The project aims to strengthen cooperation between institutions, administrations and educational institutions in the Podyjí-Thayatal National Park region. With this project, the cross-border cooperation in the region will be improved significantly and in the long term by promoting three levels of cross-border cooperation. At the regional level, the creation of a cross-border cooperation network provides a platform in which regional actors involved in cross-border cooperation can network with one another. In this regard, the two project partners organize meetings, workshops and excursions for regional actors such as municipalities, cities and other organizations in order to promote cross-border communication and cooperation. A feasibility study for the establishment of an EGTC in the national park region is being carried out within the framework of the cooperation network. The network thus contributes significantly to deepening cooperation and creating new cross-border partnerships. In the area of environmental education, activities are being implemented to promote cross-border educational measures, such as joint school days and bilingual educational offers, in which the two national parks Thayatal and Podyjí become a meeting place for elementary and secondary schools in both countries. This creates opportunities to consolidate or develop new school partnerships. In the area of nature protection, strengthening cross-border cooperation between the two national park administrations Thayatal and Podyjí is an important goal for improving nature and landscape protection in the region. In order to achieve this, cooperation between the national parks is initially promoted by breaking down language barriers, organizing joint activities, strengthening the common public image as well as professional exchange and further training. Exchange internships and joint specialist training in various areas convey good experiences in nature conservation and are further strengthened by the exchange in the cooperation network. The intensity of the cooperation between the partner institutions depends on the ability to understand each other, linguistically and in the way of thinking. The presented project thus focuses on deepening the cooperation through the networking of the individual actors from both countries in the region and mainly aims to create functioning cross-border teams between individual employees in the region and to consolidate them with strategic documents in the long term. By networking and promoting cooperation on all these levels, the entire region benefits from the measures of this project and brings the actors and, above all, the people of both countries closer together again.

Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Institutionen, Verwaltungen und Bildungseinrichtungen in der Nationalparkregion Podyjí-Thayatal zu stärken. Mit diesem Projekt wird die grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit in der Region wesentlich und langfristig verbessert, indem drei Ebenen der grenzüberschreitenden Kooperation gefördert werden. Auf der regionalen Ebene wird durch die Schaffung eines grenzüberschreitenden Kooperationsnetzwerkes eine Plattform geboten, in der regionale Akteure der grenzüberschreitenden Zusammenarbeit miteinander vernetzt werden. Die beiden Projektpartner organisieren diesbezüglich Treffen, Workshops und Exkursionen für die regionalen Akteure wie Gemeinden, Städte und weitere Organisation um die grenzüberschreitende Kommunikation und Kooperation zu fördern. Eine Machbarkeitsstudie zur Etablierung eines EVTZ in der Nationalparkregion wird im Rahmen des Kooperationsnetzwerks durchgeführt. Somit trägt das Netzwerk wesentlich zur Vertiefung der Zusammenarbeit und zur Schaffung neuer grenzüberschreitender Partnerschaften bei. Im Bereich der Umweltbildung werden Aktivitäten zur Förderung von grenzüberschreitenden Bildungsmaßnahmen, wie gemeinsame Schultage und zweisprachige Bildungsangebote umgesetzt, bei denen die beiden Nationalparks Thayatal und Podyjí zum Ort der Begegnung für Volks- und Mittelschulen beider Länder werden. Dadurch werden Möglichkeiten geschaffen, Schulpartnerschaften zu festigen oder neu zu entwickeln. Im Bereich des Naturschutzes ist die Stärkung der grenzüberschreitenden Zusammenarbeit zwischen den beiden Nationalparkverwaltungen Thayatal und Podyjí ein wichtiges Ziel zur Verbesserung des Natur- und Landschaftschutzes in der Region. Um dies zu erreichen, wird zunächst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Nationalparks mittels des Abbaus von Sprachbarrieren, Organisation von gemeinsamen Aktivitäten, Verstärkung des gemeinsamen öffentlichen Auftritts sowie dem fachlichen Austausch und Weiterbildungen gefördert. Austauschpraktika und gemeinsame Fachausbildungen in verschiedenen Bereichen vermitteln gute Erfahrungen im Naturschutz und werden durch den Austausch im Kooperationsnetzwerk weiter bestärkt. Die Intensität der Zusammenarbeit der Partnerinstitutionen hängt von der Fähigkeit ab, sich gegenseitig zu verstehen, sprachlich als auch in der Denkweise. Das vorgestellte Projekt konzentriert sich somit auf die Vertiefung der Zusammenarbeit durch die Vernetzung der einzelnen Akteure aus beiden Ländern der Region und zielt hauptsächlich darauf ab, funktionierende grenzüberschreitende Teams zwischen einzelnen Mitarbeitern in der Region zu schaffen und mit strategischen Dokumenten langfristig zu festigen. Durch die Vernetzung und Förderung der Zusammenarbeit auf all diesen Ebenen profitiert die gesamte ganze Region von den Maßnahmen dieses Projektes und bringt die Akteure und vor allem die Menschen beider Länder wieder näher zusammen.

