Cycle route around the Szczecin Haff — common identity of the border region

The project aims at the introduction of new cooperation axes (mobile instrument) and support for current functional areas and the development of the border area. The aim of the project is to develop, expand and intensify cooperation in the border area through the introduction of new dt.-poln. Co-op. instruments — new common. Products and continuation of already implemented activities (INT138). The project and its output — a mobile tool and events — are most effective in the context of the border crossing. Cooperation of various and common (tourist, cultural, natural, economic, social) resources on both sides of the border, thereby intensifying and expanding co-op., initiates processes of structural transformations, development of the common. Space & causes its internation. Competitiveness. The project aims to further develop and expand the scope of co-op and strengthen its favourable influence on the assisted area, including through: 1 Creation of a common. dt.-poln. Mobile product for a common stationary product to create a new co-op area, expand co-op to new areas and create a basis for further long term. Cooperation to maintain project outputs. 2 Organisation in common. dt.-poln. Meetings and events for residents of the border area as recipients of the project activities, subject of co-op., as well as to popularise the project output, participation of tourists in the events as indir. Project effect that affects the quality of life of residents (tourist inflow means an increase in the GDP of the border region). 3 Revaluation of the Pomerania Euroregion in internation. Context as a region of sustainable innovation. Cooperation — Project output: mobile instrument. Because of its peculiarity, i.e. the creation of a virtual product based on a tourist product territorially based on a tourist product, the project can only be found in narrower poles. Co-op. is implemented. The project expands and intensifies the co-op that has already begun. (INT 138) through new areas (virtual space) and at the same time creates the basis for their further development. As a project to create a homogeneous product affecting both sides of the border, it can not only be done by poln. o. deut. Institutions are being developed because it has its borders. The identity and functionality of the assisted area would be lost. All activities for the product have a noticeable impact on the assisted area only if they are in tighter poles. Co-op. are implemented so that the product retains its character and its peculiarity. Favourable effects of the project on the whole of the assisted area: 1. It intensifies cooperation — based on jointly implemented activities (INT 138), the project develops co-op. in new areas (virtual space), strengthens co-op. 2. It strengthens ties in the region through new commons. Products 3. It strengthens the region economically, culturally and touristically through cooperation aimed at exploiting the potential of the area and improving the quality of the border area. The project output is innovative — a virtual, mobile instrument consisting of 3 compatible instruments. The project intends to design, develop and implement a mobile solution on a co-op basis that has not been used so far in the Euroregion or other border areas of Europe. The project has the effect of initiating a langfr. Co-op., improves relationships between Residents on both sides of the border through shared resources and increased accessibility of the neighbouring country, improves the framework conditions for the management of all co-op areas in the assisted area (economic, touristic, cultural), creates conditions for the development of co-op., consolidates, expands and significantly strengthens the level of cooperation already achieved (INT138).

