The project is based on the idea of getting to know each other, building relationships and building a functioning network of cross-border cooperating organizations in the entire program area, which deals with the current topic of the use of virtual and augmented reality (further AR / VR) in corporate practice and the educational system and supports the development of the skills required by current and future employees. At the same time, it is about the networking of highly specialized experts in the development of AR / VR programs with organizations in the education sector, and their connection with innovators and through them in particular to SMEs in border regions. The target groups of the cross-border network include organizations of the regional innovation infrastructure, educators from schools, teacher training colleges and universities where future specialists are trained, organizations for school and professional development, representatives of business practice, in particular SMEs, representatives of public administration (regional development, Education, etc.) and others, e.g. research institutions (letters of support in the appendices). The basis for the network is formed by the project partners, who each bring contacts from their own, already established network of relevant cooperation partners to the project. As part of the project, analyzes will be created and compared in the affected border regions, on the one hand to ascertain the current situation of the use of AR / VR, and on the other hand to outline the expected developments of these technologies in the coming years. This information is used to define requirements for organizations involved in school and company training and further education. A test facility for AR / VR will then be set up in the South Bohemian Science and Technology Park, which will be used across borders by participants in the created network and in which a qualification program developed in the project for educators and employees will be developed and tested. The main goal of the project is the cross-border cooperation of the members of the established network, the possibility of exchanging experiences, the implementation of new AR / VR trends in business practice and the high-quality preparation of future specialists. With this aim, the project contributes to strengthening the competitiveness of companies in the program area and to a stability in the entire region.

Das Projekt basiert auf der Idee des gegenseitigen Kennenlernens, des Beziehungsaufbaus und dem Aufbau eines funktionierenden Netzwerks grenzüberschreitend kooperierender Organisationen im gesamten Programmgebiet, welches sich mit dem aktuellen Thema der Nutzung von virtueller und erweiterter Realität (weiteres AR/VR) in der Unternehmenspraxis und dem Bildungssystem befasst, und die Entwicklung benötigter Kompetenzen von jetzigen und künftigen Arbeitnehmern unterstützt. Gleichzeitig geht es um die Vernetzung von hochspezialisierten Experten in der Entwicklung von AR/VR-Programmen mit Organisationen im Bildungsbereich, und deren Verbindung mit Innovatoren und über diese insbesondere zu KMU in Grenzregionen. Zu den Zielgruppen des grenzüberschreitenden Netzwerks gehören Organisationen der regionalen Innovationsinfrastruktur, Pädagogen von Schulen, pädagogischen Hochschulen sowie Universitäten, an denen künftige Fachkräfte ausgebildet werden, Organisationen für schulische und berufliche Weiterbildung, Vertreter der Unternehmenspraxis, insbesondere KMU, Vertreter der öffentlichen Verwaltung (regionale Entwicklung, Bildung, etc.) und andere, z.B. Forschungseinrichtungen (Letters of support in den Anhängen). Die Basis für das Netzwerk bilden die Projektpartner, die jeweils Kontakte ihres eigenen, bereits etablierten Netzwerks von entsprechenden Kooperationspartnern in das Projekt einbringen. Im Rahmen des Projektes werden in den betroffenen Grenzregionen Analysen erstellt und verglichen, um einerseits die aktuelle Situation der Nutzung von AR/VR zu erheben, andererseits die zu erwartenden Entwicklungen dieser Technologien in den kommenden Jahren zu skizzieren. Aus diesen Informationen werden Anforderungen an Organisationen der schulischen und betrieblichen Aus- und Weiterbildung definiert. Anschließend wird im südböhmischen Wissenschafts- und Technologiepark eine Testeinrichtung für AR/VR errichtet, die von Teilnehmern des geschaffenen Netzwerks grenzüberschreitend genutzt wird und in welcher ein im Projekt entwickeltes Qualifizierungsprogramm für Pädagogen und Arbeitnehmer entwickelt und getestet wird. Das Hauptziel des Projektes ist die grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit der Mitglieder des aufgebauten Netzwerks, die Möglichkeit Erfahrungsaustausches, das Einsetzen neuer AR/VR-Trends in die Unternehmenspraxis und die qualitativ hochwertige Vorbereitung künftiger Fachkräfte. Mit diesem Ziel trägt das Projekt zur Stärkung der Konkurrenzfähigkeit der Unternehmen im Programmgebiet und zur Stabilität in der gesamten Region bei.

