Het project "Mini for Climate" geeft jongeren het zelfvertrouwen om hun toekomst in eigen handen te nemen en de uitdagingen van de maatschappij (duurzaamheid, klimaat, enz.) aan te durven gaan via ondernemerschap. Dit is een initiatief van 3 stakeholders die actief zijn op het vlak van onderwijs in ondernemerschap: Groupe One, Entreprendre pour apprendre en Les Jeunes Entreprises asbl. Het project heeft raakvlakken met de Mini Entreprise-programma's (Frankrijk en België) - die hun effect op de verwerving van ondernemerskennis en -vaardigheden in scholen reeds hebben bewezen. Het is gericht op de integratie van nieuwe benaderingen en instrumenten voor duurzame ontwikkeling die worden toegepast op het bedrijfsleven en de strijd tegen de klimaatopwarming. De grensoverschrijdende partners stellen aan 2 Franse en 2 Waalse scholen voor om: - samen met 60 jongeren een uitbreiding "Mini for Climate" uit te bouwen en te testen; - hun middelen te delen en 10 coaches op te leiden om de middelen van de uitbreiding te gebruiken.

Le projet « Mini for Climate » apporte aux jeunes la confiance en soi nécessaire pour prendre leur avenir en mains et oser leurs envies face aux enjeux de la société (durabilité, climat, etc.) via l’entreprenariat. Il est à l’initiative de 3 opérateurs actifs en matière d’éducation à l’entrepreneuriat : Groupe One, Entreprendre pour apprendre et Les Jeunes Entreprises asbl. Le projet s’interface avec les programmes Mini Entreprise (France et Belgique) - ayant déjà prouvé leurs impacts en matière d’acquisition de connaissances et de compétences entrepreneuriales en milieu scolaire. Il a pour but d’intégrer de nouvelles approches et outils de développement durable appliqué à l’entreprise et de lutte contre le réchauffement climatique. Les partenaires transfrontaliers proposent à 2 écoles françaises et à 2 écoles wallonnes de : - Co-construire et tester avec 60 jeunes une extension « Mini for Climate »; - Partager leurs outils et former 10 accompagnateurs à utiliser les outils de l’extension.

The "Mini for Climate" project gives young people the confidence they need to take their future into their own hands and dare to take on the challenges of society (sustainability, climate, etc.) through entrepreneurship. It is the initiative of 3 operators active in entrepreneurship education: Groupe One, Entreprendre pour apprendre and Les Jeunes Entreprises asbl. The project interfaces with the Mini Entreprise programmes (France and Belgium) - which have already proven their impact on the acquisition of entrepreneurial knowledge and skills in schools. It aims to integrate new approaches and tools for sustainable development applied to business and the fight against global warming. The cross-border partners provide 2 French and 2 Walloon schools with an opportunity to: - Co-build and test with 60 young people a "Mini for Climate" extension; - Share their tools and train 10 mentors to use the extension's tools.

Expected Results (NL):

Door in de loop van het jaar nieuwe activiteiten en instrumenten te integreren, zal de uitbreiding "Mini for Climate" het mogelijk maken de ondernemersvaardigheden van de leerlingen met betrekking tot de klimaatproblematiek en duurzame ontwikkeling te ontwikkelen. Bovendien zal deze actie het mogelijk maken uitwisselingen op gang te brengen tussen 4 scholen binnen een grensoverschrijdend gebied en uitwisselingen tussen 3 partners te bevorderen (met name over de verschillen tussen de Franse opleiding EPA en de Belgische opleiding LJE, maar ook over de nieuwe instrumenten van de uitbreiding, die momenteel door Groupe One voor LJE worden ontwikkeld). Verwachte resultaten: -De instrumenten zijn getest, aangepast en geïntegreerd in de twee minicursussen ondernemerschap van EPA en LJE; -De studenten hebben de wereld van het ondernemerschap ontdekt en kunnen het zien als een uitlaatklep voor hun studie; -De studenten hebben de ondernemersbenadering geïntegreerd met betrekking tot de uitdagingen van duurzame ontwikkeling; -Er is een pedagogische gids ontwikkeld voor de 3 "Mini for Climate"-activiteiten; - De begeleiders zijn opgeleid en autonoom om de activiteiten in de toekomst aan de leerlingen aan te kunnen bieden; - De projectpartners kunnen de instrumenten in hun respectieve instellingen doorgeven.

Expected Results (FR):

En intégrant de nouvelles activités et outils tout au long de l’année, l’extension « Mini for Climate » permettra de développer les compétences entrepreneuriales des élèves au regard des enjeux climatiques et de développement durable. De plus, cette action permettra d’initier les échanges entre 4 écoles d’un territoire transfrontalier et de favoriser les échanges entre 3 partenaires (notamment sur les différences entre les parcours français d’EPA et belge de LJE mais également sur les nouveaux outils de l’extension, actuellement développés par Groupe One pour LJE). Résultats escomptés : -Les outils sont testés, adaptés et intégrés aux 2 parcours de mini-entreprise d’EPA et de LJE ; -Les élèves ont démystifié le monde de l’entrepreneuriat et peuvent l’envisager comme débouché à leur parcours d’étude ; -Les élèves ont intégré la démarche entrepreneuriale au regard des enjeux de développement durable; -Un guide pédagogique est développé pour les 3 animations « Mini for Climate »; - Les accompagnateurs sont formés et autonomes afin de pouvoir donner l’animation aux élèves à l’avenir; - Les partenaires du projet peuvent relayer les outils dans leurs structures respectives.

Expected Results (EN):

By integrating new activities and tools throughout the year, the "Mini for Climate" extension will help develop the entrepreneurial skills of students with regard to climate and sustainable development issues. Moreover, this action will pave the way for exchanges between 4 schools of a cross-border territory and favour exchanges between 3 partners (in particular on the differences between the French EPA and Belgian LJE courses but also on the new tools of the extension, currently developed by Groupe One for LJE). Expected outcomes: - The tools are tested, adapted and integrated into the 2 mini-enterprise pathways of EPA and LJE; - The schoolchildren have demystified the world of entrepreneurship and can envisage it as an outlet for their studies; - The schoolchildren have taken on board the entrepreneurial approach to the challenges of sustainable development; - A teaching manual is developed for the 3 "Mini for Climate" activities; - The guides are trained and autonomous so that they can dispense the course to pupils in the future; - The project partners can relay the tools in their respective structures.

Expected Outputs (NL): 80 voor tevredenheidsindex, 80 leerlingen gesensibiliseerd in middelbare scholen, 4 scholen nemen deel, 3 leermiddelen ontwikkeld, 10 begeleiders nemen deel aan de opleiding.

Expected Outputs (FR): 80 pour indice de satisfaction, 80 élèves sensibilisés en secondaires, 4 écoles participantes, 3 supports pédagogiques développés, 10 accompagnateurs qui participent à la formation.
