectoral focus of the proposed measures: the experience and specialist expertise of the FLAGs and the results of a number of INTERREG projects will be capitalised on, through activities to develop cross-border business in different sectors of the Blue Economy, thus favouring an increase in competitiveness for the entire area. Another innovative element of the project is its participatory process to define the range of services offered: by involving the end beneficiaries in the planning phase, real needs can be identified and the services can be tailored to meet them.
