Государственное учреждение «Больница Кретинги» и ГБУЗ КО «Гвардейская центральная районная больница» ставят перед собой задачу уменьшить уровень госпитализации пациентов и улучшить поддерживающую медицинскую помощь. Это означает, что партнеры должны улучшить качество ранней диагностики заболеваний, характерных для пожилых людей, и качество поддерживающей медицины.В рамках проекта будет закуплено 2 комплекта медицинского и лечебного оборудования, разработаны 3 методических рекомендации по эффективному уходу за здоровьем пожилых людей и программы обучения.

VšĮ Kretingos ligoninė ir Valstybinė biudžetinė viešosios sveikatos priežiūros įstaiga „Gvardeysko rajono ligoninė“ kartu sieks sumažinti pacientų hospitalizavimo rodiklius ir pagerinti slaugos bei palaikomojo gydymo paslaugas. Tai reiškia, kad partneriai pagerins ankstyvą ligų diagnostiką, skirtą senyvo amžiaus žmonėms ir palaikomojo gydymo paslaugų kokybę.Projekto metu bus įsigyti 2 medicinos ir sveikatos priežiūros įrangos rinkiniai, taip pat parengtos mokymo programos ir metodinės rekomendacijos, skirtos veiksmingai pagyvenusių žmonių sveikatos priežiūrai.

Public institution Kretinga Hospital and State budgetary institution of public healthcare "Gvardeysk District Hospital" are aiming to reduce the rate of hospitalization of patients and improve supportive medical care services. This means that partners shall improve early diagnostics of diseases characteristic for elderly people and supportive medical care services.2 sets of medical and healthcare equipment shall be purchased, 3 methodic recommendations on the effective healthcare for elderly people and training programmes will be developed as a part of the project.