Projekt je založen na myšlence vzájemného poznávání, budování vztahů a vytvoření funkční sítě přeshraničních spolupracujících subjektů v celém programovacím území zabývající se aktuálním tématem využití virtuální a rozšířené reality ve firemní praxi a a vzdělávacím systému a podporuje rozvoj dovedností požadovaných současnými i budoucími pracovníky. Současně se jedná o propojení vysoce specializovaných odborníků na rozvoj programů AR / VR (rozšířená realita/virtuální realita) s organizacemi v oblasti vzdělávání a jejich propojení s inovátory a jejich prostřednictvím, zejména s malými a středními podniky v příhraničních regionech. Mezi klíčové skupiny subjektů, které budou tvořit budovanou přeshraniční síť, patří regionální organizace inovační infrastruktury, vysoké školy vzdělávající budoucí pedagogy, střední a vysoké školy vzdělávající budoucí zaměstnance firem, organizace poskytující další vzdělávání pedagogů a profesní vzdělávání zaměstnaců, zástupci firemní praxe, především MSP, zástupci veřejné správy (pro regionální rozvoj, školství apod) a případně další (Letters of support v přílohách). Základ pro vznikající síť tvoří projektoví partneři, případně členové jejich projektových týmů, každý se svou širokou, s již vybudovanou sítí spolupracujících partnerů a realizovanými projekty. Jako součást projektu budou v dotčených příhraničních regionech zpracovány a vzájemně porovnány analýzy pro zjištění jednak stávajících stavů v současném využívání technologie AR/VR, ale zároveň očekávané oblasti rozvoje těchto technologií v horizontu několika let. Z těchto zjištěných informací budou definovány požadavky směřující do organizací zajišťující vzdělávání pedagogů a zaměstnanců. V návaznosti na to bude v Jihočeském vědeckotechnickém parku vybudováno testovací pracoviště pro VR, které bude využíváno přeshraničně subjekty vytvořené sítě, a ve kterém bude v průběhu projektu vyvinut a otestován vzdělávací program pro pedagogy a zaměstnance. Hlavním cílem projektu je přeshraniční spolupráce členů zavedené sítě, možnost výměny zkušeností, zavedení nových trendů AR /VR do podnikové praxe a kvalitní příprava budoucích specialistů. Za tímto účelem projekt přispívá k posílení konkurenceschopnosti podniků v programové oblasti a k stabilitě v celém regionu.

Achievements (EN):

The joint project of 4 partners from South Bohemia and Upper Austria, called VReduNet, is coming to an end. Thanks to the intensive two-year cooperation of the South Bohemian Science and Technology Park, the Faculty of Education of the University of South Bohemia and the Austrian Business Upper Austria and Education Group, a network of cooperation partners who want to help with the use of Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR/AR) in schools and in company education has been created. The cooperation does not end with the end of the project. Several effective tools have been prepared, thanks to which the introduction of VR/AR technology into the classroom is now a little easier. “One of them is a three-day virtual and augmented reality course prepared for teachers,” explains Tomáš Jakubec, project leader. “Thanks to the comprehensive course program, teachers and lecturers can get to know the history of VR/AR technology, understand the principles of its use, the technical equipment available in the current market and the available range of finished products education programs,” he adds. The course can take place either in the new VR/AR test lab created on the premises of the South Bohemian Science and Technology Park, but the equipment can also be delivered directly to schools and companies by expert lecturers and used for effective use of knowledge and skills acquisition by pupils, students or employees. Upon completion of the course, teachers and lecturers may be ready to use available applications in VR/AR in their subjects or courses, they will be equipped with didactic procedures for working with technology in a group and at the same time be able to start preparing their own educational programs for their teaching.

Hauptergebnis des Projektes ist der Aufbau eines nachhaltigen, grenzüberschreitenden Netzwerks von Organisationen, die im Bereich der Implementierung von AR/VR in Qualifizierungs- und Bildungsprogramme im Zusammenhang mit den ermittelten Unternehmensbedarfen an Kenntnisse, Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen von Mitarbeitern, zusammenarbeiten. Das Hauptergebnis ist also das Vernetzen, die Stärkung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen KMU, Bildungseinreichungen und Organisationen, welche die Innovationsinfrastruktur im Programmgebiet vertreten. Weitere Ergebnisse: -Komplexe Analyse der aktuellen Situation und der zu erwartenden Entwicklung der Nutzung von AR/VR in der Unternehmenspraxis und der Bildung -Entwicklung von Humanressourcen – Erstellung und Pilotierung eines Qualifizierungsprogramms zur Nutzung von AR/VR für Pädagogen und Arbeitnehmer – Verbesserung des Bildungsniveaus in der Region -Ausstattung eines gemeinsamen Labors für VR im JVTP für Qualifizierung und Förderung dieser Technologie

Hlavní výsledek projektu spočívá ve vybudování udržitelné přeshraniční sítě subjektů spolupracujících v oblasti implementace AR/VR do výukových programů a vzdělávacích plánů v návaznosti na zjištěné požadavky ze strany firem na znalosti, dovednosti a kompetence zaměstnanců v této problematice. tzn. že hlavním výsledkem bude navázání a posílení spolupráce mezi MSP, vzdělávacími institucemi a organizacemi reprezentující inovační infrastrukturu v programovém území. Další výsledky: - komplexní analýza současného stavu a očekávaného vývoje využívání AR/VR ve firemní praxi a ve vzdělávání - rozvoj idských zdrojů - vytvoření a pilotní ověření vzdělávacího programu pro využívání AR a VR pro pedagogy a zaměstnance umožňuje zvýšit úroveň vzdělání v regionu - vybavení sdílené laboratoře pro VR v JVTP pro potřeby vzdělávání a propagace této technologie
