Description (EN):

The project tries to realize the development of the tourism in the Valcan-Novi Knezevac border region by inventorying and establishing the present situation, developing a new cultural tourism route integrating the existing attractions and to develop a flagship cultural event in both localities which can give a boost to the local cultural tourism. All the project activities will be part of a powerful marketing campaign. Also the partners will establish the infrastructural base of the cultural events. Valcani Commune will develop a new outdoor stage with all the necessary facilities; Novi Knezevac will purchase a mobile stage.

Expected Results (EN): PA4-RI3 New “touristic products” created as a result of programme actions in the field of promotion and information on integrated touristic networks in the CBC area.

Expected Outputs (EN):

The main result of the project: - Study. The elaborated study will give consolidate basis for the development of cultural tourism in the border area. We will gather the description and photo illustration of all the tourist attractions in the region. This presentational material will increase the flows of visitors. The developed route will increase the number of visitors in the involved geographical area. - Flagship cultural events. We will organize two important cultural events which will be promoted by modern on-line tools and will attract a big number of tourists. - Creation of adequate cultural infrastructure in Valcani.