Projekt je zaměřený na posílení spolupráce institucí, správ a vzdělávacích zařízení v oblasti národních parků Podyjí-Thayatal. Významně zlepší dlouhodobou přeshraniční spolupráci v regionu podporou tří úrovní přeshraniční kooperace. Na regionální úrovni poskytne vytvoření přeshraniční kooperační sítě platformu pro vzájemné propojení regionálních aktérů přeshraniční spolupráce. Oba projektoví partneři k tomu zorganizují setkání, workshopy a exkurzi pro regionální instituce, jako jsou obce, města a další organizace, s cílem podpořit přeshraniční komunikaci a kooperaci. V rámci kooperační sítě se bude realizovana o studii proveditelnosti k založení ESÚS v regionu národního parku. Síť tak významně přispívá k prohlubování spolupráce a vytváření nových přeshraničních partnerství. V oblasti environmentálního vzdělávání se budou realizovat aktivity na podporu přeshraničních vzdělávacích opatření jako společné vyučovací dny a dvojjazyčné vzdělávací programy, při nichž se národní parky Thayatal a Podyjí stanou místem setkávání základních a středních škol z obou zemí. Vytvoří se tím příležitosti k upevnění nebo navázání partnerství mezi školami. V oblasti ochrany přírody je důležitým cílem posílení přeshraniční spolupráce správ národních parků Thayatal a Podyjí ke zlepšení ochrany přírody a krajiny v regionu. Za tímto účelem bude spolupráce obou národních parků podporována nejprve odstraňováním jazykových bariér, organizováním společných aktivit, posilováním společných veřejných výstupů i výměnou odborných informací a dalším vzděláváním pracovníků. Výměnné stáže a společné odborné vzdělávání v různých oblastech zprostředkují zkušenosti z ochrany přírody a budou dále posilovány komunikací v kooperační síti. Intenzita spolupráce partnerských institucí závisí na schopnosti vzájemně si porozumět, a to jak jazykově, tak i způsobem myšlení. Předkládaný projekt se proto soustředí na prohloubení spolupráce propojováním jednotlivých aktérů z obou zemí v regionu a zaměřuje se především na vytvoření fungujících přeshraničních týmů z pracovníků v regionu a jejich dlouhodobé ukotvení ve strategických dokumentech. Díky vytváření sítí a podpoře spolupráce na všech těchto úrovních bude z opatření tohoto projektu těžit celý region a dojde k dalšímu sbližování aktérů a především lidí z obou zemí.

Schaffung eines grenzüberschreitenden Kooperationsnetzwerks mit mind. 5 Treffen in Form von Workshops, Verhandlungen oder Exkursionen. Erstellung einer Machbarkeitstudie zu einem EVTZ in der Region sowie eines Lehr- und Bildungscampus in Hardegg. Aufbau einer systematischen Zusammenarbeit zwischen Bildungseinrichtungen – Verbindung von Einrichtungen, Umsetzung bewährter Verfahren und Erleichterung des Erstkontakts sowie Umsetzung von mind. 10 gemeinsamen Bildungsaktivitäten. Entwicklung von strategischen Dokumenten zur langfristigen und nachhaltigen Zusammenarbeit der NP-Verwaltungen, wie ein gemeinsamer Managementplan und ein gemeinsames Regelwerk. Gemeinsame Umsetzung von Aktivitäten für die Öffentlichkeit sowie Erstellung von Materialien und Lehrmitteln. Gemeinsame Ausbildung von Mitarbeitern und kooperierenden Einrichtungen im Bereich Naturschutz wird umfassend vereinheitlicht durch gemeinsame Leistung des Wachdienstes, Abschluss gemeinsamer Kurse, Erfahrungsaustausch.

Expected Outputs (CS):

Vytvoření sítě přeshraniční spolupráce s nejméně 5 setkáními ve formě workshopů, jednání nebo exkurzí. Příprava studie proveditelnosti pro ESÚS v regionu a také školící a školící kampus v Hardeggu. Vytvoření systematické spolupráce vzdělávacích institucí – propojení institucí, realizace příkladů dobré praxe a usnadnění prvního kontaktu a realizace alespoň 10 společných vzdělávacích aktivit. Vypracování strategických dokumentů pro dlouhodobou a udržitelnou spolupráci správ národních parku, jako je společný plán peče a společný soubor pravidel. Společné provádění činností pro veřejnost a tvorba materiálů a učebních pomůcek. Společné vzdělávání zaměstnanců a spolupracujících subjektů v ochraně přírody se komplexně sjednotí společným výkonem strážní služby, absolvováním společných kurzů, sdílením zkušeností.
