Description (EN):

The idea of the project is to create two new dining places - restaurants, which will be created by people with knowledge and management skills. Through the project, partners will be able to offer new end products / menus and new dishes that are different from the usual ones in the region and which will create the difference, increasing the value added, respectively. The new restaurants will comply with the requirements of the European standards and will work 12 months a year. In addition, companies will help reduce unemployment by hiring new employees to meet the needs of new businesses. It will not be insignificant and will contribute to the economic life of the region, which is now growing strongly.

Expected Results (EN):

The project expected results include: 1. Establishment of two annual training programs for partner staff. 2. Training of employees (Bulgaria / Greece). Transfer of know - how. 3. Understanding of cultural and culinary values / customs and holidays, events. 4. Joint activities related to the exchange of cultural and culinary values - creation of two joint menu. 5.Conduction of joint events. 6. Creation of event-related advertising material. 7. Performing a survey - among employees / clients. Reviewing opinions. 8. Joint participation in exhibitions. 9. Purchase of new equipment and modernisation of the two companies, increasing their sustainability and production capacity. 10. Creation of new job positions. 11. Dissemination of the idea of the project through special promotional materials, social media, etc.
