Our mission: "Together we can create much better". During the co-operation, we develop and manufacture a high-performance, efficient automatic vertical bag packing machine. The machine will be able to pack any bulk product. The maximum capacity of current machines is 20 pcs / min of 50 l bag (or 50 kg) and 28 pcs / min of 20liter (or 20 kg) bag. Packaging technology companies also have an important point of view that manufacturing needs cannot be accomplished with several smaller machine, but with a higher power machine, so smaller manufacturing halls have to be built and the number of operators can be further optimized. With our development, we want to develop a machine that is capable of achieving at least 20% more power than the top power machines on the market. Jointly developed product generates significant novelty on the market in international manner. The machine will be outstanding on the market not only because of its production capacity, but also because of its easy handling and durability. In addition to performance, it is important to know how much personal handling the machine requires. Current bag packing machines machines require continuous monitoring and require the presence of 1 machine operator per machine. This is due to the construction defects and inadequate automation of foil transmission systems, in case of feedstock, the build-up of deposits and plugging, the lack of automated quality control of the manufactured finished product. During our own manufacturing experience and experimentation, many of these problems have been partially eliminated, but there are limited possibilities at a finished machine, which was manufactured by someone else. However, with the help of development support, we want to create a sophisticated machine based on which the problems listed can be eliminated and therefore, require fewer machine intervention.
