In.Agro è finalizzato a supportare le imprese esistenti, con le caratteristiche previste dall’Avviso per questo lotto, nell’individuazione e utilizzazione di servizi di consolidamento ed espansione del business nelle filiere prioritarie transfrontaliere.Integrare l’esistente sfruttando le potenzialità che le connessioni transfrontaliere possono dare alle imprese dell’area di cooperazione è la sfida da affrontare.Obiettivo ottimizzare e potenziare il sistema di servizi che in questi anni di programmazione si è andato ad implementare attraverso molteplici interventi. Vista la realtà economica delle aree in cui si andrà ad impattare si vuole circoscrivere il settore economico di riferimento a quello dell’agroalimentare (produzione, commercializzazione ed utilizzo delle produzioni agroalimentari di qualità) declinato non solo sulle sue caratteristiche fondanti ma anche sugli elementi che lo legano al turismo. I cambiamenti attesi saranno su due livelli: atteggiamento mentale delle imprese: attraverso i servizi offerti: si vuole agire sulla predisposizione delle imprese non solo a fare rete ma anche ad affrontare questo percorso in un’ottica transfrontaliera - posizionamento competitivo: i servizi saranno finalizzati al consolidamento, al potenziamento del proprio business attraverso la definizione di piani ed iniziative comuni di sviluppo. L’output principale del progetto è il processo di cambiamento e potenziamento che si ingenera nelle imprese coinvolte che usufruiscono del servizio creato. Ne beneficeranno le imprese individuate attraverso un processo di selezione pubblica. L’aspetto innovativo si configura nella metodologia di approccio sia di chi offre il servizio sia di chi lo richiede. La metodologia deve essere condivisa a livello transfrontaliero e il servizio utilizzato congiuntamente dalle imprese partecipanti per realizzare il piano congiunto di business che diventa il punto di partenza necessario e imprescindibile per poter usufruire dei servizi stassi

InAgro vise à aider les entreprises existantes, présentant les caractéristiques définies dans l'avis pour ce lot, à identifier et à utiliser les services de renforcement et de croissance des entreprises dans les filières prioritaires transfrontalières.Le défi à relever consiste à renforcer les entreprises qui existent déjà en exploitant le potentiel que les connexions transfrontalières peuvent leur offrir dans l'espace de coopération. L'objectif est d'optimiser et de renforcer le système de services qui a été mis en place au cours des dernières années grâce à de nombreuses actions. Compte tenu de la réalité économique des zones dans lesquelles nous agissons, nous voulons limiter le secteur économique de référence à celui de l'agro-alimentaire (production, commercialisation utilisation des productions agroalimentaires de qualité) décliné non seulement sur ses caractéristiques fondamentales mais également sur ses éléments liés au tourisme. Les changements attendus se situeront à deux niveaux : Attitude mentale des entrepr: à travers les services offerts, l'objectif est d'agir sur la prédisposition des entreprises non seulement à se mettre en réseau mais aussi à affronter cette voie d'un point de vue transfrontalier. Positionnement concurrentiel: les services viseront à consolider et à renforcer l'entreprise par la définition de plans de développement communs. Le principal résultat est le processus de changement et de renforcement qui se génère sur les entreprises concernées qui utilisent le service créé. Les entreprises seront identifiées dans le cadre d'un processus de sélection publique. L'aspect innovant est la méthodologie d'approche tant de ceux qui offrent le service que de ceux qui le demandent. Elle doit être partagée au niveau transfrontalier et le service doit être utilisé conjointement par les entreprises participantes pour mettre en œuvre le plan d’action conjoint qui devient le point de depart du service

In.Agro aims to support existing companies that have the characteristics required by the Call for this part of the tender, to identify and use business consolidation and expansion services in cross-border priority supply chains. The challenge lies in integrating the current set-up by making the most of the potential that cross-border connections can bring to companies in the cooperation area. The aim is to optimise and strengthen the service system that has been implemented over the programming period through multiple interventions. Given the economic situation in the areas that will be affected, the idea is to limit the economic sector of reference to the agri-food sector (production, sale and use of quality agri-food products), adapted not only based on its fundamental characteristics but also on the elements that link it to tourism. The expected changes will be on two levels. Firstly, companies’ mental attitude: through the services offered, the idea is to work on companies’ willingness to network, but also to embark on this journey with a view to cross-border collaboration; secondly, competitive positioning: the services will be aimed at consolidating and strengthening businesses by defining common development plans and initiatives. The main output of the project is the change and enhancement process that will be generated in the companies that use the service created. Beneficiary companies will be selected through a public selection process. The innovative aspect lies in the approach adopted both by those offering the service and by those requesting it. The approach must be shared at cross-border level and the service must be used jointly by the participating companies in order to create the joint business plan required as the essential starting point to be able to use the services themselves.
