Description (EN):

Overall objective: To develop more inclusive society trough strengthening social enterprises and fostering their cross-border cooperation. Specific Objectives: 1. To support social entrepreneurs in empowering disadvantaged citizens. 2. To establish cross-sectoral and cross-border networks between social enterprises, local businesses and authorities. 3. To promote social entrepreneurship as a social cohesion vehicle. Specific Objectives: 1. To support social entrepreneurs in empowering disadvantaged citizens. At the outcome level this objective can be verified through Number of organizations with increased capacities, No. of organizations dealing with vulnerable groups with increased competences and Number of new solutions developed for fostering social and cultural inclusion. 2. To establish cross-sectoral and cross-border networks between social enterprises, local businesses and authorities. At the outcome level this objective can be verified through Number of cross-border partnerships established. 3. To promote social entrepreneurship as a social cohesion vehicle. At the outcome level this objective can be verified through Number of users of digital content. The intervention logic behind the action is based on the key methodological feature: participatory approach with high involvement of all partners during the preparation of the proposal. This approach will be integrated in planning, designing activities, producing outputs and implementing activities during the entire project implentation period.

Expected Results (EN): 1. Social enterprises are more capable to empower disadvantaged citizens. 2. Networked social enterprises, local authorities and businesses collaborate effectively across the border. 3. More stakeholders take part in social economy.

1.1. Creating social economy ecosystem mapping methodology. 1.2. Conducting mapping. 1.3. Creating capacity building methodology. 1.4. Joint cross-border trainings & mentoring. 2.1. Networking tools & forums development. 2.2. Networking tools utilization. 2.3. Networking forums implementation. 2.4. Policy recommendation formulation. 3.1. Communication strategy development. 3.2. Communication strategy implementation.
