I EXTRACT Innovation Network (EIN) søger Wfg Nordfriesland, Geopark Odsherred, Nyborg Kommune og netværkspartnere INNOVATIVE, økologisk, økonomisk og socialt BÆREDYGTIGE NYE STRATEGIER / SAMARBEJDER via GRÆNSEOVERSKRIDENDE VIDENSDELING i tre DELPROJEKTER: - Udnyttelse af lokale naturprodukter, bl.a.fåreuld; - Natur-/kulturturisme; - Social innovation i frivilligt arbejde; Et EKSTRAKT af best-practice udvekslingen danner grundlag for strategiske samarbejder og koncepter. Informationssøgning, møder og workshops (real life / virtuelle, afhængigt af Covid-19-situationen) faciliteres bilingualt. I EIN-konstellationen har de danske partnere en tysk leadpartner med stor erfaring i grænseoverskridende samarbejde. Projektresultaterne gavner erhvervsliv og frivilligt socialt arbejde på tværs af grænsen.

In the EXTRACT Innovation Network (EIN), the Wfg Nordfriesland, Geopark Odsherred, Nyborg Kommune and their network partners seek INNOVATIVE, ecologically, economically and socially SUSTAINABLE solutions for three SUB-PROJECTS in CROSS-BORDER COOPERATION: - Use of local nature products: sheep wool etc; - Nature/cultural tourism; - Social innovation within voluntary work; An EXTRACT of best practice exchange serves as a basis for strategic collaborations and concepts. Info search, meetings and workshops (real life / virtual, depending on the Covid-19 situation) are bilingually supported. In the EIN constellation the Danish partners have a German lead partner who is highly experienced in cross-border cooperation. Project results benefit businesses and voluntary social work across borders.

Im EXTRACT Innovation Network (EIN) suchen Wfg Nordfriesland, Geopark Odsherred, Nyborg Kommune und Netzwerkpartner INNOVATIVE, ökologisch, ökonomisch und sozial NACHHALTIGE NEUE STRATEGIEN/KOOPERATIONEN durch GRENZÜBERSCHREITENDEN WISSENSTRANSFER in drei TEILPROJEKTEN: - Nutzung örtlicher Naturerzeugnisse, u.a. Schafwolle; - Natur-/Kulturtourismus; - Soziale Innovation in ehrenamtlicher Arbeit; Ein EXTRAKT des Best-Practice-Austauschs wird Basis für strategische Kooperationen und Konzepte. Infosuche, Meetings und Workshops (real life / virtuell, je nach Covid-19-Lage) sind bilingual unterstützt. In der EIN-Konstellation haben die dänischen Partner einen in grenzüberschreitender Zusammenarbeit sehr erfahrenen deutschen Leadpartner. Die Projektergebnisse kommen grenzüberschreitend der Wirtschaft und der freiwilligen sozialen Arbeit zugute

Achievements (EN):

RESULTS: • A new meeting format was tested in which public and private actors from North Frisia, Nyborg and Odsherred could get to know and collaborate. • Following a visit by the administrative units in Hadersleben, actors have sought to solve cross-border health challenges put together. New activities between Danish project partners are encouraged. • The network partner City of Friedrichstadt was newly won, 2 new players in Odsherred and Nyborg enthusiastic about future Interreg work. • 1 cooperation agreement in the field of tourism signed. • 6 sketches for new Interreg 6A projects and other possible partners already mentioned.

Expected Results (DE):

Übergeordnetes Ziel des Projekts ist es, eine funktionierende grenzüberschreitende Verständigung und Zusammenarbeit zwischen den drei Projektpartnern und deren respektiven Netzwerken zu schaffen, die über die Laufzeit des Netzwerkprojekts hinausreicht. Die organisatorischen, soziokulturellen und nationalen Unterschiede der Projekt- und Netzwerkpartner eröffnen neue Lösungsperspektiven für spezifische Herausforderungen und stärken die interregionale Verknüpfung. Bei der Etablierung einer neuen, funktionierenden grenzüberschreitenden Verständigung und Zusammenarbeit zwischen den drei Projektpartnern und deren respektiven Netzwerken gilt es, die Ressourcen der einzelnen Partner zu optimieren und gute Erfahrungen bezüglich aktueller örtlicher Herausforderungen mit Partnern in anderen Teilen der Programmregion grenzübergreifend zu teilen. Die nie zuvor gewesene Konstellation Nordfriesland-Odsherred-Nyborg soll zu einer dynamischen Kombination aus Sparring, Ideenaustausch und Kooperation zwischen Partnern mit unterschiedlichem soziokulturellem Hintergrund führen, mit der die Entwicklung der Programmregion erneuert, gefördert und gestärkt wird. Die Kommunikationskompetenzen zwischen den deutschen und dänischen Partnern werden aufgebaut und gestärkt; das Kulturverständnis der Projektpartner wird gestärkt, und Kulturunterschiede werden im Handeln berücksichtigt. Indem die Partner den Wert der Grenzregion und des kooperativen Miteinanders erkennen, beteiligen sie sich auch nachfolgend an deutsch-dänischen Kooperationen. Das im EIN entwickelte innovative Austausch- und Begegnungskonzept für Wirtschaft, Verwaltung und interessierte Institutionen kann in der nächsten Förderperiode in einem umfänglicheren Projekt eingesetzt werden. In der Praxis bedeutet die Arbeit mit dem Projektziel: - Gegenseitiges Kennenlernen: Organisationen, Strukturen, Arbeitsweisen und Strategien - Austausch betr. gemeinsamer Herausforderungen und Problemstellungen - Förderung der nachhaltigen, grenzüberschreitenden Zusammenarbeit durch den Austausch von Best-Practice - Entwicklung neuer strategischer Partnerschaften zur Vereinbarung und Etablierung gleichwertiger, deutsch-dänischer Kooperationen - Entwicklung gemeinsamer grenzüberschreitender Strategien/Konzepte
