La sfida comune affrontata dal progetto TUR.I.S.I.CO è quella di favorire la crescita e lo sviluppo imprenditoriale delle imprese turistiche del territorio di cooperazione in un’ottica volta alla sostenibilità e alla valorizzazione delle eccellenze locali.Il progetto ha l’obiettivo generale di rafforzare la competitività del tessuto imprenditoriale turistico del territorio transfrontaliero, in particolare attraverso lo sviluppo e l’adozione di strumenti innovativi di gamification.Presupposto di tali attività sarà l’orientamento delle imprese verso la digital transformation, ritenuta una leva fondamentale per migliorare efficacia ed efficienza della filiera del turismo.Il progetto prevede, tra gli output principali, l’identificazione delle migliori soluzioni di gamification da applicare al settore turistico, individuate in un piano strategico, e l’implementazione di una di esse, con relativo coinvolgimento delle aziende del territorio sia nella fase di sviluppo che in quella di lancio.Parallelamente, il progetto prevede la strutturazione di una rete transfrontaliera di punti dedicati alla diffusione della cultura e della pratica del digitale nelle PMI del settore turismo, e l’erogazione di un percorso strutturato di formazione e consulenza sulle tematiche del digital business.Il progetto intende utilizzare un approccio metodologico transfrontaliero in grado di integrare in modo sistematico i contributi e le informazioni provenienti dai partner del territorio di cooperazioneAll’interno del progetto sono previste diverse attività realizzate in modo congiunto, per valorizzare le risorse già presenti sui diversi territori.Oltre a un impianto fortemente orientato alla collaborazione tra partner l’aspetto innovativo principale del progetto è rappresentato dall’individuazione della gamification come uno strumento decisivo per la promozione delle imprese turistiche, facendo leva sul patrimonio culturale dei territori, ma utilizzando anche nuovi strumenti di marketing

Le défi commun du projet est d'encourager la croissance et le développement commercial des entreprises touristiques dans la zone de coopération, dans une perspective de durabilité et de renforcement de l'excellence locale.L'objectif général du projet est de renforcer la compétitivité du tissu économique touristique du territoire transfrontalier, en particulier par le développement et l'adoption d'outils innovants de gamification.La condition indispensable sera l'orientation des entreprises vers la transformation numérique, considérée comme un levier clé pour améliorer l'efficacité et l'efficience de la chaîne d'approvisionnement touristique. Le projet prévoit l'identification des meilleures solutions de gamification à appliquer au secteur du tourisme, identifiées dans un plan stratégique, et la mise en œuvre de l'une de ces solutions. Dans le même temps, le projet prévoit la structuration d'un réseau transfrontalier de points dédiés à la diffusion de la culture et des expériences numériques dans les PME du secteur du tourisme, et l'organisation d'un cours structuré de formation et de consultance en matière de business digital.Le projet se propose d'utiliser une approche méthodologique transfrontalière capable d'intégrer systématiquement les contributions et les informations provenant des partenaires du territoire de coopération. Il est prévu aussi la réalisation, de manière conjointe, de différentes activités visant à valoriser les ressources déjà présentes dans les différents territoires.Au-delà d'une structure qui souhaite fortement la collaboration entre partenaires, le principal aspect innovant du projet est représenté par l'identification de la gamification comme un outil décisif pour la promotion des entreprises touristiques, qui valorise le patrimoine culturel des territoires et utilise également de nouveaux outils du marketing.

The TUR.ISICO project takes on the common challenge of driving the growth and entrepreneurial development of tourism enterprises in the cooperation area, with a view to achieving sustainability and enhancing local excellence. The project’s general objective is to strengthen the competitiveness of the tourism entrepreneurial fabric in the cross-border territory, in particular by developing and adopting innovative gamification tools. These activities will be based on guiding companies towards digital transformation, which is considered to be a fundamental lever to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the tourism supply chain. One of the main outputs of the project will be the identification of the best gamification solutions to be applied to the tourism sector, to be included in a strategic plan, and the implementation of one of these solutions, involving also local companies during both the development and the launch phase. At the same time, the project involves the structuring of a cross-border network of points dedicated to the dissemination of digital culture and practices among SMEs in the tourism sector, and the provision of a structured training course and consulting services on digital business issues. The aim of the project is to use a cross-border methodological approach that is able to systematically integrate the contributions and information coming from partners in the cooperation area. The project will entail various activities to be carried out jointly, enhancing the resources already present in the different territories. In addition to its set-up which is strongly geared towards collaboration between the various partners, the project’s main innovative aspect lies in its use of gamification as a decisive tool for the promotion of tourism businesses, leveraging on the cultural heritage of the local areas, as well as its use of new marketing tools
