Alongside the push of artificial intelligence into micro-social areas, the present project has a two-fold goal. On the one hand, it should enable the further development of the smart meter (SM) into a so-called inclusive instrument, which shows the end user all details of his energy consumption and helps him to be more energy-conscious On the other hand, a modeling of the acceptance of the SM by the end users is to be proposed and, based on a precise knowledge of the use of SM, a market segmentation is to be developed using a cluster analysis. The project will assess the suitability of technical innovations aimed at improving the security level of the SM in a highly heterogeneous network. For this purpose, blockchain technologies should also be used to support decentralized processes. The pooling of studies from the 3 countries will lead to the development of a laboratory prototype aimed at optimizing individual energy management by the user. The cooperation between the partners at a cross-border level will make it possible to propose recommendations for a common market that takes into account the advantages and disadvantages of the three countries and promotes the development of companies internationally.

S’inscrivant dans une perspective liant intelligence artificielle et analyse microsociétale, l’objectif du projet est double. Il s’agit d’une part, de concevoir une forme évoluée de smart meter, dénommé le Smart Meter Inclusif (Inclusive Smart Meter), permettant à l’utilisateur final d’observer finement et d’agir sur ses propres comportements énergétiques y compris dans une logique de partage des stocks énergétiques avec d’autres acteurs. Il s’agit d’autre part, de proposer une modélisation de l’acceptation des smart meters par l’utilisateur final et d’élaborer une segmentation du marché par analyse de clusters reposant sur une compréhension fine des usages des smart meters. Le projet évaluera l'adéquation des nouvelles techniques afin d’améliorer le niveau de sécurité du smart meter dans un réseau hautement hétérogène. Dans cette évaluation, les technologies de la Blockchain doivent également être prise en compte pour soutenir les approches décentralisées. L'agrégation des études issues des 3 pays aboutira au développement d'un prototype de laboratoire visant à optimiser la gestion individualisée de l'énergie par l’utilisateur. La collaboration entre les partenaires à l’échelle transfrontalière permettra de proposer des recommandations pour un marché commun tenant compte des avantages/contraintes des 3 pays et favoriser le développement des entreprises à l’international.

Einhergehend mit dem Vorstoß künstlicher Intelligenz in mikrosoziale Bereiche hat das vorliegende Projekt ein zweifaches Ziel. Einerseits soll es die Weiterentwicklung des Smartmeters (SM) zu einem sogenannten inklusiven Instrument ermöglichen, das dem Endbenutzer alle Einzelheiten seines Energieverbrauchs anzeigt und ihm zu einem energiebewussteren Verhalten verhilft, auch hinsichtlich einer gemeinsam mit anderen Akteuren erfolgenden Nutzung von Energiereserven. Andererseits soll eine Modellierung der Akzeptanz des SM durch die Endbenutzer vorgeschlagen und auf Grundlage einer genauen Kenntnis der Nutzung von SM eine Marktsegmentierung mittels einer Clusteranalyse erarbeitet werden. Das Projekt wird die Eignung technischer Neuerungen bewerten, die das Sicherheitsniveau des SM in einem höchst uneinheitlichen Netz verbessern sollen. Hierzu sind auch Blockchain-Technologien zur Unterstützung dezentralisierter Verfahren einzusetzen. Die Zusammenführung von Studien aus den 3 Ländern wird zur Entwicklung eines Laborprotyp führen, das darauf abzielt, das individuelle Energiemanagement durch den Anwender zu optimieren. Die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Partnern auf grenzüberschreitender Ebene wird es ermöglichen, Empfehlungen für einen gemeinsamen Markt vorzuschlagen, der die Vor- und Nachteile der drei Länder berücksichtigt und die Entwicklung der Unternehmen international fördert.