Projekt skupia się na wprowadzaniu nowych osi współpracy (narzędzie mobilne) i wsparciu obecnych dziedzin funkcjonowania oraz rozwoju pogranicza. Celem projektu jest rozwój, poszerzenie i intensyfikacja współpracy na obszarze pogranicza poprzez wprowadzanie nowych polsko niemieckich narzędzi współpracy – nowych wspólnych produktów i kontynuację już podjętych działań (INT138). Projekt i jego produkt – polsko-niemiecka narzędzie mobilne oraz wydarzenia, w najbardziej efektywny sposób w ramach współpracy transgranicznej łączą różnorodne i wspólne zasoby (turystyczne, kulturalne, naturalne, gospodarcze, społeczne) po obu stronach granicy, projekt dzięki temu intensyfikuje i poszerza współpracę, inicjuje procesy przemian strukturalnych, rozwój wspólnego obszaru oraz przyczynia się do zwieszenia jego konkurencyjności w skali międzynarodowej.  Projekt będzie skupiał się na dalszym rozwoju i poszerzeniu zakresu współpracy i intensyfikacji jej korzystnego wpływu na obszar wsparcia poprzez: 1. Stworzenie wspólnego polsko – niemieckiego produktu mobilnego dla wspólnego produktu stacjonarnego jako wytworzenie nowego obszaru współpracy, rozszerzenia współpracy na nowe pola oraz wykonania podstaw do dalszej długofalowej współpracy celem utrzymania efektów projektu. 2. Organizacja wspólnych polsko-niemieckich spotkań i eventów dla mieszkańców obszaru pogranicza jako odbiorców działań projektu, podmiotu współpracy ale też w celu popularyzacji produktu projektu,  udział turystów w evntach jako pośredni efekt projektu wpływający na jakość życia mieszkańców (napływ turystów to wzrost PKB regionu pogranicza). 3. Zwiększenie znaczenia Euroregionu Pomerania w kontekście międzynarodowym jako regionu stabilnej współpracy opartej na innowacji – produkt projektu: narzędzie mobilne. Z uwagi na swoją specyfikę czyli stworzenie polsko-niemieckiego produktu wirtualnego opartego terytorialnie o polsko-niemiecki produkt turystyczny, projekt może być wykonany wyłącznie w ścisłej polsko niemieckiej współpracy. Projekt poszerza i intensyfikuję wcześniej podjętą współpracę (INT 138) o nowe obszary (przestrzeń wirtualna), jednocześnie dając podstawy do dalszego jej rozwoju. Jako projekt stworzenia produktu całkowicie jednolitego, dotyczącego obu stron granicy, nie może być rozwijany jedynie przez instytucje polskie czy niemieckie, gdyż straci swoją transgraniczną tożsamość i funkcjonalność dla obszaru wsparcia. Wszystkie działania wykonywane na rzecz produktu przyniosą wymierne efekty dla obszaru wsparcia jedynie będąc realizowane  w ramach ścisłej polsko-niemieckiej współpracy, by produkt zachował charakter i unikatowość.  Projekt wpływa korzystnie na cały obszar wsparcia w kontekście: 1. Intensyfikuje współpracę – bazując na podjętych wspólnych działaniach (INT 138) projekt rozwija współpracę o nowe obszary (przestrzeń wirtualna), wzmacnia współpracę oraz podnosi jej trwałość. 2. Wzmacnia powiązania w regionie przez nowe wspólne produkty. 3. Wzmacnia region gospodarczo, kulturalnie i turystycznie poprzez współpracę ukierunkowaną na czerpanie z potencjału obszaru i podnoszenie jakości obszaru pogranicza. Produkt projektu jest innowacyjny – wirtualne narzędzie mobilne złożone z trzech kompatybilnych narzędzi. W projekcie zaplanowano zaprojektowanie, wykonanie i wdrożenie na bazie współpracy rozwiązania mobilnego, dotychczas niestosowane na terenie Euroregionu czy innych terenach pogranicza w Europie. Projekt przynosi efekt inicjowania współpracy długofalowej, poprawia stosunki między mieszkańcami po obu stronach granicy przez wspólne zasoby i większą dostępność kraju sąsiada, poprawia warunki ramowe realizacji wszystkich dziedzin współpracy na obszarze wsparcia (gospodarcze, turystyczne, kulturalne), daje warunki do rozwoju współpracy, utrwala, rozszerza i wzmacnia znacząco stan współpracy już wypracowany (INT138).

