Les structures d’urgence des établissements hospitaliers sont actuellement en mutation compte tenu d’une activité en augmentation continue ces dernières années, et des challenges liés aux situations sanitaires exceptionnelles. Les solutions proposées en début d’année 2020 en France par le ministère de la solidarité et de la santé est la mise en place d’un service qui centralise 24h/24 la réponse à l’ensemble des besoins de soins : le service d’accès aux soins (SAS). Dans ce contexte, la régulation téléphonique doit être généralisée et modernisée en s'appuyant sur les nouvelles technologies de l'information et de la communication. Elle constitue en effet une véritable solution pour orienter les patients vers des parcours de soins adaptés à leurs besoins. Notre projet a donc pour but d’intégrer les méthodes et outils de l’intelligence artificielle pour les centrales de régulation. Le système vise à apporter une aide à la régulation des appels d’urgence au CRRA 15, futur SAS, ou Centrale 144 en Suisse pour évaluer la gravité des appels, identifier les filières de soins, et améliorer l’efficience lors de l’engagement des moyens. Le développement d’un tel système a pour but de sécuriser et d’optimiser le système d’information ainsi que les moyens de télécommunication utilisés dans les centres de régulation médicale en France et en Suisse, et d'apporter une réponse individualisée de la prise en charge.

The emergency structures of hospitals are currently changing in view of a steadily increasing activity in recent years and the challenges associated with exceptional health situations. The solutions proposed at the beginning of 2020 in France by the Ministry of Solidarity and Health are the establishment of a service that centralises the response to all healthcare needs 24 hours a day: the Access to Care Service (ASS). In this context, telephony regulation needs to be generalised and modernised based on new information and communication technologies. It is a real solution for guiding patients towards care pathways tailored to their needs. Our project therefore aims to integrate artificial intelligence methods and tools for regulatory power stations. The system aims to support the regulation of emergency calls to CRRA 15, future SAS, or Centrale 144 in Switzerland, to assess the severity of calls, identify the lines of care, and improve efficiency when committing resources. The purpose of the development of such a system is to secure and optimise the information system as well as the means of telecommunications used in medical regulatory centres in France and Switzerland, and to provide an individualised response to care.