Das Projekt zielt auf Einführung neuer Kooperationsachsen (mobiles Instrument) u. Unterstützung aktueller Funktionsbereiche u. der Entwicklung des Grenzgebiets ab. Projektziel ist Entwicklung, Erweiterung u. Intensivierung der Zusammenarbeit im Grenzgebiet durch Einführung neuer dt.-poln. Koop.-instrumente - neuer gemeins. Produkte u. Fortsetzung bereits umgesetzter Aktivitäten (INT138). Das Projekt u. sein Output - ein dt.-poln. mobiles Instrument u. Events - bringen am effektivsten im Rahmen der grenzüberschr. Zusammenarbeit verschiedene u. gemeinsame (touristische, kulturelle, natürliche, wirtschaftliche, soziale) Ressourcen beidseitig der Grenze zusammen, dadurch intensiviert u. erweitert das Projekt die Koop., initiiert Prozesse struktureller Wandlungen, Entwicklung des gemeins. Raumes u. bewirkt seine internation. Wettbewerbsfähigkeit. Das Projekt zielt auf weitere Entwicklung u. Erweiterung des Koop.-umfangs u. Stärkung deren günstigen Einflusses auf das Fördergebiet ab, u. zwar durch: 1 Schaffung eines gemeins. dt.-poln. Mobilproduktes für ein gemeinsames stationäres Produkt als Schaffung eines neuen Koop.-bereiches, Ausweitung der Koop. auf neue Bereiche u. Schaffung einer Basis für weitere langfrist. Zusammenarbeit zur Erhaltung der Projektoutputs. 2 Organisation gemeins. dt.-poln. Treffen u. Events für Bewohner des Grenzgebiets als Empfänger der Projektaktivitäten, Gegenstand der Koop., sowie zwecks Popularisierung des Projektoutputs, Teilnahme der Touristen an den Events als indir. Projekteffekt, der die Lebensqualität der Bewohner beeinflusst (Touristenzufluss bedeutet Steigerung des BIP der Grenzregion). 3 Aufwertung der Euroregion Pomerania im internation. Kontext als Region der nachhaltigen innovat. Kooperation - Projektoutput: mobiles Instrument. Wegen seiner Eigenart, d.h. der Schaffung eines dt.-poln. virtuellen Produkts, das territorial auf einem dt.-poln. touristischen Produkt basiert, kann das Projekt nur in enger dt.-poln. Koop. umgesetzt werden. Das Projekt erweitert u. intensiviert die bereits begonnene Koop. (INT 138) durch neue Bereiche (virtueller Raum) u. schafft zugleich Basis für deren Weiterentwicklung. Als Projekt zur Schaffung eines homogenen, beide Seiten der Grenze betreffenden Produkts kann es nicht nur von poln. o. deut. Institutionen entwickelt werden, da es seine grenzüberschr. Identität u. Funktionalität für das Fördergebiet verlieren würde. Alle Aktivitäten fürs Produkt haben nur dann spürbare Auswirkungen für das Fördergebiet, wenn sie in enger dt.-poln. Koop. umgesetzt werden, damit das Produkt seinen Charakter u. seine Eigenart behält. Günstige Wirkungen des Projekts auf ganzes Fördergebiet: 1. Es intensiviert die Zusammenarbeit – auf Basis gemeinsam umgesetzter Aktivitäten (INT 138) entwickelt das Projekt die Koop. in neuen Bereichen (virtueller Raum), stärkt die Koop. u. erhöht deren Nachhaltigkeit 2. Es stärkt Bindungen in der Region durch neue gemeins. Produkte 3. Es stärkt die Region wirtschaftlich, kulturell u. touristisch durch die Zusammenarbeit, die darauf abzielt, das Potenzial des Gebiets zu nutzen u. die Qualität des Grenzgebiets zu verbessern. Das Projektoutput ist innovativ - ein virtuelles, mobiles, aus 3 kompatiblen Instrumenten bestehendes Instrument. Im Projekt ist geplant, auf Koop.-basis eine mobile Lösung zu entwerfen, zu entwickeln u. zu implementieren, die bisher in der Euroregion o. anderen Grenzgebieten Europas nicht eingesetzt wurde u. die. deutlich erhöht. Das Projekt hat den Effekt der Initiierung einer langfr. Koop., verbessert Beziehungen zw. Bewohnern beidseitig der Grenze durch gemeinsame Ressourcen u. erhöhte Zugänglichkeit des Nachbarlandes, verbessert die Rahmenbedingungen für die Abwicklung aller Koop.-bereiche im Fördergebiet (wirtschaftlich, touristisch, kulturell), schafft Bedingungen für die Entwicklung der Koop., festigt, erweitert u. stärkt wesentlich den bereits erzielten Stand der Kooperation (INT138).
